The role:
Due to internal movement, Mary’s Meals International (MMI) is delighted to be recruiting for a Finance Manager to join our growing global finance team. Reporting to our Head of Finance, you will play a key role in our finance team, leading on the strengthening of our financial processes and controls, managing our statutory accounts and external audit process.
You will:
- Lead on the production of the Annual Accounts in line with FRS 102 (Charities SORP) and statutory requirements and liaise with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process throughout the year.
- Evaluate, develop and implement appropriate financial systems & processes, including liaising with suppliers/3rd party providers as required.
- Quality control the completion and recording of financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Manage treasury, cashflow activity, including proactive monitoring of our currency mix.
- Provide direction, leadership and support to a small team of Finance Assistants.
- Support and challenge the financial control and financial management across MMI to ensure good stewardship of funds.
About you:
- Strong experience in accountancy, including financial processes, controls, and annual accounts preparation.

Purpose of the Job:
The Head of Fundraising will be responsible for leading and managing all fundraising activities to generate income for the Sanctuary. The role involves developing corporate partnerships, organising events, and overseeing digital fundraising efforts. The post-holder will also be responsible for delivering effective, measurable Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives for business supporters, managing fundraising campaigns, and ensuring financial targets are met.

The Head of Fundraising will work closely with internal teams to coordinate activities, monitor performance, and identify new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Fundraising & Partnerships
· Develop and maintain a pipeline of corporate donors, securing new partnerships while managing existing relationships and ensure that these relationships are properly managed through regular contact and progress reports.
· Build strong relationships with business supporters to secure both general and restricted funds.
· Develop and deliver corporate volunteering days, team-building activities, and fundraising opportunities.
· Oversee the logistics, including venue bookings for corporate and external events, increasing revenue through targeted business engagement.

The Direct Marketing Manager (Acquisition) is responsible for delivering key direct marketing activities during appeals for major disasters or emergencies. They will work with the Public Fundraising team to utilise a large database of supporters for communication by email, SMS, and direct mail. They are looking for someone with demonstrable direct marketing experience with a focus on high volume donor acquisition. LOCATION: Hybrid of London office and home based. ParalympicsGB Office: 101 New Cavendish Street, W1W 6XH. Travel may also be required in the UK and abroad as necessary.
JOB PURPOSE: The Public Affairs Manager will manage the implementation of ParalympicsGB’s policy & public affairs strategy, including managing a targeted contact programme with politicians, civil servants and stakeholder organisations. The role will also play a key role in supporting the organisation’s approach to influencing public policy in sport, disability and education and deliver Games’ time guest programmes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Public Affairs and Stakeholder Engagement
- Manage the implementation of the public affairs strategy, with support from the Head of Social Impact and Director of Communications & Social Impact, reporting back to the Senior Leadership Group on the outcomes achieved.
- Work with the CEO, Director of Communications & Social Impact and Head of Social Impact to implement a stakeholder engagement plan building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholder such as politicians, Government departments, ParalympicsGB’s members, sport and disability organisations, and the education sector.
- Coordinate ParalympicsGB colleagues to execute a contact programme with relevant stakeholders including Government Ministers, MPs and Peers, Civil Servants and Stakeholder organisations from ParalympicsGB’s membership and the wider sport, education and disability sectors.
- Monitor and analyse upcoming relevant policy and legislative developments and activities and identify opportunities for influence including drafting responses to parliamentary, government and other consultations.
- Represent ParalympicsGB externally to raise awareness and strengthen our reputation with key policy makers, decision-makers, and relevant public affairs networks. Reporting back to colleagues on the content of meetings and arranging follow-ups as appropriate.
- Prepare high-quality briefing materials for political audiences and senior internal stakeholders to support influencing priorities.
- Organise and support delivery of a series of Westminster based events and activations to support our Public Affairs strategy, including events to raise awareness of ParalympicsGB’s relevant social impact programmes e.g. Equal Play and Community Sport initiatives.
- Contribute to stakeholder engagement around the promotion of Stoke Mandeville as the birthplace of the Paralympic Movement.
- Administer the Paralympic Games guest programme for Government Ministers, Royal Patron and key stakeholders linked to social impact and international relations.
Policy
- Lead the coordination of ParalympicsGB responses to relevant Government consultations and other stakeholder responses.

Social Impact
- Work with the Social Impact team on communicating public affairs opportunities to our athletes (as part of the ParalympicsGB Athlete Community) and connecting social impact programmes to political opportunities.
Correspondence, Planning and Databases
- Draft correspondence with key contacts on behalf of the organisation.

You will be responsible for the implementation and day to day project management of the individual giving programme across our existing and new fundraising products, including our regular giving F2F activity, tribute funds and appeals programme. The Individual Giving team is responsible for income generation from individual supporters and members, using a range of direct marketing techniques via both online and offline channels. Work Location/Hybrid Working Pattern
This role will be based at our Head Office in central London. Mothers’ Union operates a hybrid working model. Tuesdays are our anchor days where every staff member is expected to be at the office. The 90 days includes anchor Tuesdays. In addition, Thursday is a core working day where part time staff are expected to work, either at home or from the office as needed.

This role will play a key role in the Charity’s development of their high-net-worth audiences, translating the charity’s exceptional grassroots support into compelling and innovative proposals to inspire individuals and Donor Advised Funds (DAFs) to contribute to the Charity’s mission, providing more school meals for children across the world.
This role is primarily home based, within a commutable distance to London for meetings as needed.
Key duties include:
- Build and steward relationships with new and existing Donor Advised Funds, encouraging these funds to market Mary’s Meals to their donors, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships, multi-year support and transformational gifts.
- Work closely with the Head of Philanthropy & Partnerships to develop the charity’s high-value giving strategy, working closely to expand the portfolio by identifying and securing new philanthropic opportunities through individuals and DAFs.
- Manage relationships with current High Net Worth (HNW) donors, including those who give through non-cash assets such as shares, engaging them through the prospect of giving through DAFs where appropriate.
- Identify and maximise communications and engagement opportunities with new and prospective individual donors and DAFs, ensuring that the charity’s mission and case for support is effectively communicated to high-net-worth audiences.
We’re looking for the following skills and experience:
- Tangible experience of managing high-net-worth donor relationships, personally securing 5 figure+ gifts.
- Experience and ability to network proactively, with an entrepreneurial approach to relationship building.
- An understanding and curiosity around diverse mechanisms of high-value giving, including through non-cash assets and through Donor Advised Funds.
- Experience and knowledge of account management principles, with the ability to manage relationships with individuals and Donor Advised Funds to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.

We are working with a health charity to recruit this 12 month maternity cover role. You will support senior management, the board of trustees and the wider charity leadership team with the strategy implementation, the management and administration of over 200 Special Purpose Funds (SPFs).

The Candidate

We’re looking for a Digital Service Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our high-impact, high-volume online services – including WhatDoTheyKnow, FixMyStreet, TheyWorkForYou and WriteToThem.
This is a vital and hands-on role, responsible for making sure these services run smoothly, are compliant with key legal frameworks like GDPR and the Online Safety Act, and that complex user support cases are handled with care and accuracy. About the service
This new service will offer a safe, stable, and supportive environment for young people facing homelessness, many of whom may have mental health challenges, substance misuse issues, or experience of the care or criminal justice system. You’ll be part of a team delivering intensive, person-centred support that helps them build resilience, learn life skills, and take steps toward independent living.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a small caseload of young people, meeting regularly to review progress and goals
- Developing support plans and risk assessments tailored to individual needs
- Supporting with housing applications, budgeting, benefits, and life skills
- Signposting to mental health, substance misuse, and safeguarding services
- Building trusted relationships while maintaining professional boundaries
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping using Microsoft Office and case management systems
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for passionate, reliable, and empathetic individuals with:
- Experience supporting young people aged 19–25 in supported housing, education, youth work or care
- Understanding of homelessness and housing legislation
