The responsibilities of the Client Finance Manager will include:

• Delivering budgets and forecasts for each client, property and tenancy, using complex data from the MRI Horizon general ledger and other systems, Hyperion and Excel tools to provide accurate and meaningful financial information
• Being accountable for financial control over property services accounting, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction by providing accurate forecasting, explanations and billing
• Maintaining a focus on process improvement, including planning and establishing new systems and processes for quarterly financial reporting to ensure clients understand their costs and bills, delivering an ongoing service that meets and exceeds expectations
• Being the key liaison between senior finance and property staff for client meetings, involving being acutely aware of the customers’ needs and acting upon them, and being proactive in problem solving and finding solutions
• Leading the service delivery to clients alongside management accountants and other colleagues, supporting the growth of the GPA, and matching resources to client demand
• Manage due diligence exercises on estate-related financial information provided by the client and interrogate to identify material financial risks to GPA and ensure correct account treatments are applied.

Key Skills & Experience 

• Be proficient in Microsoft Excel skills and able to manipulate complex data sets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse and interpret significant amounts of financial data
• Ideally, have experience in client finance, including reporting to clients, managing systems and processes, working in partnership with clients to deliver results
• Experience with property management systems such as MRI Horizon, Yardi Voyager, or similar systems, in addition to Excel and PowerBI (or similar) for financial reporting is desirable
• Ideally have experience in the property industry within medium to large organisations where customer service is a priority

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Business Development Team at Dementia UK, where you’ll play a vital role in managing and expanding Admiral Nursing Services across health and social care settings throughout the UK.

As the Regional Account Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of both new and established Admiral Nurse services. You will manage a diverse portfolio of supporters, including trusts, foundations, corporates, and individuals while growing our mid-level giving programme and building a strong pipeline of future donors.

Meet your Manager

In this role you will be managed by Sebastien De Menthon who is a Philanthropy Manager and joined ClientEarth in 2022, based in London. Sebastien discovered ClientEarth while studying anthropology and law at university. The high-leverage legal approach to achieve tangible progress on the climate and biodiversity crisis was immediately appealing. Since joining ClientEarth as a Philanthropy Officer, Sebastien has progressed to the Philanthropy Manager position where he supports and oversees two members of the Philanthropy Team. He has found that working in the Philanthropy Team has been a fantastic way to support ClientEarth's mission while learning about the world and developing skills in relationship management and communication. 

Main Duties

• Actively manage donor relationships across assigned portfolio of largely UK supporters with first class stewardship and reporting to secure renewals and uplifts of approximately £500,000 pa.
• Support with oversight of engagement with supporters ranging from £10,000 - £50,000. Galvanise and coordinate the European Philanthropy team to identify opportunities to uplift giving and ensure all supporters feel valued.
• Develop the pipeline of new donors through effective prospect research, network mapping and connecting with new contacts at external and internal events as a representative of ClientEarth.
• Support the Philanthropy Manager, Philanthropy Lead for Europe and all the Philanthropy Team to create the conditions for success in the European Philanthropy Team. Collaborating with colleagues across Europe inclusively to achieve shared goals and strengthen processes.

Office – Moreton in Marsh

Cotswold Friends is a local charity based in Moreton-in-Marsh, which for over 45 years has been providing Community Transport, Befriending, Carer Wellbeing and Community Activities to older and vulnerable people in the Cotswolds. We aim to combat loneliness and isolation. Our voluntary services improve health and wellbeing and support independent living.  We currently support over 2,300 people with 340 amazing volunteers.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead and develop the Marketing function for an established and well-respected local charity.  As the Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the CEO and be supported by a Marketing Co-ordinator working 12 hours per week and a team of Marketing volunteers.  Your role will involve:

• Development and implementation of Marketing strategy and plans, informed by research and data analysis, to support the charity in the achievement of short and long-term objectives

• Development and implementation of campaign strategy and plans for volunteer recruitment, charity and service awareness and fundraising. 

• Working to tell our stories – in this role you will spend time out and about across the Cotswolds, following our services in action and developing case studies that demonstrate the positive impact of our work

Specifically, you will manage:

· Brand development and awareness

· Cotswold Friends website content

· Social media campaigns and channels

· Regular newsletter production

· Development and distribution of press releases to key target press

· Design and production of print materials

· Charity mailings

· Print distribution to ensure effective area coverage

· Production of marketing and communication materials for events

· Production of film and photography

· Events management

· Delegation and management of Marketing support work to a team of Marketing volunteers

The successful candidate will:

· Hold a Marketing qualification and 2 years of management experience in a Marketing role

· Have the enthusiasm and drive to grow Charity awareness using new ideas and initiatives

· Provide evidence of development and implementation of strategic Marketing plans

· Be proficient in the management of digital marketing/social media/email campaigns

· Have excellent creative writing skills to develop marketing content

· Have Press/PR and events management experience

· Have experience of in-house design packages such as Canva

· Be proficient with website management and Content Management Systems

· Understand GDPR requirements and the importance of data protection

Job Title: Field Care Supervisor 

Location: South East London. The role is around 70% based within the community visiting participants and staff, then some home working and central office days in Islington as required. Kindly be aware that step free access is not available at our central office, and some of our other services.

We provide person centred care and support to our participants within the community, homes, and residential properties.
