We are looking for an experienced digital communications professional to support the delivery of the charity's organisational strategy, including its fundraising strategy, by leading on digital communications and creative content across multiple channels.

This role will play a central part in raising awareness, growing supporter engagement, and generating income through high-quality digital campaigns, design, and donor communications.

Communications and Fundraising Officer

Contract: Permanent role

Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum

Location: Hybrid role based between home and the London office three days per week

Core responsibilities within your role will be to:

• Plan, create and schedule engaging content for all social media platforms
• Monitor and report on social media insights and engagement performance
• Ensure consistent branding and high-quality design across all channels and materials
• Work with the Communications and Fundraising Manager to develop digital fundraising campaigns and supporter journeys.
• Regularly update website content, news, and event pages using Typo3
• Optimise site navigation and SEO for improved visibility and user experience
• Design compelling digital and print fundraising materials (reports, event invitations, social media graphics, leaflets, brochures)
• Manage the asset library and photo bank
• Coordinate fundraising appeals around key dates
• Coordinate with web developers for technical support and improvements
• Draft and schedule supporter emails, donation asks, and impact reports on the charity's work
• Monitor campaign performance and produce post-campaign evaluations
• Support the coordination of fundraising events including the Gala Ball, Carol Concert, challenge events and other fundraising activities
• Attend and provide live coverage of key events across social media.
• Create event materials and help coordinate communication with volunteers and donors.
• Support with building relationships with celebrity ambassadors, donors and supporters

We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in a similar digital communications or fundraising role
• Strong skills in graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
• Experience of creating content for social media and digital fundraising campaigns
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

• Experience in fundraising events

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Medical Devices Co-ordinator to join the Clinical Asset Team. Your role is to support the Medical Devices Safety Engineer in pro-actively delivering maintenance responses, updating jobs on the CAFM system, ensuring compliance and asset management systems are up to date at all times.

Role Requirements

• Provide operational assistance to all matters pertaining to clinical assets including compliance, asset management, service management and lifecycle management.
• Ensure clinical assets onsite are compliant or taken out of service.
• Allocate jobs to the appropriate contractor, using CAFM systems to create a document trail and manage frequently broken items, escalating issues to the Medical Devices Safety Engineer as appropriate.
• Raise purchase orders as required, appropriately storing relevant documents accessible to the team with expenditure tracked and ensuring appropriate service contracts are in place.
• Updating compliance system with relevant documents for compliance and tracking purposes (including those for Therapy items)
• Participating in the CAWG (Clinical Asset Working Group) and chairing and minute taking in absence of the Medical Devices Safety Officer
• Undertake other or additional duties that are within your skills and abilities, as the organisation may reasonably require from time to time.
• First response to clinical asset jobs coming through to the Helpdesk, co-ordinating with clinical staff at the scene, ensuring the appropriate response is carried out.
• Ability to work under pressure and to make decisions and problem solve as issues arrive
• React to orders and PPMs and within set SLA timeline, ensuring ongoing monitoring. Supporting the Medical Devices Safety Engineer in development of new PPMs.
• Collate relevant data and assist with the weekly work order tracker report and assist in distribution to relevant stakeholders.

The Stories Officer sits in the Marketing and Communications team and will focus on:

· Assist in managing storytelling requests from across RNID, providing vital support and crafting impactful and compelling narratives.

· Manage and update our centralised database of case studies, celebrities, and influencers, ensuring all stories across the charity are recorded for effective stewardship. Maintain storyteller profiles, contact details, permissions, and consent forms while ensuring GDPR compliance in data collection and storage.

· Collaborate with PR, fundraising, digital, and campaigning teams to integrate storytelling into their work, identify their needs, and match case studies or celebrities to relevant projects.

About the role

This new role will be part of our Supporter Engagement team, which includes Special and Challenge Events Fundraising, Community Fundraising, Individual Giving and Supporter Care. Our Special Events programme has expanded significantly in recent years, and we
have ambitious plans as part of our new three-year strategy. As part of this, we organise a diverse range of fundraising events, including a Comedy Night, Garden Party, Sports Quiz, Carol Service and Gala dinner.

Working closely with the Head of Supporter Engagement, the Special Events Officer will play a key role in developing and managing our special events programme. This includes overseeing multiple aspects of event planning and execution, collaborating with the Marketing and Communications team to produce high-quality event materials and ensuring that every event runs smoothly. Additionally, you will help manage key relationships and maximise fundraising income.

A key focus of this role will be leading the organisation of our annual Carol Service at St Margaret’s Church, Westminster Abbey, while also exploring opportunities to develop a new special event that diversifies our income streams and broadens our audience.

The Corporate Partnerships Manager will play a vital role in supporting New Horizon Youth Centre’s mission by managing and growing a portfolio of valued corporate partners (>£20k) and supporters (<£20k). They will nurture these relationships to ensure meaningful, long-term support for our work with young people facing homelessness.

This will include organising volunteering days that inspire action, delivering lunch and learn sessions that deepen understanding of our cause, and finding creative ways for partners to make a real difference. Tearfund is looking for a Legacy Stewardship Officer to support our Legacy and In Memory marketing to increase the awareness amongst our audience about leaving a legacy to Tearfund.

The central purpose of the Legacy Team is to raise awareness of the opportunity to leave a gift in your will to Tearfund, stewarding with care and excellence those who have chosen to do so and to acquire more legacy pledgers for this growing income stream. 

You will have strong administration skills, with a natural ability to communicate effectively with supporters to ensure all legacy-supporter records are accurately maintained and updated.

Role Summary
As Business Development Programme Officer, you’ll play a key role in expanding ARTICLE 19’s unrestricted income through creative and strategic fundraising. About the role

We are looking to recruit a Youth Outreach Worker in London for a new role within our UK Safeguarding on Transport Programme. This is a 12-month outreach pilot engaging and safeguarding young people in and around Waterloo Station, helping identify and safeguard young people under 18 years at risk of criminal and sexual exploitation, county lines, missing from home, homelessness or family breakdown. This role does involve working regular unsociable hours including evenings and weekends.

You will be working to identify and  safeguard young people alongside trained volunteers and by engaging with key partners such as Southwestern Railway (SWR) Met Police, Southbank Staff, Train Operators, Youth Service and other local stakeholders.

You’ll play a key role in the development of our UK Programme and part of a dynamic team delivering Railway Children’s programme in the UK.

What we’re looking for

You will have experience of successfully engaging and supporting young people and families as well as experience of working in an outreach or similar setting, in a creative and engaging way with young people with a range of needs and vulnerabilities.

Alongside this you will be able to work effectively with partners to safeguard young people, who can work with 3rd sector groups and the local community.

You will have completed relevant training, experience in safeguarding and in the issues relevant to vulnerable young and families. Therefore, you will be an experienced practitioner with an excellent understanding of safeguarding processes and procedures, who is able to work creatively, independently and within professional boundaries.

About the role:
You’ll join a growing organisation during an exciting period of change, helping deliver excellent housing services for over 1,000 residents. Reporting to the Housing Manager, you'll manage a patch of properties and be responsible for a range of tenancy management functions, including lettings, rent arrears, anti-social behaviour, and resident engagement. You’ll work collaboratively across teams to support residents’ independence and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering tenancy services such as allocations, lettings, tenancy audits, and rent management
• Managing anti-social behaviour cases and ensuring legal use of housing stock
• Supporting residents with rehousing, transfers, mutual exchanges, and benefits advice
• Building strong relationships with residents and engaging them in service delivery
• Working with contractors, third parties, and internal teams to deliver responsive services
• Maintaining accurate records and working to KPIs on income and tenancy sustainment

To perform well in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience of delivering excellent customer service, ideally within housing or support services
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
• The ability to remain calm and empathetic when handling complex or sensitive issues
• A good grasp of IT and CRM systems, plus strong numerical skills
• A proactive, can-do approach to service delivery
• An understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion in the context of social housing

Previous experience in Social Housing is preferred but not essential.
