About The Role
At St Mungo’s, our Pan London Rough Sleeping Teams (No Second Night Out and Somewhere Safe to Stay, Rough Sleeping Prevention Project) provide rapid response services to ensure no one has to sleep rough. Our work is ongoing, and we’re looking for compassionate and dedicated people to join our Pan London Assessment Hub and Staging Post Accommodation.
Your Role
As a Rough Sleeping Hub Assistant (internally referred to as Hub Assistant), you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safe, welcoming, and efficient daily operations of the service. Working alongside your team, you will:

Provide essential support and guidance to clients.

Be the first point of contact for visitors and clients.

Help coordinate health and safety measures within the service.
Flexibility is key, as you’ll work within a rota to make sure support is available when people experiencing homelessness need it most.
Working hours are Monday – Friday (7.5 hours per day), with exact shift times to be agreed.

Job Purpose:
This is a pivotal role in shaping the long-term environmental future of the Petty Pool estate. As part of a 10-year Estate Development Plan, the Woodland, Ecology and Sustainability Manager will lead the design and delivery of an integrated strategy for sustainable land stewardship, ensuring our woodland and ecological assets are managed to the highest standards.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for the local authority planning team regarding ecological and sustainability considerations tied to the estate’s development, ensuring full compliance with planning obligations and environmental legislation. Key Responsibilities:

CGL’s Business Development Team is a large national team. This role will sit within a smaller specialist services sub-team, who have responsibility for retaining existing specialist contracts and winning new business opportunities.
This new fixed-term role will be responsible for leading all business development activities related to the upcoming national Commissioned Rehabilitative Services (CRS) opportunity.

SPEAR is a lifeline to hundreds of people each year who are experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness across six London boroughs. We provide essential outreach support, a variety of accommodation options, tenancy support services and vital health programmes. In 2024 we supported 804 people experiencing homelessness. This included 466 people found rough sleeping, 227 people in accommodation-based and floating support and 84 young people aged 16-25.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Fundraising Manager to lead and grow our corporate giving and partnerships income stream. Corporate Giving at SPEAR comprises just over 20% of our fundraised income, with a mix of direct giving, local COY partnerships and employee fundraising. This is a key role within the Fundraising and Engagement team, responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate partners to generate sustainable income and deepen engagement with SPEAR’s mission.
You will also play a strategic role in identifying new prospects, securing partnerships, and delivering excellent account management to all existing supporters. This is an essential senior support post vital for the underpinning of Cathedral governance. It allows the Dean, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Finance Officer, Chapter and its statutory committees to develop and maintain an effective system of governance for the Cathedral with adherence to the highest standards of good governance practice. Role Summary
As Business Development Programme Officer, you’ll play a key role in expanding ARTICLE 19’s unrestricted income through creative and strategic fundraising. Working closely with the Business Development Team, you will support the delivery of our Business Expansion Strategy by cultivating relationships with individual donors, corporates, and major funders.

About the role
You’ll empower people affected by Parkinson’s to live lives that are as fulfilling as possible, whatever that means to them, to feel able to take an active role in their treatment and to become their own advocate in health and life, wherever possible.
Our adviser teams work within local areas and via our national helpline. Our helpline hours are currently 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, and 10:00 to 13:00 on Saturday. We are looking for someone who can work on a flexible basis to ensure cover across the helpline’s working hours. There will also be the need to cover some hours on Saturdays, bank holidays and over the Christmas period.
