The continued growth of our Facebook Group Moderation service, led by our Head of Virtual Challenges, means that we are now on the lookout for a talented Virtual Challenges Manager to support the day to day runnings as well as the ongoing growth of this department.
Our Virtual Challenges Manager will support with the account management of our charity partners, manage our Virtual Challenges Officer and established moderation team, and ensure the smooth running of our events portfolio.
About the role
After a significant period of growth we are now looking to hire a Virtual Challenges Manager. The successful candidate will play an important role in managing relationships with our charity partners as well as the performance and development of our moderators.
We currently have a team of 30 Moderators and Team Leaders (self employed contractors) who work across a wide range of Social Fundraising Challenges. During peak times we can support up to 25 events in any one month.
You will be responsible for the day to day management of our team of talented moderators by monitoring their KPIs and performance, developing and implementing training, and taking an active role in the recruitment of new starters.
You will manage a portfolio of charity partner accounts to provide the best possible service and support, to maximise income generation and ensure challenges run to an exceptional standard.
You will also line manage our Virtual Challenges Officer, and work closely with them to ensure the smooth running of our events.
You will be expected to live our values and work together with our senior leadership team to support with the growth and evolution of Social AF as the go-to moderation agency for the third sector.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' fundraising experience and a minimum of 12 months’ experience of running a Facebook Challenge or Social Fundraising Portfolio.

Location of work: Flexible. This post holder will be based at home. The role will require irregular travel throughout the UK with minimal overnight stays.

BACKGROUND
Magic Breakfast is a registered charity providing healthy breakfasts to children and young people in the UK who arrive at school too hungry to learn, and expert support to their schools. JOB PURPOSE
Magic Breakfast’s mission is to end child morning hunger in the UK now and for good. The Service Delivery Support Coordinator will support the growth, membership and data management of our Service Delivery footprint across the whole of the UK.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

To ensure membership renewals of supported schools are processed each year including contract renewal and payment as well as disengaging schools.

To ensure accurate impact and performance reporting for each school is reviewed and sent to the relevant Engagement Partner including Local Authority Impact reports.

To ensure our expression of interest list is up to date with all relevant information captured.

To recruit schools through either our expression of interest list or through commissioned income contracts ensuring discussions on provision type and set up including advising engagement partners and operations of new schools and requirements.

About the role
With ambitious targets to support thousands more children by 2029, Chapter One is seeking a passionate, energetic Fundraising Officer to be an integral part of our Fundraising team. Reporting to our Trusts & Foundations Manager, you’ll generate income from a range of existing and new trusts and foundations, along with individual fundraising activities to contribute towards the 2024-25 fundraising target of £278,000, rising to £348,000 in 2025-26 in which you’ll have an individual target.

Deliver the fundraising plan

● Maintain a portfolio of existing trusts and foundations, ensuring an excellent cultivation and stewardship journey in order to build relationships and maximise income.
● Proactively identify and research new prospective trust funders, finding creative ways to engage with them to secure support.

Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Legacy Manager with demonstrated experience, preferably within the charity sector or comparable commercial environment. The role will involve primarily working from home and must be situated in or near London to attend regular in person meetings with key staff.
Key responsibilities
Take responsibility for a portfolio of around 300 legacy pledgers in order to deepen relationships and offer excellent stewardship to ensure that legacy pledgers feel valued by STUK and their pledge is retained.
Act as the first point of contact for legacy enquiries, both internal and external, responding with authority, sensitivity and diplomacy, so that legacy enquirers and intenders choose to leave STUK a gift in their Will.
Plan and deliver a programme of marketing and advertising to promote legacy giving and grow our pipeline of legacy supporters. This will include contributing to campaign strategy development; producing marketing materials including newsletters; and consulting with the Head of Individual Giving re legacy mailings.
Undertake general legacy communications including developing a tangible legacy vision, make phone calls, arrange one to one meetings and write personal notes/letters.
Organise at least 2 – 3 legacy events per year including post-event follow-up.
Organise legacy stewardship activities such as recognition mechanisms.
Liaise with and oversee the administrative work of Legacy Link, our legacy administrators.
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all legacy activity on Salesforce and in shared files.

Required Education and Experience
5+ years of relevant experience with exposure to legacy marketing and liaison with legacy enquirers, considerers and pledgers preferred.
A proven history of generating significant growth in key legacy metrics such as numbers of legacy enquirers and pledgers.
Demonstrated success in developing substantive donor relationships and in supporting senior management and programme staff, to execute donor and engagement strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with both management and donors.
Extremely detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
Able to take ownership of a process and to use problem solving skills to resolve issues.
Able to make sound decisions based on analysis, experience and judgment.

GSG Impact is looking for an Event Manager to support the organization of the annual Global Leadership Meeting (GLM), which will take place in Japan from May 20 to 22, 2025.
The GLM is a three-day, highly interactive international event designed as a workshop experience. It is organized in partnership with our local partner, the Japan National Partner. This invitation-only event has approximately 150 attendees from over 60 countries.
The Event Manager is responsible for the logistics planning and execution of this event, ensuring its success, on-budget, and alignment with GSG and Japan National Partner goals.
This role requires exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders in different time zones to deliver a high-quality experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Planning, Coordination & Execution:
● Manage a comprehensive event plan, including budget and timeline.

About the Role
As Supporter Development Officer, you will deliver campaigns and activities for the Supporter Development side of the Individual Giving team, successfully managing the supporter development activity in line with the agreed annual targets and the Fundraising Strategy. We’re IPWSO, the international umbrella body for Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS) associations around the world. We're looking for a Community Fundraising Manager - it's a great opportunity to develop a plan and deliver a diverse portfolio of fundraising activities to engage people with our work and contribute to our income.
You will manage a team to help develop innovative fundraising products, grow our supporter base and provide exceptional supporter stewardship.
Income generation
- Responsible for supporting the development of a 3-year community fundraising income strategy to grow income from a modest base of £125k per year to circa £275k per year.
- Implement the operational plan for community fundraising income.
- Plan, develop and deliver new community fundraising products, campaigns and events that will resonate with stakeholders including members, donors and volunteers to fundraise.
- Work collaboratively with Comms, Marketing & Digital teams to develop and drive forward promotion of community fundraising to reach existing and new audiences, including developing content for social channels, e-comms, webpages and fundraising packs.
