We are looking for a Lead Data Software Developer to lead our technical delivery and have oversight of our Data Engineering work.

The role: 

You will lead the technical delivery and oversight of our Data Engineering work including the continued development, maintenance, reporting and support of FoE’s data assets.

On a day-to-day basis, you will oversee the management of our data model, including the import, export and integration of data with third parties.

Key Skills and Attributes: 

• You will oversee internal and external software development relating to data, using an Agile, iterative approach and seeking frequent customer involvement in changes. 
• Lead on the technical aspects of our organisational data strategy, working with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure that data enables our work
• Contributing to data-driven decision-making processes, and collaborating cross-functionally with teams to address complex organisational challenges
• Use software development best practices to ensure the well-managed delivery, maintenance and continuous improvement of our data systems. This includes our CRM, Data Warehouse and data flows to and from other systems and third parties.
• Improving the quality of changing processes through effective code reviews, coaching and training for team members, and ongoing monitoring and rectification of existing processes

The team: 

You will be part of the Data and Applications team, consisting of a Data and Applications Product Owner, two Business Application Specialists, yourself and a Data Software Developer. You will assist in developing and delivering the organisational data strategy, supporting projects relating to data improvement across the organisation, ensuring stakeholders and key users are involved in its planning and assisting with the prioritisation of the Data Engineering workload.

Managing a direct team of three, this role reports in to the Director of Advancement. Youth Engagement Officer  

Location: Hybrid. Expected to be in our London office in Victoria at least one day per week. You can be remote every other day or come into the office. Your office days are flexible and can be agreed with your manager, other than for monthly team days where you must be in person. Some nationwide travel expected for Youth Steering Group training days, events and conferences. After passing probation, up to six weeks ‘super remote’ working per year, where you can work anywhere in the world as long as you’re online for four hours of the UK workday.

Contract: Fixed Term Contract until 31 August 2026 with the possibility to extend. 

Holidays: 38 days per year, including our 3-day winter shut down and eight flexible bank holidays.

This will typically be a few meetings per month that can last until 7pm and about four weekend days over the year. Our Youth Steering Group is made up of 25 brilliant young people, aged 14-24, who draw on their lived experience of the different barriers to accessing a fair education, to campaign for change. You will also help the group to participate in FEA decision making, support the design and facilitation of their monthly meetings and training days, help them make progress against their personal development plans. This role will include working directly with young people, session planning and facilitation, policy research and managing logistics.

Ensure the Fair Education Youth Summit is a success and remains truly youth-led  

Our Youth Steering Group design and run the annual Fair Education Youth Summit. The event is led by young people for young people and brings together young changemakers from across our membership and the wider education and youth sectors to develop their youth leadership skills, collaborate on campaigns, and engage directly with decision makers. You will support the young people to design sessions, secure speakers, embed past feedback and plan the event structure. You will also support with the event logistics, guestlist management, participant communications and collecting attendee feedback.

Support our members to improve their youth engagement practice  

Our Youth Engagement Working Group supports FEA members and other sector organsiations to increase and improve their own youth engagement practice. You will support the management of logistics, promote the workshops, and communicate with working group members. You will also support the facilitation of the workshops and ensure the attendee data and feedback is correctly logged and actioned. The critical responsibilities of this role are described above. Energy Action Redhill and Reigate (EARR) is dedicated to improving home energy efficiency across East Surrey.  We work to improve the sustainability of homes, as well as making them healthier to live in and more economical to run.

We are seeking an organised and self-motivated Project Coordinator to join our Home Energy Advice Team.  You will play a key role in co-ordinating a programme of home energy surveys, distribution of energy efficiency materials and helping to deliver a series of events.  The post is funded through an Energy Redress grant and is part of the Surrey-wide HEAT programme, working in partnership with other voluntary organisations across Surrey.

As Project Coordinator you will play a key role in

• scheduling home energy surveys and follow up support
• liaising with residents, volunteers, and local partners
• planning and promoting community events
• monitoring and reporting on project progress and impact

Location: The role is home based; however, travel across Reigate & Banstead and Tandridge will be required to support events and home surveys.

Hours: 736 hours per year (average 16 hours per week over 46 weeks - you can manage the hours worked to suit yourself and the project.  Demand for the survey service is seasonal and it is anticipated more hours will be needed over the Winter months, with fewer hours in the Summer. 

Dates: Start from 23 September 2025 or earliest available date following this. This is a fixed-term contract until 30 April 2027

Salary: £25 per hour (3% uplift from May 2026)  Please note this role to be undertaken on a self-employed consultancy basis.

The Project for the Registration of Children as British Citizens (PRCBC) is seeking to recruit a part-time self-motivating and committed Administrator. The postholder will be at the core of PRCBC and involved in all aspects of PRCBC’s work. This post will be based at our office in Hammersmith, London.

Salary: £32,000-36,000 FT (pro rata)

3 days per week

About PRCBC

Founded in 2012, PRCBC is a small but dynamic charity with a strong national reputation for its unwavering commitment to children and young people with complex British citizenship rights. About the Role

The position is permanent and part-time. It is for 3 days per week, for the right candidate. The postholder must be available to work one Saturday a month. A normal working week is 21 hours (3 days per week) to be worked between 09:30am to 5:30pm weekdays. There may be an opportunity to work from home once a week after probationary period.

The main tasks of the role include: maintaining effective communication and correspondence with our vulnerable young clients and booking appointments; overseeing and updating our case management system; administrative financial work, costs billing and creating invoices; and general administrative duties including filing, scanning, shredding, archiving, photocopying, creating e-bundles, preparing and taking post to the post office, completing forms, and requesting subject access disclosure and other information from third parties.

The role also requires the administrator to support, where necessary, the day-to-day administrative management of the office and PRCBC operations. This includes liaising with external stakeholders across a range of areas such as IT support and building management; supporting the maintenance and updating of operational procedures and practices; and completing ad-hoc administrative tasks, such as office supply procurement, as required.

To work effectively at PRCBC, it is necessary for the administrator to closely follow instructions, retain a professional approach throughout, and be highly focused and well organised, with excellent attention to detail.

Due to the varied nature of PRCBC’s work, the administrator participates in many aspects of the management, administrative and legal process, and interacts with a wide range of individuals, from solicitors and barristers to social workers and foster parents, alongside frequently vulnerable young clients and their carers. The administrator is therefore expected to manage a varied and evolving workload. The right candidate will have an initiative-taking mindset, be highly adaptable and willing and able to take initiative in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-value donors and prospects, including HNWIs, trusts and foundations, and senior figures such as Ambassadors, Trustees, and the President
• Identify and cultivate new supporters through targeted prospecting, research, events, and networks
• Develop and deliver an engaging stewardship and cultivation programme to foster lasting relationships and secure long-term, transformational gifts
• Collaborate with internal colleagues to shape compelling, tailored cases for support that reflect donor motivations and strategic priorities
• Build strong cross-organisational relationships to ensure cohesive, donor-centred experiences
• Champion a data-informed approach to donor management using CRM and internal systems to track pipeline activity and support reporting
• Represent the philanthropy function across the organisation, championing best practice and ensuring high-value fundraising is embedded and supported
• Ensure compliance with fundraising legislation and maintain the highest standards of ethical fundraising

Key Skills and Experience

Essential

• Significant experience managing major donor and/or trust relationships at six- and seven-figure levels
• Strong track record of securing high-value gifts and meeting or exceeding income targets
• Expertise in developing compelling, high-quality fundraising proposals tailored to donor needs
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
• A strategic, creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and solution-focused approach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail
• Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Confident using CRM systems to manage pipelines, analyse data, and support donor stewardship

Desirable

• Experience working with senior volunteers or philanthropic advisers to increase income and influence
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to align across departments
• Financially literate and able to interpret complex impact or income data to inform donor discussions
