At Single Homeless Project, we believe every young person deserves the chance to build a life beyond crisis. As our Young Person’s Psychotherapist, you’ll play a vital part in making that happen. Working within our Opportunities Programme, you’ll provide one-to-one psychotherapy and co-produced psychoeducation groups for young people aged 16–25. Your work will focus on prevention, helping young people make sense of their experiences and build the tools to manage life’s challenges before they reach breaking point.

You’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary team offering a psychologically informed service - collaborating closely with support staff, managers and other professionals to create safe, empowering spaces where young people can explore their emotions, relationships and aspirations. From helping someone understand the impact of trauma, racism or poverty, to facilitating group discussions on healthy boundaries and emotional regulation, your impact will ripple far beyond the therapy room.

Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide essential support to a busy Chief Executive and senior team.

About The Role

The British Association of Urological Surgeons (BAUS) is an established, highly regarded membership-based organisation. The Role

The Events Assistant will provide administrative and event delivery support to the Head of Events and the Events Coordinator in the planning and delivery of physical and virtual meetings, events and courses.

This role is hands on and varied and duties will include:

• Supporting the delivery of BAUS’s flagship Annual Meeting and a calendar of Specialist Section Meetings, Education Courses and virtual events.
• Maintaining accurate delegate and speaker databases, attendee lists and name badges.
• Assisting with event websites, mobile apps, social media and marketing campaigns.
• Liaising with venues, suppliers, exhibitors and delegates.
• Providing administrative support including processing payments, handling enquiries, and producing post event reports.
• Supporting set up, breakdown and onsite delivery of events (some travel and overnight stays will be required).

The Person

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable individual with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and a collaborative approach. You should come to us with experience working in an events environment, or the completion of an Events Management course.

This promises to be an exciting and busy role so you will need to be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, and have the ability to multitask effectively demonstrating a high level of customer service skills.

Perhaps most importantly you should be enthusiastic, flexible and pro-active, be a genuine team player and able to work independently when required as well as collaboratively along with colleagues.

The Organisation

The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity created in March 2017. We manage over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London. We are now looking for an Assistant Retail Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 36 hours per week. Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to be on-site and cover a 5 in 7 rota.

The Role

As our Assistant Retail Manager, you’ll support the Retail Manager to deliver an outstanding retail operation across our flagship shop, pop-ups, and e-commerce channel.

In this varied role, you’ll be responsible for leading and motivating the retail team, ensuring excellence in customer experience, visual merchandising, and overall retail standards.

You’ll also help manage financial performance, support staff development, and handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and care.

Additionally, you will:

• Oversee daily shop operations, including opening/closing, tills, and security
• Manage stock control, deliveries, and e-commerce fulfilment
• Support the recruitment, training, and career development of retail staff
• Co-ordinate rotas and ensure effective deployment of staff across trading channels
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, HR, and company procedures

About You

• Retail management or supervisory experience, including managing and leading retail teams to deliver income of more than £500k across a broad range of products

Job Title: Birmingham Project Officer

Salary: £28,000

Based at: Remote, with travel to schools in Birmingham

Job purpose

· To deliver Nourish in 6-8 schools in Birmingham (primary, secondary and SEND settings)

Key tasks include

· Support with recruitment of schools to take part in Nourish

· Complete in person food audits in schools looking across the whole school day

· Support schools to create and deliver a food improvement plan (action plan)

· Develop and deliver workshops in schools to staff, parents and students based on their action plan (e.g. assemblies, cooking sessions, school food standards training, packed lunch advice, food ed/sensory tasting sessions)

· Support schools to write a school food policy

· Build relationships and work closely with teachers, teaching assistants, chefs, kitchen teams and senior leaders in schools to improve the food on offer to students

· Collect data and maintain accurate records relating to the project

· Work closely with our Evaluation team to complete all monitoring and evaluation

· Work in collaboration with other Birmingham school food partners

· Share learnings with other SFM regional Project Officers
