About the role

We are seeking a friendly, confident person who can work under their own initiative and is looking to establish or further their career in customer service.

Within our team of Support Representatives, you will work to ensure positive school partnerships are established and maintained to allow our volunteers to best help children become readers. You will deliver great customer service to our school partners and volunteers giving a friendly and helpful response to their enquiries and maintain efficiency and data integrity through our processes. Working closely with our Support Team Leader and the administration team you will ensure that our volunteer and school customer journeys run smoothly.

You will be responsible for the support of 80+ schools and their volunteers usually via phone or email; raising awareness in local communities, booking introductory visits for schools and volunteers to meet, ensuring records are accurate for invoicing, responding to enquiries, managing relationships, and leading online meetings. All activities undertaken will be accurately recorded on Salesforce - our CRM system.

The Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager is an exciting new role, joining our small and expanding fundraising team.

This new role supports the delivery of our ambitious plans to develop and grow income from corporate partners including pharmaceuticals and major donors.  You will proactively lead on identifying, developing and delivering high and mid value partnerships. What you do
Main purpose of post
This is a senior and strategic role in our fundraising team. You will be
responsible for leading the development and delivery of our Individual Giving
strategy, ensuring sustainable growth in income from individual donors. You
will oversee the retention and stewardship of existing supporters and
implement creative, data-led campaigns to attract new donors across multiple
channels. You will line manage the Legacy and In Memory Manager, supporting
their growth and the success of these high-value income streams.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Development and Planning
 Lead the development and execution of a multi-year Individual Giving
strategy.
 Develop and deliver an annual work plan to achieve agreed income
targets.
 Use data insights and donor segmentation to shape compelling and
effective campaigns.

Campaign Management
 Plan, manage, and evaluate a portfolio of Individual Giving campaigns
including:
o Regular giving
o Payroll giving
o Charity lottery
o Online and offline donor acquisition
 Test and implement new fundraising approaches to increase donor
conversion and value.
 Ensure all communications reflect the charity’s tone, values, and brand.

Donor Retention and Stewardship
 Design and implement supporter journeys that deepen donor
engagement and loyalty.
 Work with our Marketing Manager to oversee donor communications to
specific audience groups and stewardship activity, ensuring a positive
supporter experience.
 Monitor donor behaviour and lifetime value to inform stewardship and
upgrade strategies.

Legacy and In Memory Giving
 Provide strategic oversight of legacy and in-memory income streams.
 Line manage and support the Legacy and In Memory Manager to deliver
agreed targets and KPIs.
 Support the development of a legacy marketing plan to grow our legacy
pipeline.
 Support development of relationships with legacy pledgers and inmemory
donors

Budgeting and Performance
 Manage income and expenditure budgets for Individual Giving.
 Track and analyse campaign performance against KPIs and ROI targets.
 Maximise all gift aid opportunities within the agreed audiences.
 Report regularly to the Head of Fundraising on performance,
opportunities, and risks.

Cross-Team Collaboration
 Work with Communications, Digital, and Data colleagues to ensure
campaigns are well-coordinated, data-driven, and creatively delivered.
 Champion best practice in data protection and ethical fundraising.
 Stay informed on sector trends, regulations, and innovations in individual
giving.
 Ensure that all activities and contacts are managed through the charity’s
CRM (Raiser’s Edge)

Trusts and statutory funding is a core part of this model. As Senior Trusts and Statutory Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage a successful team (Trusts and Statutory Manager and Coordinator), delivering and growing the team’s £600k annual income target
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of trust and statutory prospects by crafting compelling proposals, narratives, and packages of support

About the role

  • drafting changes to website content to reflect the scheme’s current practice and procedures.

The Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (FSRH) believes that access to quality sexual and reproductive healthcare is a fundamental right. This is why we are working together with our 14,000 members and partners to shape better sexual and reproductive health for all.

FSRH is the leader in the field of sexual and reproductive healthcare, and we are the voice for healthcare professionals working at the frontline of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (SRH) in a range of settings in the community and primary care. Our members include SRH specialists, GPs, nurses, midwives and pharmacists. As a multi-disciplinary professional membership organisation, we set clinical guidance and standards, provide training and lifelong education, and champion safe and effective sexual and reproductive healthcare across the lifecourse for all.

FSRH’s External Affairs Team influences policy and practice through evidence-based advocacy as well as raising awareness of SRH rights among the public. We aim to develop policy, build partnerships to enhance influencing ability, and provide external communications inclusive of media relations in order to promote the goals set out in FSRH’s Hatfield Vision and Organisational Strategy, through the promotion of the highest standards in the field of SRH.

The All-Party Parliamentary Group on Sexual and Reproductive Health in the UK (APPG SRH) promotes awareness and understanding in Parliament of a range of issues relating to sexual and reproductive health across the life course (from menstruation to menopause and beyond). Backed by a passionate cohort of Parliamentarians and other stakeholders, the APPG is Co-Chaired by Dr Rupa Huq MP and Baroness Barker, supported by passionate Vice Chairs, Baroness Sugg and Maya Ellis MP.

About the role

This role plays an integral part in helping manage and develop the outputs of the External Affairs team, while advising on FSRH strategic issues. As the Senior Manager and Deputy to the Director in the team, you will manage the team’s External Affairs Officer, and drive delivery of the ambitions contained in FSRH’s Hatfield Vision. As Manager to the All Party Parliamentary Group on Sexual & Reproductive Healthcare you will work directly with leading Parliamentarians and partners to manage and deliver the APPG’s annual programme of work and meetings.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with an interest in healthcare policy and a passion for improving society. A background in policy, public affairs, campaigning, as well as proven project management and events experience is highly desirable. Excellent writing skills are essential, as is a broad understanding of communications techniques to engage policy makers around the issues that clinicians and the public alike face.

Our Team Leaders coordinate and run impactful and enjoyable volunteering events at which donated children's books are checked, organised and boxed for distribution by groups of corporate volunteers.  They are responsible for managing all aspects of the day and also for helping ensure that the volunteers that attend understand the value of their contribution.

Our Team Leaders work as part of a team and are supported by Volunteer Coordinators at each session. Your role as a Team Leader will be to set overall objectives for the day, to brief your team at the outset and to ensure health and safety protocol is adopted. 

Our volunteering events are received very positively by participants and are very well regarded by corporates, most of which choose to book with us on a repeat basis.  The Team Leader is largely responsible for setting the tone of each day, for ensuring their effective management and for checking that all attendees can contribute and participate fully.

On any typical day with us this role might include:

• Briefing the Volunteer Coordinators so that they can support you
• Briefing the wider volunteer pool at the start of the session: introducing the rationale for our work and setting objectives 
• Ensuring plans are achieved and completing necessary reporting.

We run two volunteering days a week at our Birmingham HQ and are looking for a Team Leader that can help run one or both of these days - opening up the unit, managing the session and helping us reach our gifting objectives.
