We are now seeking a Housing Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in overseeing our supported housing delivery.

The role

As Housing Operations Manager you will oversee both the ongoing supported housing operations and be tasked to bring improvement and consistency of delivery. We have a vision to grow our women’s housing provision over the next five years and this role will be key in developing an impacting and financially sustainable supported housing model.

The focus of the role includes:

• Building high quality, financially sustainable and well-led housing communities
• Ensuring smooth daily running of Keychange supported housing operations, led by sector compliance
• Managing community managers and building relationships for collaborative impact with internal and external stakeholders
• Building a model of support for housing to increase best practice and consistency
• Creating partnerships with other organisations to enable the delivery of support
• Contributing to a hard-working, open and transparent culture which supports continuous improvement
• Liaising with local authorities and statutory agencies to ensure the appropriate interactions with communities

About you

We are looking for a values-led manager who brings:

• Experience in managing supported housing provisions, with good knowledge of Supported Housing and Ofsted regulations and sector best practice
• Experience of managing people, providing leadership and empowering development to a team delivering housing support
• Proven ability to build positive relationships effectively with internal stakeholders, external partner agencies and local authorities
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and find solutions to operational challenges
• Ability to travel up to 40 days per year

The Email Channel Manager will play a crucial role in driving supporter engagement, fundraising, and brand awareness through effective email and SMS communication strategies. They will be responsible for ensuring ARUK's email channel delivers a consistent, personalised, and user-centric experience, maximising supporter engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: 

· Email Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Senior Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive email strategy aligned with ARUK's fundraising, brand, communication, and advocacy goals. 

· Platform Management: Own and manage the Dotdigital account (email and SMS), ensuring optimal performance, deliverability, and compliance. 

· Cross-Platform Collaboration: Lead decision-making on email components for all platforms used at ARUK (Dotdigital, Funraisin, Outlook, etc.), ensuring a consistent and user-centric experience. 

· Audience-Centric Approach: Champion a customer and supporter-centric approach to email communications, prioritising personalisation, segmentation, and relevance. 

· Decision-Making Authority: Serve as the final decision-maker for all email channel-related matters, including marketing campaigns, automated journeys, transactional emails, and SMS initiatives. 

Tactical Execution: 

· Campaign & Calendar Management: Own the email calendar, plan, execute, and analyse email campaigns, including the monthly newsletter, welcome journeys, and A/B tests. Manage and delegate this work to the Email Officer and/or Email Executive where appropriate. 

· Automation: Develop and implement automated email workflows to nurture leads, welcome new supporters and customers, re-engage lapsed donors, and drive conversions. 

· Data Collaboration: Work closely with the data team to segment audiences, personalise content, and ensure seamless data integration between Salesforce and Dotdigital. 

· Integration Management: Manage the technical integration between Salesforce and Dotdigital, ensuring data accuracy and maximising automation capabilities. 

· Reporting & Analysis: Provide detailed and accurate reporting on email performance, using data to drive optimisation and inform future strategies. 

· User Journey Optimisation: Collaborate with the web unit to create seamless user journeys between the website and email communications. 

Other Important Areas: 

· SMS Channel Management: Manage and grow ARUK's SMS channel, leveraging its potential for timely and targeted communication. Also responsible for new 'SMS' adjacent channel strategies (e.g. Whatsapp). 

· Continuous Improvement: Explore opportunities to upgrade Dotdigital to enable more reactive marketing based on web traffic. 

· Knowledge Sharing: Share insights and best practices across ARUK, upskilling staff on effective email communication. 

· Supporter Focus: Continuously monitor and analyse supporter data to understand preferences, identify churn risks, and optimise the email experience for higher engagement and growth. 

· Using data and analytics to inform all aspects of email strategy, from segmentation and personalisation to campaign optimisation and automation. 

· Collaboration: Particularly with the web team and data team, to ensure a seamless user experience and effective data utilisation. 

· Strategic Focus: While tactical execution is important, strategic leadership in collaboration with the Senior Manager is essential, ensuring the email channel aligns with ARUK's broader goals and contributes to its mission. 

Knowledge, skills and experience needed:

· Proven experience in email marketing, with a track record of developing and executing successful email campaigns.

· Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, segmentation, and personalisation.

· Experience in managing and optimising email marketing platforms, preferably Dotdigital.

· Expertise in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Experience in A/B testing and campaign optimisation

· Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective email marketing strategies

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

· Proactive and results-oriented

· Passionate about using email marketing to make a positive impact

Additional Information:

Ways of working: As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.

Roles that are classed as part of the Agile ways of working are not able to claim any costs for Mileage/Travel on Public Transport, Accommodation and/or Meals.  This includes when attending the office for various meetings/events.

Our Complex Needs Accommodation provides supported accommodation, bespoke person-centred care and support as well as intensive housing management services in the community for adults with specific accommodation and well-being support needs. The role includes completing administrative tasks and providing thorough handovers with day staff and managers to maintain consistent service.

About the role

We are looking for someone to join our service at South Camden Mental health Accommodation services as a Support Worker (known internally as a Project Worker). Across our service, we support people in High and low support accommodation who have a mental health diagnosis and other complex needs. Martin House provides free specialist palliative care to babies, children and young people with complex and life-shortening conditions. Families from across West, North and East Yorkshire have access to our care 24/7, 365 days a year, including specialist doctors. We’re looking for an inspiring and strategic Special Events Team Manager to lead our Special Events team in delivering a vibrant, high‑impact calendar of fundraising, cultivation, and stewardship events. You’ll play a key role within the Major Relationships team, driving consistent year‑on‑year income growth and deepening supporter engagement through an ambitious and thoughtfully curated Special Events portfolio.

The role will involve:

1. Leading, managing and inspiring the Special Events Team through regular one-to-ones, appraisals and performance reviews, ensuring team members meet agreed SMART objectives and income targets.
2. Supporting the delivery of the Special Events Fundraising Strategy and managing the Special Events Portfolio, including philanthropy and major partnership engagement and development events.

THE ROLE  

Role Overview 

The Fundraising Executive (Supporter Care) plays a vital role in delivering an excellent supporter experience for our client Trinity. Often the first point of contact for supporters, the role is central to building trust, ensuring accuracy, and reinforcing positive relationships through timely, professional, and warm communication. 

Working as part of Compton Fundraising’s Supporter Care team, you will ensure that all donations are processed accurately, donors are thanked appropriately, and enquiries are handled efficiently across phone, email, and post. You will also support the wider fundraising team across multiple income streams, contributing at every stage of the fundraising cycle from planning and delivery through to income processing and stewardship.  

Key Responsibilities 

The successful candidate will be expected to: 

• Process income accurately and securely, including cash, cheques, credit/debit cards, CAF donations, and online donations via platforms such as GoCardless, JustGiving, Stripe and Enthuse. 
• Ensure donors are thanked promptly and appropriately, liaising with Fundraising Managers as required to deliver a high quality stewardship experience. 
• Carry out bank statement reconciliation, including the processing of standing orders, direct debits, online donations and legacies. 
• Act as a first point of contact for the Fundraising Team by:
  • Answering incoming telephone calls 
  • Responding to general email enquiries while maintaining Trinity’s clear tone of voice and communication style. 
• Maintain accurate and up to date supporter records on the fundraising database, ensuring donor data, consent and Gift Aid information are recorded correctly.

Lightbox Gallery & Museum is entering an ambitious new phase as we prepare for our 20th anniversary in 2027. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced and initiative-taking fundraiser to help shape the organisation’s future by developing new income streams and leading our anniversary campaign, Lightbox20.

You will take ownership of the campaign activity across the organisation - developing strategy, building relationships with donors and partners, and delivering income to agreed targets.
