We need you to support the development of supporter acquisition and retention campaigns across the Individual Giving (IG) marketing function to achieve the relevant product objective for Fundraising & Marketing. You'll support the Individual Giving Marketing Manager to deliver the marketing plan, meeting and exceeding KPIs, to time and budget. You'll be part of a team implementing our strategy to grow our regular giving audience by delivering an exciting portfolio of multi-channel and supporter-centric campaigns.
What will I be doing?
Leading on the delivery of campaign set up, development and launch across multiple channels (including ALT digital channels, telemarketing, direct mail, email, social)
Translating cross-channel integrated briefs into production specific briefs, leading on the delivery of data and digital campaign set-up requirements in collaboration with a number of internal teams
Taking responsibility for the content and creative production process, working with internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling creative across a range of channels
Leading on in-campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis, sharing recommendations for optimisation and to improve the effectiveness of future campaigns
Working with UX experts to devise pre-launch test and learn initiatives, using results to recommend areas for optimisation
With Marketing Executive support, leading on all aspects of campaign delivery including direct mail production and new supporter letter fulfilment
Keeping the marketing activity plan up to date and ensuring upcoming campaigns and activity are being briefed in to the correct teams in advance taking into account team SLAs
Being a marketing expert for the relevant product function, mentoring and upskilling 1 Marketing Executive.
What skills are you looking for?
Relevant experience of delivering multi-channel campaigns, from planning through to execution and analysis, that meet campaign KPIs
Good understanding of end-to-end supporter journeys and the role of different channels in fully integrated campaigns
Experience of managing and motivating agencies to drive maximum value from relationships
Strong time management skills
Commercially aware with experience of budget management
Data-driven with a good understanding of UX principles and experience of interpreting results and recommending opportunities for optimisation
Experience of developing highly effective campaign assets for use across channels
Experience of building positive working relationships and working effectively as part of a team
Experience of managing own workload, meeting deadlines and effectively handling changing priorities
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.

The Role
Fundraising and Impact Coordinator
o Assist in the planning and execution of a diverse range of fundraising applications, events and community initiatives
o Support the management of event logistics, including participant communication, volunteer coordination, and on-the-day activities
o Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure smooth event operations and build strong relationships for future collaboration
o Lead outreach efforts to engage new community partners, such as businesses, promoting fundraising opportunities and supporting their initiatives.

The post holder must have a strong knowledge of email marketing using Dynamics Realtime marketing, along with being skilled in copywriting, content creation, and having experience of tools like Canva or InDesign. This role will play a vital part in helping Winston’s Wish turn up the dial across our corporate partnerships fundraising. The post-holder will be responsible for deliver a range of support interventions for people newly diagnosed with HIV, and those re-engaging in their HIV care, who may be identified via Emergency Department Opt-Out testing in Liverpool.
Collaboratively work with Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (LUFHT) to ensure people living with HIV receive practical, social and emotional support. The delivery of peer support in a clinic setting and, in the community, and onward referrals to relevant services.
Ensure that people living with HIV in vulnerable circumstances are supported to minimise the risk of them returning to ‘need to find’ status and remain engaged in services.

Muscular Dystrophy Support Centre is a user-led charity dedicated to supporting people affected by muscular dystrophy - rare and sometimes life-limiting conditions that impact 110,000 people in the UK. About the role
Community Action Suffolk has an exciting new vacancy to support the Chief Executive drive forward its vision and services.
We are looking to recruit a strategic leader as the Chief Operating Officer.
As part of the Executive Team this role will provide strategic leadership across the charity and subsidiary companies operations.
The successful candidate will have a passion for the VCFSE sector and champion community action and volunteering. You will be an excellent communicator at all levels, able to write and speak persuasively to a diverse range of groups. You will provide inspiration and strategic leadership, enabling and supporting all parts of Community Action Suffolk to successfully engage in delivering its strategic objectives. You will need to be driven, pro-active, flexible and resourceful, and capable of embracing change with open arms.
Contributing to the implementation of CAS’s core strategy, annual budget, business plan and strategic priorities, you will be responsible for leading and motivating staff, and will work with the Deputy Director of Operations and Business Development to support provision across the county and generate sustainable forms of income. You will be expected to continually and ambitiously seek further funds to support our priorities and help develop CAS as the ‘go to’ organisation for the VCFSE sector in Suffolk.
You will foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and high performance ensuring alignment between functions to improve collaboration and drive results and will identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
You will be a natural influencer with the ability to persuade, guide and motivate. Innovation plays a significant role in everything we do at CAS and your ideas will play a pivotal role in CAS’s future. In addition to deputising for the Chief Executive when required, you will also need to be able to work operationally to support the wider management team problem solving and dealing with issues, obstacles and opportunities as they arise. This peer support project is delivered in partnership with South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust to support Carers of people with mental health conditions. This project will work to support Carers through one-to-one support, outreach, training and peer support groups.
