About the role

As Data Lead, you will facilitate the collection, management, integrity, security and reporting of our programme delivery, quality assurance and evaluation data, supporting the work of the Data and Insights Manager and Head of Impact and Quality. Main responsibilities

• Lead on data capture of key data points from partner schools, ensuring high quality throughout, efficient processes, and complete data. For example, collection of pupil data, SATs and GCSE results.
   
• Be responsible for promoting high standards of data integrity across the organisation. This includes supporting staff to develop in their use of data, undertaking regular data integrity activities, and developing solutions to improve data integrity issues at the source.
   
• Work with the Data and Insights Manager on the administration, maintenance and development of our Salesforce CRM system.

• With the Data and Insights Manager, act as expert in data governance and data protection processes at Action Tutoring, promoting data security and GDPR compliance across the organisation.
   
• Any other ad hoc responsibilities as deemed relevant by the CEO.
   

Person specification

We are looking for someone who has:
 

• Two or more years experience with Salesforce administration, including custom objects.
   
• Experience administering online data capture software (ideally FormAssembly), including managing integrations with Salesforce.
   
• Experience working with complex datasets in Excel, including data cleaning in preparation for import/export or analysis.
   
• Experience generating reports for a range of stakeholders.
   
• The ability to design data collection processes and system changes that are scalable, impactful, and promote high standards of data integrity.
   
• Project management experience, including creating project plans, gathering requirements, analysing risks, and managing stakeholders.
   
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; proactive in communicating updates and change to stakeholders at all levels.

Fundraising & Income Generation

· Develop and deliver engaging fundraising campaigns and activities for community groups, individuals, and businesses to support our shared mission

The Financial Accountant will be a key member in our Finance and Performance team, part of Corporate Services, which supports the capabilities and programmes to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

It is an excellent opportunity to join our small and dedicated finance team. We are looking for a strong technical professional, whose financial expertise and specialist knowledge are a given. The main purpose of the role is to provide technical financial accounting support, with a focus on VAT and HMRC submissions, preparation of statutory accounts and its related trading subsidiary to comply with regulatory and external stakeholder reporting requirements. The role will support the month end tasks to produce the monthly management accounts including the balance sheet reconciliation, working closely with the finance team.

You will: 

· Monitor, maintain, and improve internal financial controls

· Submit quarterly VAT returns

· Produce the Annual Statutory Accounts and lead the annual external audit

· Prepare the weekly cashflow and cashflow forecasting

· Prepare the balance sheet reconciliations working closely with the team to follow up any differences

You: 

· You will have strong knowledge of the Charity SORP, FRS102 and charity VAT

Role summary 

Join the leading UK charity dedicated to supporting babies born premature, to lead a new programme of work in Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive programme lead or project manager to lead engagement with healthcare teams and parents/carers across Wales to improve care for babies across 9 neonatal units, focussing especially on babies who face the biggest challenges.

Every year in Wales, around 2800 babies are born premature or sick and needing care on a neonatal unit – this isn’t what most parents expect for their baby. Many of these babies, and their families, will face inequalities which relate to their ethnicity, or their socio-economic disadvantage.

Bliss is the UK’s leading national charity for babies born premature or sick, and we are looking for someone with the skills for engagement and project management to join team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to help lead an exciting new programme of work, to understand the needs of parents and healthcare teams across Wales, to increase reach and impact in the country.
 

• Location: Based in Wales and able to travel to 9 neonatal units across the country. We expect at least 1-2 visits to each unit in the fixed term of the contract

Role details

TBliss has recently been awarded a one-year grant from the Welsh Government to deliver a programme of work to support and drive neonatal service transformation across the country. In line with Bliss new 4-year strategy, this programme will work with neonatal healthcare professionals across the 9 neonatal units in Wales, support families whose babies need this vital care, and include research and policy work to improve care across the country.

The programme lead will coordinate the work of this programme, which will be managed by teams across Bliss, and lead on the engagement of parents and healthcare teams across Wales. During the 12 months of the funding agreement, to the end of September 2026, the programme will:
•Raise awareness of and access to Bliss’ information and support for parents
•Support all neonatal units to progress through Bliss’ Baby Charter standards
•Undertake service-user involvement work to inform the development of a new digital parent support service
•Undertake engagement work with health professionals to inform training and the development of resources to support the delivery of Family Integrated Care (FICare)
•Carry out a policy research project on neonatal inequalities.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

•Proven ability to build effective internal and external relationships with a range of stakeholders
•Strong experience of project management, able to juggle multiple priorities and coordinate with others to deliver activities on time and to budget

We are now recruiting for a Programme Coordinator for our schools in Bristol. The role will also oversee our partner schools in Dorset remotely, with infrequent travel to Dorset.

• The Bristol Programme Coordinator oversees a caseload of up to seven partner schools. They manage the logistics and organisation of each school’s tutoring programme, working closely with the schools and pupils and managing the pool of volunteer tutors. They attend the weekly tutoring sessions at each school, as well as overseeing the quality of face to face and online tutoring, always working to deliver a great impact.
• The Bristol Programme Coordinator supports the recruitment of volunteer tutors, manages the tutor sign up process, develops relationships with schools including their Senior Leadership Team and subject teachers, collects data for monitoring and evaluation purposes, and works with other internal teams on business development opportunities.

Duties and responsibilities

Reporting regularly on key performance indicators to key stakeholders and using them to enhance programme delivery. Work with the Programme Manager on business development, approaching new schools that might be interested in working with Action Tutoring.

FTWW is looking for a full-time Volunteer and Community Coordinator! The successful candidate will strengthen community activity by engaging with external stakeholders and members of the public, increasing our reach and volunteer numbers. They will ensure that volunteers are supported and equipped to participate in a wide range of activities, both in-person and online.

The role is full-time home-based within Wales, with occasional travel to events and meetings, so a driving licence and access to a car would be an advantage.

We are a small but mighty charity where no two days are the same. You may be involved in facilitating an online coproduction event one day and speaking at the Senedd the next so excellent communication skills are a must. We currently have over 90 registered volunteers and a key part of the role will be to develop our volunteer programme.  As a small team, you will also support our part-time Engagement Coordinator, so there will be plenty of opportunity to demonstrate your creative skills too.

The Methodist Church in Great Britain is seeking four part-time Regional Safeguarding Team Coordinators to join our dedicated Safeguarding Service.

Location: Home based (NW, NE, SW, SE) with occasional travel
Hours: Part time (17.5 hrs per week)

The role holders will provide efficient, effective and confidential administrative support and assistance across each of our four regional safeguarding teams.

Working as part of a collaborative service, each Team Coordinator will play a key role in enabling the regional safeguarding teams to deliver timely and professional advice, guidance and interventions to churches and church-based community projects and work across the regions.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Proficient time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Confidence in using digital tools and software with the ability to adapt to new systems
• Emotional resilience to work with safeguarding related matters

The Daniel Spargo-Mabbs Foundation is a drug and alcohol education charity that aims to support young people to make safe choices about drugs and alcohol and reduce harm. We do this through increasing understanding of the effects and risks, and helping to develop life skills and resilience. The Foundation was set up in January 2014 by Tim and Fiona Spargo-Mabbs in response to the death of their 16-year-old son Daniel having taken ecstasy

We are recruiting a Drugs Education Coordinator (Scotland) to join our team. This role will involve the coordination and delivery of DSMF drug education in Scotland, based in the Grampian region, working with the Head of Education and Engagement and Director to develop provision regionally and more widely.

Suitable candidates will:

• be passionate about supporting young people to make safer choices about drugs and alcohol
• have experience of developing and delivering drug and/or alcohol education in schools, colleges and/or the community
• have experience of working with young people, including a knowledge of substance use and its impacts
• have experience of project coordination, with excellent organisation skills
• be a skilled and effective communicator, both in writing and orally, with a wide range of people and agencies
• enjoy working remotely in a small and busy team

• A Customer Relations and Sales Officer to work as part of a centralised sales team, which leads all Autism Know How sales, logistic and customer support enquiries. 
• Managing all aspects of the customer sales journey, this role will lead and deliver an effective, timely and professional customer journey and experience, maximising income potential and repeat business to ensure performance against team sales targets and to enable the society to continue to improve its offering for autistic people.   
• This role will work closely with colleagues across Autism Know How, Marketing, CRM and Business Development departments, and other relevant NAS teams where required. 
• This role will also deliver general administration and data processing as required. 
• This is a full-time position for 35 hours per week. The salary for this position is £25,617.80 per annum.

We are looking for someone who:

· Will be committed to the vision of TEN to work alongside Christians to see lives transformed in the Balkans and Eastern Europe.

• Can lead and develop the financial, operations and data work at TEN.
• Has financial and accounting experience.
• Has a strong understanding of financial planning and principles.
• Has experience of producing financial reports for small organisations.
• Has experience with CRM systems.
• Has experience of managing people.
• Has strong IT skills including proficiency in Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is able to work to deadlines.

Key tasks will include:

• Financial management of Transform Europe Network.
• Oversight of TEN’s data and CRM systems.
• Management of the Finance Administrator and Communications Officer.
• Oversight of the TEN office and office support services.
• Working with the CEO to help the strategic development of the organisation.
• Deputising for the CEO when required.

In order to perform this role, it is essential that the post holder is in full sympathy with the aims and goals of TEN. To that end he/she must be a committed Christian (able to agree with the organisation’s statement of faith) and able to fully participate in spiritual activities whilst carrying out the responsibilities of Senior Finance and Operations Manager.

The role is hybrid with the expectation that the successful candidate will be able to work in the office three days per week.
