Leeds Mind promotes positive mental health and wellbeing and provides help and support to anyone who needs it in and around Leeds. We have faith and optimism in our clients and so the services we deliver are built around their needs. We support the people of Leeds to discover their own resources to ‘recover’ from periods of poor mental health, and to live life independently with their mental health condition.
Employment is a key part of mental health recovery. Our employment services are delivered in line with the IPS model, supporting people with mental health challenges to retain paid employment in line with their aspirations. IPS is delivered in close partnership with NHS mental health services, employers, commissioners and the wider system.
Due to receiving new funding we are excited to expand our WorkPlace Leeds service to develop our existing support in the community.

IPS Employment Specialists - Multiple positions available
To provide an evidence-based IPS employment support service, delivered in a trauma‑informed, person‑centred and inclusive way, in line with Leeds Mind values and IPS fidelity standards. Supported Employment Specialists - multiple positions available
We support individuals with a range of needs, including mental health conditions, neurodiversity (autism, ADHD), and learning disabilities, to gain and sustain meaningful employment through personalised, strengths-based support. SEQF is delivered in close partnership with community groups , employers, commissioners and the wider system.
1-year fixed term contract (may be extended depending on funding)
Hours – 37 hours per week and 28 hours per week
Selection process will include a telephone screening and assessment centre.

Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Coordination:
- Manage referrals into the wellbeing service, including initial contact and triage of unpaid carers into the caring callers support offer or counselling offer

You will also have strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities and experience supporting or supervising others within a fundraising environment.
You will be confident building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and able to use data and insight to inform fundraising activity and demonstrate impact. Experience using CRM systems and fundraising platforms is essential, alongside a good understanding of fundraising regulations and best practice.

As the national body for youth work, the NYA has a dual function. We are the professional statutory and regulatory body (PSRB) responsible for qualifications, quality standards, and safeguarding for youth work and services in England. Role Purpose

The Event Manager plays a pivotal role in organising the events and activities that will provide young people, from across the United Kingdom, the opportunity to collaboratively engage in the democratic process through the UK Youth Parliament Programme.
This role involves working closely with the UK Youth Parliament team and our partners to support the effective organisation, communication and delivery of the UK wide events and activities.
The Event Manager will work closely with the Policy team, Communications team and Programme Management teams.
Key Responsibilities
As our Events Manager, you will:
- Plan, organisation and on-site delivery of regional and national events, including residential and single-day conferences, networking events and a House of Commons sitting.
- Project management of all event elements including budgets, logistics, health and safety, safeguarding, attendees, AV and delegate communications.
- Be responsible for selection and management of all event suppliers including accommodation, equipment, AV and logistics.
- Oversee venue and supplier management
- Act as first point of contact for all delegates where appropriate to the event
- First point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Work with our finance team to ensure event budgets are managed closely and events are delivered in budget
- Report for each event during event planning phase and developing comprehensive post-event reports which

About the Role

Together this team, covering Technology, Data Protection and our Transformation Management Office, takes great pride in supporting across RBL with all things technology, security, digital, data, programme management and change initiatives. Based in our Technology team, the Technology Delivery Manager will play a critical role in the successful delivery of technology projects and workstreams, responsible for leading and delivering a broad range of technology initiatives from complex projects to smaller enhancements.
Reporting to our Head of Technology Demand and Delivery, key responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of technology change aligned with the Solution Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Utilise a blend of agile and traditional methodologies to improve the quality, speed and customer satisfaction of technology change whilst ensuring appropriate governance structure and controls are in place
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including business sponsors, project team members, technical teams and vendors
- Possess a strong understanding of technology concepts and trends relevant to RBL and the Not-for-Profit sector
- Co-ordinate and contribute to Change Impact Assessments to ensure change needs are fully understood
- Adopt and champion the standards, frameworks, templates, tools and methodologies defined by the Head of Technology Demand and Delivery
As a recognised subject matter expert, the Technology Delivery Manager will bring strong project delivery expertise, highly effective stakeholder management, and the ability to communicate confidently and transparently with both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring that technology change is well-planned, well-governed and successful.
You will be contracted to your home address, and you will perform most of your work remotely there, with occasional travel (incl. for monthly team meetings).
