We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Corporate Partnerships Officer to join our dynamic fundraising team. The Sutton Trust is at an exciting point in our organisational journey, with a new Chairperson and ambitions to significantly grow our impact and fundraising as part of our 2030 strategy.
Over the past five years the impact of the Sutton Trust has increased, especially in our programme numbers, securing a relatively stable income of c.£6m over a number of years. In recent years this has grown to c.£7m, and our organisational strategy to 2030/31 will continue this fundraising trajectory to increase income to £12m. With corporate income accounting for nearly half our fundraising, there is considerable enthusiasm and opportunity in the corporate world for building strategic partnerships with The Sutton Trust.
Our fundraising approach will continue to focus on major gifts and strategic multi-year partnerships, leveraging a range of drivers to secure corporate support. We have a strong portfolio of existing supporters primarily from the legal, banking, and finance sectors, and our strategy involves expanding our reach into other sectors to support increased social mobility in UK businesses.

The Corporate Partnerships Officer will join a small and high-performing Corporate Partnerships team, taking over a portfolio of corporate partners and prospects at our ‘consortium’ partner level, ranging from £10k-£50k per annum.
You will identify, engage, secure, and steward corporate partner prospects from sectors that include law, construction, manufacturing and logistics, as well as supporting other team members across different sectors as the need arises. The existing portfolio of partners are primarily legal firms who also engage with our impactful programmes, and you will also have personal and team new business targets and support senior team members to steward our flagship partners.
We are looking for a fundraiser who is keen to develop their corporate fundraising skills, especially building relationships with delivery partners, strategic funders, and corporate foundations. Our ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, a confident communicator, and able to work independently under their own initiative as well as within the team.
The role will be line managed by the Head of Corporate Partnerships, working closely with other members of the Corporate Partnerships team, and collaboratively across the wider Development team and Employability Programmes team.
Main duties
New business
- Personally scope, develop and secure new corporate partnerships at consortium level (£10k-£50k), aiming for a robust portfolio of partners in assigned sectors with multi-year commitments, working with the Head of Corporate Partnerships and other relevant stakeholders to appropriately to secure and steward.
- Support the Head of Corporate Partnerships to engage in proactive new business development within the corporate sector, including support for network mapping with senior volunteers.
- Manage writing and submission of reports and proposals for grants to corporate foundations, working alongside other Development team and wider organisation members to ensure high-quality submissions.
- Alongside team members, manage the shared Development inbox to ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a prompt, consistent, and friendly manner.
- Follow all relevant policies and processes to ensure due diligence is completed for all prospective donors, account management plans are kept up to date, and corporate partners receive high-quality stewardship.
Account Management and Development
- Manage and grow the portfolio of ‘consortium’ level corporate partnerships, including leveraging existing relationships to maximise financial income and partnership longevity.
- Support senior team members on designated high-value partnerships, including specific administrative and project tasks, e.g. coordinating meetings and webinars, attending programme visits, event invites, and volunteering opportunities.
- Write and deliver engaging and high-quality partnership proposals and reports for new and existing ‘consortium’ level funders, working with the wider Development team and relevant other Sutton Trust teams as appropriate.
- Be accountable for achieving agreed corporate income targets, looking for opportunities to grow funding and diversify corporate income.
Fundraising, Finance and Reporting
- Act as an ambassador for the Trust with external audiences in the corporate space, representing the Trust with confidence and enthusiasm to secure major gifts and develop relationships.
- Ensure the Trust’s CRM (Salesforce), account management plans, and all relevant income pipeline documents are kept appropriately up to date with activity from corporate partners, including accurate income forecasting.
- Attend appropriate meetings, such as the Employer Working Group, to represent the corporate team and portfolio of partners, and share information with colleagues across the Trust.
- Work with colleagues to support delivery of impactful events to cultivate prospects and steward partners, with a focus on experience for corporate partners and prospects.
- Appropriately follow policies and procedures on due diligence, Salesforce and data management, account management, stewardship, and reporting.
- Stay up to date with corporate fundraising best practice, learning from senior members of the corporate team, and keep abreast of developments and opportunities within the wider fundraising space.

Terms of Appointment
- Contract: Full time, permanent

- Office location: The Sutton Trust, 9th Floor, Millbank Tower, 21-24 Millbank, London, SW1P 4QP. Our home working policy gives staff the option to work from home for up to 60% of the time, with approval from their line manager.
- Hours: The standard working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. This role is likely to also be required to attend events / meetings outside of normal working hours during weekday evenings and occasionally at weekends, in line with organisational policies.

ADSS is Kent’s biggest independent charity dedicated to providing support to people affected by dementia. Summary of the role
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, the role will support the implementation of our 2030 Fundraising Strategy in collaboration with colleagues in Fundraising, Communications and Delivery Teams. Main purpose of job

The Assistant Head of Individual Giving is a key, senior role in the Individual Giving Section, overseeing the development and delivery of multi-channel direct marketing activities that inspire and motivate many thousands of new contactable supporters to join the charity’s donor base each year. The Hardman Trust is the only charity in England, Wales and Scotland focusing on the unique needs of people on long term sentences.
People facing decades of prison time often completely lose connection with their family and friends on the outside. Depending on the prison, there may be limited access to rehabilitative programmes and educational courses until later in the sentence. It can be hard to maintain hope, and direction, or create meaningful plans for the future.
People leaving prison after 10 years will have different needs to those leaving after 10 months. The world has changed – there are different habits and new social norms. Prices have gone up, technology has evolved, neighbourhoods look different, and the workplace has changed. It takes time to adjust.

This role plays a vital part in helping Winston’s Wish turn up the dial across our Individual Giving Fundraising. The Individual Giving Manager is responsible for creating, developing and delivering a fundraising plan to grow existing and new support for Winston’s Wish across our online and offline channels. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
- Lead on the development and implementation of our Individual Giving strategy, supported by the Head of Mass Participation and the Director of Fundraising & Marketing.
- Ensure all opportunities and future plans are in line with Winston’s Wish’s over-arching fundraising strategy to meet financial targets, organisational objectives and KPIs.
- Maintain an awareness of philanthropy trends, news, events and legislation in the UK to ensure that Winston’s Wish remains up to date on key changes which are likely to impact on individual giving.
Generating Individual Giving Income
- Lead on and deliver a plan to increase individual giving income from streams including, but not exclusive to, direct mail, regular giving, legacies, in-mem and our charity lottery
- Effective use of KPIs to ensure decisions are driven by evidence and real-time data.
- Continuously analyse our income and supporter data to measure effectiveness of activities and return on investment.
- Work alongside our design agencies and in-house marketing team to develop and manage direct mail campaigns, including segmentation to ensure campaigns will be carefully targeted and designed to maximise income.
- Explore and test new methods for donor recruitment and increasing donations.

About the role
Are you passionate about active travel and community engagement? This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Active Journeys team at Sustrans, based in the London, East and South-East region. As a Project Officer, you will play a dynamic role in delivering a variety of walking, wheeling, and cycling projects that make a real difference to people's lives.
In this varied role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering practical activities for young people in schools, supporting the implementation of School Streets to create safer and healthier environments, and working closely with the National Cycle Network and Infrastructure teams on community engagement for related schemes. You will engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships to ensure the successful delivery of projects, and will also be responsible for integrating Sustrans volunteers into your work to help maximise impact and community involvement.

Role Summary:
As part of the Major Gifts and Planned Giving team, this role is responsible for managing a caseload of approximately 80 legacy estates, including pecuniary, specific, residuary and life interest estates. The Community Engagement Officer is an essential role in fostering strong relationships with current and prospective members of the School Library Association community. The postholder will provide frontline support, drive online and in person engagement through outreach initiatives, and contribute to the growth and sustainability of the membership base. About the role
We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our small and friendly team on a part-time basis (15 hours a week) ideally working 5 half-days, Monday to Friday (3 hours each day) but the exact working pattern is negotiable.
As our Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day operations of our organisation. Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for a diverse range of administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across our various service areas.
You'll be a central point of contact and support, working collaboratively to ensure the effective delivery of our services. You'll expertly manage referrals and information, develop positive relationships with referrers, colleagues, and service users, and handle vital office operations. Your organisational skills will also be key in supporting internal team functions, from HR processes to the coordination of meetings and training, and in maintaining efficient resource management.
To thrive in this role, you will bring proven experience in office administration, ideally gained within a fast-paced environment such as a small business, charity, or social enterprise. Success will require you to be highly organised, adept at managing your time and prioritising tasks effectively, all while maintaining a keen eye for detail and accuracy, even when juggling multiple responsibilities across different service areas.
Strong IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online project management tools, are essential. Beyond your technical abilities, you will be someone who proactively identifies and resolves issues, contributes to improving our ways of working, and supports your colleagues.
Your approachable and welcoming nature, coupled with excellent communication skills, will enable you to build positive relationships and effectively convey information about our diverse work to service users, referrers, and other stakeholders, all while being a collaborative and adaptable team player.
