Job description

Our unique approach to supporting people has developed over this time and is now recognised and valued by local partners and funders alike. Currently we are involved in a range of programmes and plan to further develop our services, which include social prescribing, social isolation, community development, homelessness, advice and guidance, welfare rights, finance and debt, neighbourhood and community development.

In this position, you will ensure that our services are underpinned by professional systems and structures, and equally importantly, you’ll guarantee the ongoing sustainability and impact of those services.

Here at Future Support, we focus on providing flexible, but challenging help that recognises the issues our clients face and enables them to build their capacity and capabilities to live independent of support in the long term. We aim to work with people who have multiple and complex needs, who experience severe deprivation, and who might otherwise be left without any help to resolve their situations. Our service acts as a safety net for those that would otherwise fall between the cracks in our society.
