CPAG is seeking an AI Coordinator for a two-year fixed term to support our work in the responsible use of AI. In this role, you will lead on planning, delivering, and monitoring AI projects in collaboration with our partner organisations. This work involves the ongoing protection of CPAG's intellectual property and reputation as a sector leader. You’ll carry out regular evaluation of each project and regularly update stakeholders with performance metrics, user feedback, and impact assessments.

This new role also involves developing training materials and delivering sessions to upskill CPAG staff in AI technologies, with tailored materials for the needs of different teams. You will ‘own’ and maintain the relevant internal policy documents and processes for AI use and will oversee the use and optimisation of AI tools across the organisation. Alongside colleagues, you’ll manage risk and compliance (including legal and ethical standards) to ensure responsible AI adoption that is fully compatible with CPAG’s mission. You’ll monitor developments in AI, assessing new products for risk and opportunity, and share lessons learned across the charity.

We’re looking for someone with strong project coordination skills, experience of managing multiple stakeholders, and a keen interest in and experience of AI and emerging technologies.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape CPAG’s AI work, helping the organisation innovate and support the sector responsibly while building practical AI capability across teams.

Orchard Fundraising is actively seeking Client Leads to join our team. ​​The role is to lead all activities for a set of clients (typically 4 or 5 in due course). You will be the main point of contact and manage the work supporting each charity. You will be responsible for delivering the agreed fundraising strategy, setting the plan and supervising others working for you in a matrix management system.  At times, you will also need to be involved in application drafting for more complicated bids.

At least five years experience of charity fundraising is required, notably trusts and foundations, with expertise in one or more of HNWI, legacy, corporate, digital and individual giving an advantage. While no formal qualifications are needed, a Chartered Institute of Fundraising qualification or training would be preferable. Having personal characteristics compatible with the company ethos is essential.

We are seeking a  committed and creative Outreach and Communications Officer who will be responsible for sharing our knowledge and expertise as widely as possible.

About The Role

The Unity Project (TUP) supports people who are facing poverty and homelessness because their immigration status allows them ‘no recourse to public funds’ (NRPF).  We believe NRPF should not exist and we are working to end it. Until then, we seek to minimise its impact by supporting people to make the ‘change of conditions’ (CoC) application to access public funds. However, as the number of people living under NRPF continues to grow, we know we will never be able to meet the need for CoCs. Ensuring that our knowledge and experience is shared - with advisors, support services, community groups and individuals who could make applications themselves - is vital. Raising awareness of our work also supports our income diversification strategy by building corporate partnerships and individual donations.

In this role, you will be leading The Unity Project’s outreach and communications work in order to increase awareness of the Change of Conditions process and the support The Unity Project can offer to individuals and organisations.  Your first priorities will include mapping CoC provision across the country; working with the Director to design and implement a communications strategy to engage applicants, advice organisations, corporate partners and donors; and creating a suite of CoC resources to share online. As you develop in the role, you will deliver outreach and information sessions online and in the community. About the Service

As part of an innovative pilot project, funded by the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime, Solace will be providing two specialist workers to support victim/survivors engaged in the perpetrator behaviour change programme as part of a conditional caution. The programme aims to address perpetrators behaviour and increase safety for victim/survivors. In doing so, it is essential that the V/S has holistic support to ensure any risks are identified and managed.

This is a pilot project and it is expected that there will be a considerable amount of testing and learning, trailing new ways of working to meet intended outcomes.

About the Role

You will be working closely in partnership with Police forces in North London, as well as the Hampton Trust, to provide support for victim/survivors engaged in the CARA programme. You will also be supporting Police Officers to discuss eligibility for the programme and conditional cautions. You will be developing and delivering a series of training and learning sessions for the Police. As a new project, you will be developing key partnership relations, to strengthen collaborative working between the Police and Solace. You will provide light touch support to survivors whose partners are engaged with the CARA program, assess risk and share key updates with Hampton Trust and the Police to ensure safety.

About You

We're looking for highly organised and self-motivated applicants who are passionate about ending VAWG. You will have a “can-do‟ approach and demonstrable commitment to Solace’s feminist approach to supporting women and their children to be safer. You will receive training and support for this role as necessary.

Successful applicants will have in-depth knowledge of domestic abuse and its impact on women and children, experience of dynamic risk assessment and providing emotional and practical support to victims of VAWG.  As this is a pilot programme where the delivery model may change, a flexible and adaptive approach to your work is important as well as willingness to contribute to programme evaluation. Part of your time will be spent ensuring that Police colleagues have the information they need to effectively administer conditional cautions so you will work closely with Police, Hampton Trust to develop different training elements, a willingness to develop and deliver this material is essential.

A relevant qualification in VAWG is essential, as well as willingness to undergo Police vetting.

About the role

Reporting in to the Financial Planning & Analysis Lead, the Senior Finance Business Partner (Income) will champion strategic financial insight and support within the Income and Public Engagement Department, driving accurate financial planning, analysis, and reporting for income streams, working closely with fundraising and institutional teams, including the development of funding bids.

The post-holder will enable effective decision making through data-driven insights, ensuring financial sustainability and fosters a mindset that aligns with Christian Aid's strategic objectives

Some of the main responsibilities of the Senior Finance Business Partner (Income) include:

• Partner with the Income and Public Engagement team to develop and champion accurate income forecasts, budget plans, and financial models.
• Provide financial insights and challenge assumptions which drive and optimise income generation strategies, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
• Ensure financial reporting for income is accurate, timely, and meets internal and external compliance requirements, including donor regulations.
• Collaborate with fundraising teams to provide financial insights on donor trends, unrestricted vs. restricted income, and return on investment.
• Identify and drive the implementation of improvements in financial processes related to income tracking and reporting.
• Support the development of fundraising bids by providing financial expertise

About you

Who we are looking for

Essential:

• Professional finance qualification.
• Substantial experience in financial business partnering or financial planning and analysis.
• Demonstrable knowledge of income streams such as fundraising, grants, unrestricted/restricted income, and the financial implications of different funding sources. 
• Advanced knowledge of charity sector income streams and financial management.
• Understanding of donor reporting and compliance requirements.
• Understanding of fundraising finance and return on investment analysis.
• Understanding of financial systems and tools (e.g. SUN, Power BI, Excel).
• Highly developed skills in financial analysis, forecasting, and modelling.
• Highly developed skills in business partnering and stakeholder engagement.
• Highly developed skills in budgeting and variance analysis.
• Developed skills in financial reporting and donor compliance.

Desirable:

• ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Experience working in an income-focused role is highly desirable.
• Experience in the non-profit/charity sector is desirable, particularly in Fundraising Finance, Donor Compliance, or Grant Income 
  Management.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Reporting to the Membership Manager, the Corporate Membership Officer – Commercial Relationships and Fulfilment will:

• Manage and grow relationships with corporate and university members.
• Drive new partnerships, membership sales, and sponsorship opportunities, with clear revenue targets, while maintaining strong long-term relationships with existing members.
• Identify and convert opportunities that enhance IWA’s profile and support membership growth.

This is a dynamic role for a confident, articulate account manager who thrives on building relationships. The successful candidate will combine strong customer service skills with proven B2B sales and account management experience, excellent time-management/organisation, cultural awareness and sensitivity when working across regions, and excellent communication abilities.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management

• Act as the dedicated account manager for IWA’s portfolio of over 400 corporate and university members.
• Deliver expert advice, support, and engagement to maximise member value.
• Manage the end-to-end membership cycle (prospecting → onboarding → renewal), ensuring timely renewals and accurate CRM record-keeping.

Business Development

• Drive growth by identifying and securing new members, sponsors, and revenue opportunities.
• Own and report on a personal sales pipeline; meet or exceed agreed sales/retention targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant services to both new and existing members.
• Promote IWA by developing a network of influential contacts within political, economic, social, and water sector communities.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with internal stakeholders including membership engagement, marketing, and IT teams to deliver the corporate membership strategy.
• Manage member queries and administrative processes, including billing and invoicing coordination, in line with the company’s SLA guidelines.
• Ensure a seamless client journey from prospecting to onboarding and retention.
• Represent IWA at events (where required), both within the UK and internationally, to promote membership and build commercial relationships.

The above job description contains the main duties and responsibilities for this position, and the role is expected to be approximately 60% developing new business and 40% managing existing accounts.

REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Skills & Knowledge
The ideal candidate will:

• Be a persuasive communicator with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Have proven success in B2B new-business sales (meeting or exceeding targets) and account retention.
• Be an experienced account manager, confident in engaging senior business leaders.
• Demonstrate the ability to research, identify, and approach decision-makers independently.
• Bring marketing skills, with experience using diverse channels to attract and retain members.
• Have professional CRM experience (required), ideally with Salesforce (strongly preferred).
• Possess strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Show respect for cultural differences and the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders/time zones.
• Show creativity and analytical ability in problem-solving, with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
• Ideally, have experience within a membership body, or charity organisation.
• Proficiency in additional languages beyond English would be an asset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in relevant areas (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, International Relations).
• A Master’s degree in a similar area would be plus.
• Formal training and certification in sales and account management (preferably Salesforce Administrator) would be a strong benefit.

Experience Required

• 3+ years’ work experience in sales and account management.
• Experience working in membership associations and/or international organisations would be a strong benefit.
