Team Leader

£25,481 - £28,672 (pro rata)

20 hours per week

Fixed Term until 31 March 2023

North Yorkshire County Wide

Ref: INSIQ676365

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual with leadership and management experience to join us as a Team Leader on a Fixed Term basis until March 2023.

This is a new exciting and challenging role managing a team within our +Choices service. +Choices is a bespoke programme that supports perpetrators of domestic abuse through the stages of behaviour change. The service aims to reduce risks to those involved in domestic incidents and reduce the opportunity for a repeat incident to occur. Our service aims to protect victims of domestic abuse by delivering high quality 121 and group-based interventions to perpetrators of any gender, in order to address and change their abusive behaviour.

This Team Leader role will lead and manage the team of Project Officers, overseeing the day-to-day management of a team of experienced colleagues.

The successful applicant can be office based in Scarborough, Harrogate or York. This role requires travel and so you must have access to a car for work purposes and hold a full current UK driving licence. Hybrid working arrangements are on offer, meaning a mix of office and home working will be considered for the successful applicant.

If you are passionate about working in the domestic abuse sector, and leading and managing a team, then this is the role for you.

The role is subject to Enhanced DBS and Police Vetting.

For an informal chat about the role, please contact Lizzi Trueblood

Foundation’s core values are: People, Passion, Collaboration and Integrity.

Closing Date 23:59 Sunday 7th November 2021

Interviews 26th November 2021

We aim for our workforce to reflect the diverse and exciting region we serve. We want you to have every opportunity to shine and show us your talents. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make sure the assessment process works for you.
