Ideally you will have experience of successfully managing culturally diverse and geographically dispersed teams, including working with teams remotely utilising platforms like Zoom.

You will have direct experience of facilitating group work and have an excellent understanding of the domestic abuse and services available to victims of domestic abuse. You will have experience of adapting services to meet the needs of diverse individuals and communities.

You will support the day-to-day posting on, and engagement with, the charity’s social media channels and peer-to-peer support Forum, working across teams to engage with our supporters and communicate messages to help Breast Cancer Now reach its objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Mind’s Workplace Wellbeing team within the Fundraising directorate. This role will involve delivering commercial training and consultancy services to diverse workplace audiences. As well as delivering training yourself, this role will include sales pipeline monitoring and managing resourcing of training and consultancy services with support from one in-house consultant and via a team of external delivery partners, which include local Mind trainers and freelance/associate trainers. In addition, the role will support Product Development Managers with the ongoing development of our training and consultancy products.
We are looking for an experienced trainer/consultant with relevant qualifications (e.g. PTLLS, DTLLS, City & Guilds etc) who has significant knowledge and experience of delivering and evaluating a range of training and consultancy activities aimed at a diverse range of workplace audiences.
You will be someone who has excellent communication skills, who is able to quickly establish personal credibility with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will also need good knowledge of workplace wellbeing programmes and initiatives and how they can contribute to and benefit business and employees (ideally gained through working within or on behalf of mental health related organisations)

About you
* You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to provide accurate and friendly information in an empathic way.
* You should be customer focussed and committed to providing a high-quality service.
* You will demonstrate excellent listening skills with the ability to interpret information quickly, and provide a tailored beneficial response.
* You will have good IT skills, specifically Word processing, Excel, internet and email.
* If you are a fluent Welsh language speaker this would be highly beneficial to your application.
