The Team:
The successful candidate will be joining a collaborative and high-performing team based in London. This Administrator role provides essential administrative and governance support within the Outreach Team, which plays a key role in engaging aspiring surgeons and supporting their journey from the very beginning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to the team, particularly around governance and committee management.
• Manage logistical arrangements for meetings, events, and conferences, including booking venues, travel, and accommodation.

We are seeking a Data and Impact Officer to join us to work closely with our Head of Data and Impact and Impact and Evaluation Manager. The role will include administering and developing our database, helping to assess the impact of our

The Festivals & Events Producer curates and executes a range of Symphony experiences—from intimate worship nights to large-scale gatherings like “Tribe: Festival of Hope.” You’ll balance creative vision with logistical precision to produce memorable events that highlight the talents of Black, Brown, and LGBTQ+ communities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as our Project Coordinator in the West Midlands.

The postholder will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of the Walk To School Outreach (WTSO) project and acting as a key contact for our delivery partners, liaising with schools and/or any other stakeholders, as appropriate. You will work with schools across your assigned region in England. You will occasionally be required on site and will therefore live within a reasonable distance for travel via public transport.

You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring the project achieves its behaviour change aims, as agreed by the funder. In this newly created role, you will work closely with the operations team to identify and implement improvements across financial systems and processes—helping us to work smarter, not harder. While you’ll provide ad hoc support with core accounting tasks, your focus will be on driving efficiency, making the most of resources, and helping the charity better serve its cause.

We’re looking for an innovative, passionate, and professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the Stroke Recovery Service based in Haringey. This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to provide stroke recovery support following a stroke.

Position: S11275 Stroke Support Coordinator

Location: Home-based, Haringey, however, regular travel will be required as part of this role within the service area (may include other travel in London and nationally to include team meetings or other work-related meetings).

Salary: Circa £27,400 per annum (inner London weighting £3,950 per annum or outer London weighting £2,100 per annum may be applied in accordance with where you live)
