SAVE Britain’s Heritage is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media and Digital Officer to lead our digital presence at a pivotal time in our campaigning work.
About The Role
You’ll lead on our social media channels (Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Bluesky), digital campaigns, and email communications. A key part of the role is content creation – helping us tell SAVE’s story in compelling ways that grow our audiences and build engagement.
Working closely with our small team — and reporting to our Editorial & Communications Manager— you’ll also deliver digital campaigns to support events and subscriber growth. You’ll manage the monthly Bulletin via Mailchimp, update SAVE’s website, track performance using Google Analytics and explore new partnerships to extend our reach.
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in social media and digital marketing strategy, hands-on content creation, and email/newsletter campaigns. Skills in analytics, SEO and CMS systems are also important.

We’re looking for a Research Engagement Officer to support and coordinate our Cancer Clinical Research Groups—formerly the National Cancer Research Institute (NCRI) Research Groups. We are seeking a Stakeholder Engagement and Comms Manager
The National Safeguarding Team provides professional safeguarding advice to the Church of England on matters of national policy as part of its wider transformation plan, which includes the development and implementation of national policy, training, quality assurance and audit, and work with survivors. The national safeguarding team also leads complex casework and supports dioceses in their safeguarding of children and adults.
The Redress Scheme project is part of the Church of England's Safeguarding Programme, which aims to embed structure, quality assurance and continuous improvement in line with its Safeguarding principles. Following the Church of England's recently approval of a comprehensive redress scheme for survivors of Church-related abuse, the project is now moving into the implementation phase, and we are looking for a new member of the team to help us prepare for the opening the Scheme.
The role will work with multiple NCI departments involving, for example, HR & Payroll, Finance & Resources, Legal, among many others as well as Safeguarding Bishops and Safeguarding teams of the Church of England in support to the mission of the Church of England and this Programme's in particular, as well as external stakeholders, including the media. What you'll be doing
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Manager to play a pivotal role in the delivery of the Church's Redress Scheme. This high-profile project requires a strategic communicator and relationship-builder who can lead engagement efforts across the wider Church and National Church Institutions (NCI) staff, ensuring clarity, sensitivity, and impact in all communications.
As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive stakeholder engagement and communications strategy, acting as the face of the programme and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed, consulted, and supported throughout the Scheme's development and launch.
Summary of main responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder engagement across diocesan and cathedral safeguarding teams, NCI staff, and external media.

Some duties will include (but are not limited to) –
- Monitor and manage workload, organise schedules, ensuring that work is purposeful, targets are clear and support staff to reach their potential and feel valued.
- Support staff with regular supervision using the Age UK Croydon Empowerment Striving for Excellence, Innovation process
- Recruit and manage staff in line with Age UK Croydon's policies and guarantee that efficient and effective procedures are in place.
- Oversee recruitment and support for volunteers across the service.
- Carry out regular supervision and appraisals and provide encouragement and support for staff including encouraging skills development and progression

To lead the operational delivery, activation, and ongoing management of two new public-facing community assets: an affordable workspace and a smart, environmentally sustainable event space. You will balance access, quality, and sustainability by ensuring these spaces meet the needs of Kilburn’s dynamic and diverse community, while also generating revenue to support their long-term viability.
Key Responsibilities:
Space Setup and Launch
- Oversee handover and mobilisation of the affordable workspace and event hall as they are phased in between Sep–Jan 2025
- Liaise with Brent Council, contractors, and partners during transition and setup
Facilities and Operations Management
- Ensure buildings are safe, welcoming, well-maintained, and sustainably run. Manage contractors responsible for building maintenance and upkeep.
- Manage lettings, bookings, and contracts for both spaces including catering kitchen
- Monitor budgets and report on commercial activity
Workspace Activation
- Programme and deliver enterprise-focused activities in the affordable workspace
- Build a local network of entrepreneurs and facilitate community connections

Venue Promotion & Community Engagement
- Market the event hall as both a community asset and revenue-generating venue
