Job description

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Talent Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team, initially on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract with a view to extend/make permanent. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the role of Talent Marketing Manager is to create, implement, oversee and review a talent acquisition marketing plan. Designed to attract the best talent to The Children’s Trust in a competitive market, this will span all the organisation’s talent needs, across both clinical and non-clinical roles, from nurses and children’s support assistants, from IT support staff through to fundraisers. The post holder will partner closer with the Director of People & Culture and the Recruitment & Compliance Manager to best understand the organisation’s recruitment needs and priorities, and gain insight into the candidate market, challenges and existing recruitment channels to help inform the strategy.

In addition, the post-holder will contribute to the development, management and evolution of our employer brand, considering how our reputation as an employer and our employee value proposition be strengthened to support an effective talent acquisition plan and become an employer of choice.

Educated to degree level, or with at least two years’ demonstrable professional experience of developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns, we’re looking for an experienced marketing professional. You may have some recruitment marketing experience or have experience across other sectors; either way we’re looking for someone who is dynamic, creative and can work well in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be a natural collaborator with a keen eye for analytics, wanting to know what’s working well, and what perhaps isn’t. Equally, you’ll be interested in employer brand and employee value proposition and how both are optimised to ensure our recruitment efforts are effective.
