| Overview and key points on the role | Rape Crisis South London is looking for a skilled, passionate and professional Multiple Disadvantage ISVA. This is a permanent role with responsibility for supporting women and girls who are survivors of sexual violence, to navigate the criminal justice system. As an Multiple Disadvantage ISVA you will have a good understanding of what constitutes multiple disadvantages, disempowerment, or discrimination, and how they intersect with experiences of sexual violence. You should have experience of providing support to women with multiple complex needs, ideally within the Criminal Justice System. In addition to having excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills you should also be able to develop key relationships with external agencies. You should have demonstrable experience of working with survivors of sexual violence and of working in a trauma-informed way. We will provide clinical supervision, full training and line management, and the opportunity to develop your skillsets. Responsible to the Advocacy service Deputy Manager you will be a key member of the advocacy service, working alongside our ISVA’s and Case Workers in a busy and supportive team.

About the Role
The Operations Support Officer plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of Migrateful’s cookery classes and the overall effectiveness of our operations.
A key deliverable of this role is also overseeing our invoicing processes. You’ll be responsible for performing bi-weekly checks, ensuring timely and accurate payments to Facilitators and Chefs, and supporting improvements that help us better track the real cost of our classes. Your work will directly impact the financial clarity and efficiency of our operations, making this a crucial responsibility within the team.
You’ll also play the important role of supporting facilitators by creating practical guides, coordinating training and skills-sharing sessions, gathering feedback, and maintaining up-to-date documentation such as health and safety records. About the role:
The Operational Lead will oversee the day to day running of several services that support adults with learning disabilities, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly and that the people we support receive the best care possible. We are also looking for someone who can inspire others, drive positive change, and stay committed to promoting people’s rights and upholding the values of the organisation.
- Provide inspirational leadership, clear management and guidance to leadership teams and staff to ensure they fulfil their responsibilities effectively.
- Support, coach, develop and mentor leadership teams to provide high quality support and outcomes.
- Support local cultures so that they embody the culture and values of the workforce and the organisation.
- To assist in the development and operational leadership across your area of responsibility.

You will be responsible for services in Kent and Medway, along with two more in Hastings. This is a home-based role, but as it involves regular travel to different sites, we’re looking for someone who lives in Kent or can travel to Kent within an hour.

We are looking for someone who communicates well and feels confident working with families, commissioners, and other professionals. You will be passionate about helping people with learning disabilities live fulfilling lives. You should be motivated, well-organised, and comfortable leading teams.
- Previous experience in a similar operational or leadership role
- Knowledge of adult social care, particularly services for people with learning disabilities
- Able to register with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for the regulated activity of personal care
- Comfortable working as part of a wider management team to ensure services are high quality and financially sustainable
- Hold a driving licence and willing to travel

The FIGO Fistula Surgery Training Initiative (FSTI) project has been in existence for 10 years and in that time has become recognised as a key global project, instrumental in delivering capacity building and improved healthcare outcomes for women, with an emphasis on the global south. After 10 years the senior project manager has stepped down and FIGO are seeking to use this as an opportunity to review the project delivery model.
The Interim Senior Project Manager role will lead the FIGO Fistula Project on an interim basis and be responsible for the ongoing delivery of the project during that period. In addition, they will be expected to review the project delivery model, ensuring that the project aligns to best practice and delivers in the most effective and efficient manner possible for the future, whilst ensuring agreed project outcomes.

We are currently recruiting an IT Support Officer to support our client with they project. In this role, you will provide comprehensive IT services to staff and volunteers, including the setup and maintenance of hardware, software, networks, and telephone systems, as well as ensuring their security and efficiency. You will also support with the development of an IT manual for the organisation.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Implementing change requests.
- IT Documentation: Creation and maintenance of IT department processes, procedures, site documentation, and user guides.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Intune, SharePoint, and Windows 11. (ITIL and project management experience are desirable.)
- Device Setup: Configuration of laptops and mobile phones (with provided instructions).
- Physical Tasks: Occasional light manual handling (primarily laptops and network equipment).
- Travel: travel to various UK office locations.
Essential Skills:
