Key Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Client Support
●Carry out initial assessment of client needs to identify and plan the support needed to address issues and prevent any problems from escalating.

Person Specification
The post holder should have a very good command of Portuguese and English, spoken and written, be committed to making a positive difference to people’s lives, have relevant experience in working with families and individuals with a range of needs, and knowledge of domestic abuse and the needs of those who experience it.

Age UK Camden Day Care Centres are looking to recruit two Kitchen Assistants across our two Day Care Centres based in Kings Cross and Hampstead. (Staff are expected to be able to work at both locations as required)

Working within the IT Department, the Senior Support Analyst is the primary resource responsible for advanced 3rd line support of our systems, infrastructure, and networks. - Resolve all reported IT issues in a professional and timely manner, documenting all activity on the service desk ticketing system, conforming to SLAs, and adjusting priorities to deal with urgent issues and requests.
- Where appropriate, escalate issues to external vendors as required and monitor the escalation to ensure satisfactory resolution. Escalations to external vendors are rare and it is expected that almost all cases would be resolved inhouse.
- Monitor and manage ticket queues, alerts, automated tickets, and perform daily checks on various systems as required.

About the role:
The role of Triage and Early Interventions Officer (TEIO) is a fast paced one which requires the post holder to answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to victims of crime and those accessing the service in Cumbria.
As a TEIO, you will;
- answer incoming calls, speaking to those affected by crime & manage a caseload
- make outgoing calls, assess needs and risks and action plan with callers
- work on the case management system to allocate cases, provide administration on cases and assess/ensure data quality
- liaise with other agencies where required to find out more information, give information or make referrals or give signposting information
- work with the wider team to ensure an effective, trauma informed service is given to those affected by crime
You will be a confident, compassionate and empathic person who can work well under pressure. You will be speaking to people who may be upset, angry or in emotional difficulties and will need to be composed, empathic and be able to quickly assess situations.
You will be confident in using your IT skills to work on a case management system, access phone and online systems, email and Microsoft Office programmes.

About this key role

The Tenancy & Contributions Officer will lead on the delivery and continuing evolution of the tenancy agreement (known as the In-Pensioner Agreement). Part of the delivery of the agreement will be coordinating the process of setting and reviewing In-Pensioner’s personal financial contribution to the Royal Hospital.
