The Senior Immigration Solicitor (Violence Against Women and Girls & Migrant Justice) will lead on complex immigration casework and strategic legal interventions, with a particular focus on supporting Black, minoritised, and migrant (BMM) women affected by violence against women and girls (VAWG), especially those with insecure immigration status or no recourse to public funds (NRPF).

This is a senior role requiring a high degree of professional autonomy, decision-making, and initiative. Role and Responsibilities

The Donor Engagement Manager is an integral component of IFAW’s global Development team. Critical responsibilities include:

Create dynamic donor engagement plan

· Spearhead donor engagement plans, including cultivation, stewardship experiences, and recognition

· Advise and support frontline fundraisers with strategy and content for donor communications and proposals; collaborate with gift officers on HNW individual donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship efforts, including development of custom proposals and cases for support

· Collaborate with communications and program teams to create compelling donor impact reports, donor newsletters, webinars, bespoke proposals, and other tools that drive and support effective engagement, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major- and principal-level gifts as well as larger legacy commitments; maintain curated library of assets for gift officers to use or customize

· Gather and share impact stories, data, and testimonials to demonstrate the value of donor contributions

· Plan and oversee execution of exclusive engagement opportunities (in-person and virtual) for target audience, designed to highlight IFAW programmatic expertise and build stronger donor relationships

· Develop and implement personalized stewardship plans for select principal and major donors, working closely with frontline fundraisers and relationship managers

Manage projects and personnel

· Lead, coach, and manage a team of freelancers responsible for communications, stewardship, and engagement activities; oversee contracts, monitor deliverables and expenditures

· Ensure routine fundraising communications and templates for major gifts are up-to-date, accurate, and on brand (e.g., fundraising appeals, donor education emails, gift acknowledgments, holiday cards, swag)

· Manage creation and updates of bespoke proposals so that they are timely and well-designed

· Improve integration of mail / email outreach

· Collaborate with communications and marketing teams to optimize use and creative repurposing of resources and collateral materials

· Enhance web presence (philanthropy pages) to incorporate donor testimonials and demonstrate impact of philanthropic support

· Update and improve naming opportunities for major and principal gifts, named and endowed funds, larger legacies and blended gifts from HNW individuals

Strategic guidance and innovation

· Collaborate with DVP Development to recommend and implement effective points of contact with donors for the purposes of cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of six-figure+ gifts

· Identify opportunities to present our work more effectively and enhance the donor experience

· Launch or relaunch giving societies – e.g., cumulative lifetime giving, high-end annual giving, legacy society – with an emphasis on philanthropy and engagement rather than perks and benefits

· Advise on ways to streamline and improve donor communications and engagement, e.g., by leveraging technology, balancing push / pull outreach, adjusting the mix of print / digital and other media  

· Guide the larger Development team in positioning our programs to inspire greater philanthropic support

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· Minimum 4-5 years of related experience in nonprofit stewardship, donor communications, fundraising, or related transferable experience

· Experience leading a team in a development setting, including direct supervision of colleagues in donor engagement and stewardship; and/or management of a stable of contractors and freelancers

· Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment and lead numerous functions and various projects simultaneously

· Exceptional written communication, relationship-building, project management and collaboration skills

Job Summary

Beyond Sport has an immediate opening for a creative, results-driven storyteller with a passion for developing impactful, integrated marketing campaigns. Reporting to the New York-based Director of Content and Communications, the successful candidate will develop and deliver strategies that promote sport for social change and build audience support and engagement.

The Marketing Manager will collaborate with a cross-functional international team and external partners on compelling campaigns and collateral including social media advertisements, email campaigns, web pages and narrative content as needed. They will also support on special projects, events, fundraising initiatives and applicable program deliverables. This is a hands-on role for someone with long-term vision, an innovative mindset and is skilled at public engagement, education and enhancing brand visibility.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Strategy Development & Campaign Management

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and multi-channel campaigns that deliver to Beyond Sport’s organisational and departmental objectives, while increasing brand awareness and deepening audience engagement
• Collaborate with Digital Content Manager and internal staff on content planning, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across platforms.
• Responsible for overall day-to-day campaign management, including market research, audience segmentation, content development and execution and performance reporting
• Develop and implement SEO strategies, manage keyword research, optimise website contents and analyse performance to increase rankings and engagement.
• Oversee Google Ad Grants and Facebook/Meta Business Manager Ad accounts
• Assist with the continuous refinement of our audience personas and engagement workflows to enable quality user experiences
• Lead the creation of brand marketing materials and collateral, ensuring that the foundation has the right mix of assets and channels to successfully advocate for sport for social change
• Oversee the marketing budget and deploy resources efficiently
• Deliver on marketing elements for program partner and sponsor campaigns and initiatives
• Assist Digital Content Manager with bi-monthly e-newsletter as needed to maximize audience reach and engagement

Data & Analytics

• Leverage expertise in market research, consumer insights and data analysis to optimize campaigns, attract and retain subscribers and ensure maximum ROI.
• Implement digital marketing best practices, including audience personas, A/B testing, SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, etc.
• Track and analyse campaign performance and ROI; adjust KPIs and strategies as necessary to achieve targets
• Convert complex data into understandable reports; present the results to management and partners as needed
• Collaborate with Digital Content Manager on social media strategies to increase daily engagement and grow followers
• Input on most suitable data capture and metrics evaluation strategies

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in marketing and/or communications roles, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
• Experience working internationally or with diverse international stakeholders a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media platforms, email marketing software, post schedulers and web analysis tools
• Be well versed in paid and organic media, content marketing, lead generation, optimization and interpreting data to improve performance
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
• An artistic eye and experience with graphic design, eg. Canva or Adobe Photoshop
• Tech-savvy, keeps up to date with digital media and market trends as well as traditional and emerging technologies
• Experience with budgeting and calculating ROI projections
• Proficiency with CMS and email platforms; familiarity with WordPress, Mailchimp and Zoho CRM a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders and leadership levels
• Excellent organisational, time management and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to navigate multiple projects, priorities, deadlines and personalities effectively
• A philanthropic and global outlook; an interest in sport and social impact desirable

Job Title: Parent Carer Adviser (Families of Children/Young People with Disabilities within the Earls Court Area)
Location: Hybrid – Home based and community venues across the Earls Court area (with travel within Hammersmith and Fulham as required)
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 FTE per annum (pro rata)
Hours: Part-time – 18 hours per week
Contract: Fixed term for 12 months (extension subject to funding)

Founded over 25 years ago, we recently celebrated our 25th anniversary — a milestone that reflects our enduring commitment to advocacy, empowerment, coproduction, and peer support.

After many years under the umbrella of HF Mencap, we became an independent Community Interest Company (CIC) in 2023. About the Role

Are you enthusiastic about empowering families and ensuring access to the right support? We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Parent Carer Adviser to support families of children and young people with disabilities in the Earls Court area

In this role you will:

• Provide 1-to-1 advice and advocacy and group sessions in community setting
• Deliver information sessions or workshops to help families navigate support services.
• Offer tailored signposting to local, educational, health and social care resources.
• Develop strong relationships with professionals at all levels and advocate effectively when challenges arise

You will work from home and run regular sessions in the Earls Court area, collaborating with families and community partners to reduce isolation, promote access to entitlements, and support informed decision-making.

We are Looking for someone who:

• Has experience providing advice or advocacy to individuals in a community or voluntary sector setting.
• Has a knowledge and understanding of at least two of the following areas:
  • Adult/children social care
  • Special Education Needs and the Children and Families Act
  • Health (including mental health services, Continuing Health Care)
  • Housing
  • Youth services
• Understands the challenges faced by families of children with disabilities/ SEND.
• Can build trust with diverse communities and communicate clearly and empathetically.
• Is confident delivering group sessions or workshops
• Can maintain accurate case records and work with safeguarding procedures.
