The Welcome Directory is a multi-faith charity working to empower faith and belief communities to offer safe and lasting welcome to prison leavers. Our national directory is a list of faith/belief communities who are committed to welcoming prison leavers – the directory is used in all prisons across England and Wales. This resource is a lifeline for those leaving prison and seeking to find connection and community where they can belong and practice their faith/belief.

We are currently recruiting for an Operations Officer to lead on administrative support to the charity under the direction of the Project Manager, supporting on engagement with various stakeholders and networks. The goal of the post is to ensure that The Welcome Directory can effectively develop the reach of our work and achieve exponential growth, by maximising administrative efficiency.

Whilst this is a 6-month contract, there is the potential to extend where funding permits.

This will include, but may not be limited to:

Operations

• Engaging with interested faith/ belief communities/ networks, processing registrations and maintaining directory records
• Leading the co-ordination and delivery of the annual Affiliates Scheme
• Supporting the production and logistics of annual resource mail-outs
• Engaging in periodical team email campaigns for intentional growth
• Supporting the annual data refresh and survey, including follow-up, in collaboration with the Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Events

• Provide administrative support in preparation for the online Prison Awareness Course (PAC) and other webinar events
• Provide technical support (e.g. Zoom hosting etc) for the delivery of the PAC and other webinar events
• Planning bi-annual team days and any one-off events, in consultation with the Project Manager
• Representing The Welcome Directory at selected events (as required)

Administration

• Answering email enquiries
• Editing recordings/ videos and updating resources in Canva
• Collating routine data and creating/ updating trackers (as required)
• Supporting processing expenses and issuing internal invoices
• Paying-in cheques and sending thank you cards
• Obtaining Gift Aid declarations and submitting claims
• Purchasing stationery supplies and dispatching resources
• Leading on quarterly team password management

The NSPCC’s mission is to end cruelty to children by fighting for every childhood.

To carry out its charitable work the NSPCC relies on the fundraising support of

people across the UK for 90% of its income. Within Engagement and Fundraising

our aim is to provide maximum resources for the NSPCC, providing the best

possible supporter experience.

Mass Participation Fundraising is an important acquisition and income stream in

the NSPCC’s Engagement and Fundraising strategy, managing the delivery of a

portfolio of Third Party Events and Schools Fundraising products, as well as

stewarding supporters looking to do their own fundraising activity for the charity

(‘DIY’ fundraisers).

We are looking for a skilled Senior Marketing Officer, who will work across these

audience streams to coordinate marketing activity. This role will focus specifically

on marketing to mass audiences to reflect the breadth of audiences who take part

in Mass Participation Events. This includes parents, grandparents, professionals

who work with children, those with a personal connection to our charity, or simply

those who care deeply about children.

We are looking for a collaborative, enthusiastic marketing professional who has

experience delivering insights-driven marketing strategies that make an impact.

influence a range of stakeholders. You’ll be able to work independently and will

Job purpose

The role of the Senior Marketing Officer is to work with the Mass Participation

Team to coordinate and deliver the planning, execution and evaluation of events

fundraising marketing campaigns across all channels.

• Adopting a holistic view of all Mass Participation Team’s marketing to

ensure consistency, and will have a good understanding of how this fits with

the organisation’s strategic goals.

• Working with colleagues in the Mass Participation Team to strategically

manage the planning and coordination of events marketing across owned,

earned and paid channels, ensuring that all campaigns and activities are

integrated, informed, planned and evaluated, and that participation and

income targets are reached.

• Supporting stakeholder teams with strategic thinking during marketing

planning and delivery. This includes championing an audience-led

approach to ensure all communications targeted at mass audiences are

Main duties and responsibilities

• Manage an integrated marketing approach across owned, earned and paid

channels to achieve participation targets and agreed KPIs, working closely with

event and product managers.

• To ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency of mass participation marketing

activity through application of best practice campaign management.

• To take ownership of paid media campaigns for mass audiences in partnership

with our media agency partner. Tasks include the planning and optimisation of

activity across channels like pay-per-click and paid social media advertising.

• Be thorough and agile about monitoring campaign results and evaluating

campaigns, using insight to make informed decisions and determine future

marketing plans.

• To support with content creation where appropriate – this could include

copywriting, creative briefing, webpage updates, email marketing and photoshoot

coordination.

• Regularly benchmark against external fundraising marketing activity, keeping

abreast of current and emerging brand and marketing knowledge and practice and

equipping the team with knowledge and skills as appropriate.

• To work closely with staff across other departments to ensure marketing plans are

integrated and audience-led, in line with the organisation’s Supporter Centricity

Programme.

• To provide financial administrative support to budget holders, planning, forecasting

International Nepal Fellowship (INF) is a Christian health and development charity. Since 1952 they have had a huge impact serving the most disadvantaged people and communities in Nepal.

As Nepal’s longest serving international NGO they continue to have ambitious plans. It is an exciting time to join INF as they enter a bold new strategic phase for 2026 to 2031.

The most disadvantaged communities in Nepal face a lack of access to healthcare, often walking for days to their nearest health post, or being unable to afford even basic treatment.

We are looking for a Supporter Engagement Officer to join INF’s small, passionate UK team. The Role

As Supporter Engagement Officer you will play a key role in the stewardship of INF supporters. Reporting directly to the Head of Fundraising and Communications, you will support the team to deliver the highest level of supporter engagement.

The main responsibilities will include:

• Creating high-quality content, including prayer resources, to communicate effectively with supporters.
• Managing content for INF’s website, social media and e-marketing campaigns.

The Person

Proven experience of engaging with supporters is also vital, as well as exceptional written and verbal communications skills.

The myasthenias are a group of neuromuscular conditions. They are rare but also manageable and can affect anyone, regardless of age, gender or nationality. Myasthenia gravis, ocular myasthenia and Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome are autoimmune conditions whereas congenital myasthenic syndrome is caused by an inherited genetic fault. It is thought that there are approximately 20,000 people currently living with myasthenia in the UK.

Person specification

The membership support officer must have experience in project support and organisational administration. They must be highly organised, self-motivated and able to demonstrate initiative in managing complex and competing demands from different sources.
