We’re recruiting an interim Head of Retention Marketing and Customer Journeys on a 12-month fixed term contract to lead a key transformation project.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the second-largest income stream at the BHF, from our existing donor base while delivering adoption of the Adobe marketing stack.

You’ll lead the adoption of  Adobe Campaign and CDP in the Retention and Customer Journey Team, coaching the team on developing data led strategies to inspire support from our customers to power lifesaving research, taking them on a cross channel journey to drive greater engagement with our cause and working with our Digital Teams to bring these journeys to life.

Managing income across our loyal regular giving base, our new lottery player base as well as our cash donor, raffle (Give Help) and retail, volunteering, event participant bases (Achieve Goals), your objective will be to grow income from our existing customer groups using cross sell, upsell and engagement communications to improve lifetime value, taking a customer centric approach.

This role is also key to to ensuring that our customers know where they can get help from the BHF, be it access to health content, to learn CPR or contact our Heart Helpline (Get Help).

Leading a talented below-the-line marketing team across our Give Help, Get Help and Achieve Goals objectives, you’ll also work closely with colleagues in our above-the-line teams to take an integrated approach to key comms moments.

About you

You’re a strategic marketing leader with a proven track record in customer retention, journey optimisation, and multi-channel growth. You’ve led teams through transformation, embedded new platforms, and delivered measurable impact.

You bring expertise in CRM, product marketing, and customer data strategy, with a passion for customer-centric marketing that drives engagement and long-term value. Experience with Adobe is ideal, but we would also value experience in platforms like Klaviyo, Bloomreach, Intuit (Mailchimp), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot and an understanding of the capability they have to drive personalised marketing

You’ll also bring:

• Strong working knowledge of customer data, CRM, and product marketing, with experience developing retention and journey campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, and data-led channels.
• Proven success as a people manager, with a track record of delivering change, building high-performing teams, and driving revenue growth.
• Ability to foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders, and experience managing external agencies through complex CRM and below-the-line marketing projects.
• Commercial and financial acumen, including budget modelling and P&L management.
• Experience working with data science teams to uncover customer insights and translate them into actionable strategies—paired with excellent storytelling and briefing skills to deliver impactful, optimised campaigns.

Working arrangements 

This is 12-month fixed term contract covering family leave. Start date ideally in December 2025, although there can be some flexibility.

This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least one day per week, on average, in our London Office. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.

The Marketing & Engagement Officer will support the Head of Commercial Activities and Volunteering and the wider organisation by leading on marketing, communications and community engagement. This role will focus on raising the profile of Age UK Lambeth, increasing awareness of our services, campaigns, and activities, and building stronger connections with our community to grow participation, partnerships, and support.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering marketing campaigns, creating compelling content, managing communications channels, and coordinating engagement initiatives and events. Alongside this, you will play a key role in developing supporter relationships and encouraging charitable giving, helping to increase regular and one-off donations through effective communications and community partnerships.

This is a creative and outward-facing role, requiring strong communication skills, relationship building, and the ability to balance both strategic planning and hands-on delivery.

General Duties

● Run, monitor, and maintain the organisation-wide marketing and promotional calendar to meet service, campaign, and engagement needs.
● Manage and grow all social media channels, following agreed marketing plans to build interest, followers, and engagement.
● Keep websites updated with relevant information, campaigns, events, and supporter opportunities.
● Coordinate the events calendar with national and international awareness days (e.g. Black History Month, International Women’s Day, World Mental Health Day).
● Create and update marketing materials (using tools such as Canva), ensuring brand consistency.
● Write and create engaging content by attending service activities, community events, and partner initiatives (occasional evenings/weekends).

In the first 6 months, you’ll

● Get fully up to speed with Age UK Lambeth’s services, campaigns, and engagement priorities.
● Review and manage the marketing and communications calendar, ensuring all campaigns and events are planned effectively.
● Audit and refresh social media channels and the website, creating content that promotes services, campaigns, and community activities.
● Support the planning and delivery of key community events and awareness campaigns.

Information Officer

Cystic Fibrosis Trust is looking for an Information Officer to join our busy and supportive team at an exciting time of rapid change in cystic fibrosis and the information landscape. Changes in clinical care, treatments and the experiences and needs of people with CF have prompted a dramatic increase in the breadth and volume of information we need to create. At the same time, AI, disinformation and misinformation mean accurate, trusted information is more important than ever.

To navigate the changing landscape of CF and health information, you’ll need editorial expertise and a commitment to engaging with and empowering the cystic fibrosis community through the development of high quality, engaging, accessible information in print and digital formats.

You will develop and maintain our extensive offer of health and other information, including our library of factsheets, special topic information packs, web content and videos aimed at people affected by cystic fibrosis and clinical teams. You will make sure that our resources meet the needs of our target audiences through sensitive and meaningful involvement with people with CF and healthcare professionals.

You will have experience of producing high quality, comprehensive information for people with health conditions from concept through to publication and a knack for making complex health information easy to understand. An understanding of and commitment to the criteria of the Patient Information Forum quality kitemark (the PIF TICK) is integral to the role.

This position will involve working on multiple projects concurrently, juggling priorities, being proactive in your approach and creating reactive information to address emerging issues. Strong organisational and time-management skills are therefore needed, as is the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with colleagues in the team and wider organisation, and a range of external stakeholders.

Cancer Research UK's Cancer Intelligence (CI) team is part of our Evidence & Implementation (E&I) department within the Policy, Information and Communications directorate. The E&I department is integral in driving impact for people affected by cancer and improving patient outcomes by placing evidence at the heart of the charity's work. Through robust research, the department shapes and drives improvements to cancer policy and practice across prevention, early diagnosis, treatment, outcomes, inequalities, and innovation.

What will I be doing?

• Overseeing the planning, development and delivery of commissioned prevention policy research (PPR) and supporting the development of the new prevention policy strategy

• Being responsible for signing off all policy research commissioned contracts, briefs, and outputs, ensuring they meet the Cancer Intelligence Team's evidence standards, adhering to wider CRUK policies, and aligning directly to the PIC prevention strategy

• Supporting team members to maintain and develop their own knowledge bases and skillsets through appropriate training, horizon scanning and involvement in commissioned work

• Developing and maintaining key relationships with internal and external stakeholders in the area of cancer prevention to identify common areas of work and identify gaps providing effective and pragmatic solutions

• Leading on dissemination of PPR outputs, including grey literature reports, peer-reviewed articles, presentations (internal and external), stakeholder engagement and press activity

• Liaising with the Cancer Prevention Knowledge Group Chair and other relevant experts to ensure that external insights are sought and appropriately incorporated into commissioned work

• Managing the budgets for prevention policy research studies and working with relevant colleagues to commission work agreed through the existing governance structures

• Gathering stakeholder feedback on strengths and weaknesses of existing team processes, including timeliness of outputs, quality of work and value for money

• Exploring different approaches for commissioned prevention policy research, to inform the development and implementation of a model of working that bests supports the delivery of the new prevention policy strategy.

What skills will I need?

• Education and/or experience in a research methodology discipline e.g. health sciences research

This is an exciting opportunity to join Single Homeless Project (SHP) in a brand new Caseworker role at the forefront of an innovative Westminster pilot service. The HMO scheme is designed to support under 35s who have experienced rough sleeping and are ready to take the next step towards independence. As a Caseworker, you will play a key part in shaping this exciting new service, working directly with clients to secure safe accommodation, build stability and open up new opportunities for the future. From assessing suitability for the HMO service and arranging property viewings, to supporting sign-ups with landlords, you will be central to each client’s journey into their new home.

You will guide clients through maximising their income via Housing Benefit and Universal Credit, help them register with GPs and health services, and create pathways into college and employment. Brief role description

The People Team Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to the People Team, with responsibility for recruitment and onboarding of new employees, maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating benefits, and acting as the first point of contact for employee queries. The Repairs Manager will work as part of the Property Services team. Assuming day-to-day responsibility for the oversight and coordination of all repair and maintenance activities across all tenures (Supported, Unsupported, Intermediate and Market Rent).

Key Purpose:
