This new role will be responsible for helping to develop and manage the legacy and in memory programmes. As the Senior Legacy and In Memory Executive you will have the opportunity to develop and grow the Legacy and In Memory, helping shape our strategy to recruit, engage and steward legacy pledgers and in memory donors. You will be responsible for managing and delivering a range of In Memory and legacy campaigns across multiple communication channels including email, social and print. Key Responsibilities:

· Support the Legacy and In Memory Manager with developing the strategy and budget.

· Responsible for managing the monthly budget report for expenditure.

· Responsible for developing campaigns to market the legacy and in memory areas to our supporters.

· To work with the Legacies and In Memory Manager to develop a supporter acquisition, stewardship and retention plan.

·  Responsible for tracking and monitoring the agreed KPI’s reporting monthly on activity and targets. To use this analysis to review the portfolio of activity quarterly with the Legacy and In Memory Manager and make recommendations about future marketing activity.

· To work collaboratively with other teams in the Fundraising, Comms and Policy directorate to cross sell legacies and support all teams with their in-memory fundraisers.

· To work closely with the Supporter Care team to ensure all donors and next of kin are thanked appropriately and that a relevant stewardship programme is put into place.

· Work collaboratively with the Digital Engagement and Mobilisation team to ensure that all agreed marketing activity is delivered as agreed on time and budget. To ensure that all legacy and in memory enquiries are responded to promptly and professionally.

· Work with the CRM and Supporter Care team to ensure that all Legacy and In Memory data on The Raiser’s Edge database is accurate, valuable and kept up to date.

Person Specification:

· Experience of managing successful programmes and campaigns to recruit and retain legacy and in memory supporters through a variety of channels

· Experience of working to and achieving financial targets

· A self-starter, able to work on own initiative but also able to work within a team and achieve strong results.

· Experience of cultivating supporters through effective stewardship programmes.

· Experience of CRM database such as Raiser’s Edge to record, inform and analyse data.

This critical role combines legal expertise with strategic risk assessment to protect and manage risk in a complex global organisation. You'll work collaboratively and proactively with colleagues across the organisation to deliver agile and responsive organisational risk management that facilitates the achievement of our strategic objectives. This will involve engaging risk owners to support their analysis and reporting of risks and notifiable incidents to senior management. 

You will be a qualified lawyer with around 3 years of post-qualification experience, with experience of advising on risk.

Purpose of This Role: 

This is a new, pivotal strategic role to shape future policy and practice in how faith communities support social prescribing for the benefit of local communities. Building on the emerging body of research around the connection between faith and health, this role will take the lead at a national level influencing, shaping and convening partners to unlock and unleash the significant resources of faith groups in contributing towards holistic healthcare delivered within the community.

The purpose of this role is to lead and co-ordinate NASP’s national work on social prescribing with partners across the faith sector and enable a better understanding of how to work effectively with faith communities through social prescribing, and the role that faith and belief plays in supporting good health and wellbeing. The role will work to improve accessibility of community support through social prescribing. The role would have a particular emphasis on access and health inequalities due to faith groups’ reach into deprived communities and ethnic minority communities.

The role sits in the National Leads team and will work alongside colleagues leading on the key areas of the natural environment, physical activity, historic environment, arts and culture, children and young people and older people.

Bereavement Support Services Lead (Digital). This is a rewarding and key role in the Bereavement Support Services team. The team provides a wide range of services, including the Helpline, Online Community, memory making, and print materials. The aim of this post is to provide operational and line management so that the BSS team can provide consistent, high-quality emotional support to bereaved families who seek support from Sands, as well as supervising the work of the Bereavement Support Officers on the frontline. As our digital support continues to grow and develop, we are looking for someone to support and inspire the team in this expanding area, working closely with Sands’ Bereavement Support Digital Coordinator. The Bereavement Support Services Team offers 1-2-1 support via telephone, email and other digital channels, and is usually open from 10-3 from Monday to Friday and 6-9pm from Tuesday to Thursday with occasional extended opening hours. Support is also available through digital channels; our Online Community, direct messenger on Instagram and Facebook and various closed groups on Facebook which need to be regularly monitored and moderated to provide a safe, user-led space accessible to all. In future a wider range of channels may be used. There are three Bereavement Support Leads (BSLs) including this post holder, and between them they are expected to cover all regular opening hours on a rota basis. Each shift will start 30 minutes before the helpline opens and end 30 minutes after the helpline closes, and BSLs will divide up the week in order to be present during shifts and ensure at least one BSL or the Head of BSS is available to the team 9am-4pm Monday to Friday and 5.30pm-9.30pm Tuesday to Thursday for safeguarding and general support. The role will be split between operational management of the BSS team, line management of BSSOs, supporting and contributing to other strands of bereavement support work, as well as some direct work on all of the support channels.

Context and purpose of role

The Out There Award (OTA) increases the skills, confidence and social connections of young adults (18-26 years) from diverse backgrounds to enjoy the outdoors responsibly. As a member of the Programmes team, the Programme Lead (Out There Award) will be responsible for the successful development and delivery of the programme across GB.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on the design, development and operational delivery of the Out There Award programme across GB.
• Create operational delivery plans – to identify milestones, monitor risks, resolve issues and manage resource requirements.
• Design and develop resources and processes to support programme implementation.
• Be responsible for managing a budget in line with programme goals and objectives.
• Be responsible for evaluation and reporting, to ensure the programme meets KPIs and delivers measurable impact.

Duties and Key Responsibilites 

Sarcoma UK’s research programme

• To support Sarcoma UK’s grant application processes under guidance from the Acting Head of Research. This will include calls for proposals, identifying expert peer reviewers, administering a high-quality peer and lay review process, communication with applicants and potential applicants, administration of grant awards and supporting patient involvement.
• To provide support to the Grant Review Panel and Research Strategy Committee, including organising meetings and preparing minutes.
• To manage Sarcoma UK’s portfolio of active research grants, under guidance from the Acting Head of Research. This will include administration of newly awarded grants, monitoring progress of current grants, oversight of grant finances and reporting on final outputs.
• To support opportunities for patient involvement within the research programme, including managing a network of lay reviewers and facilitating new opportunities, with support from the Patient Involvement Coordinator.
• To support new developments in Sarcoma UK’s research programme, including organising and attending events, collaborative funding calls and initiatives to support early career researchers. 

Research Impact and Communications

• To monitor and gather outputs and long-term impact of research grants funded by Sarcoma UK and support in ensuring these are shared with internal and external audiences.

About the role

As our Senior Data Executive, you'll lead a small team to manage and improve data processes that support marketing and fundraising efforts. You’ll be responsible for extracting and preparing data for marketing communications, supporting data imports, and ensuring high data quality. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, fundraising, and technical teams to define data selection criteria and ensure accurate, timely data exchanges with suppliers.

You’ll also manage the CRM database, resolve data quality issues, and promote best practices in data management. In addition to handling your own data extracts, you’ll oversee team workload, support and train team members, and continuously improve data processes based on feedback. A key part of your role will be ensuring team performance and wellbeing, driving success through effective leadership and collaboration.

Working arrangements 

Please note this is an 18 month fixed term contract.

This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least one day per week, on average, in our London Office. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause. 

About you

With proven previous experience running complex and large database selections in a busy direct marketing environment, you'll have experience ensuring complex and high-volume data quality and accuracy. You’ll have strong experience with Blackbaud CRM or similar systems, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and a proven track record in importing and exporting data with external agencies. Your attention to detail and strong numeracy skills will enable you to deliver high-quality data management.

Ideally, you'll have a background in fundraising and have gained experience in providing data and interpretation to direct marketing teams for major campaigns, as well as writing SQL queries. You’ll also have a good standard of communication in both written and verbal forms and have experience working with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver workloads to strict deadlines. You'll be experienced managing multiple tasks and your own time, prioritising workload appropriately while remaining supportive to your team.

We are urgently recruiting for an Interim Head of HR Services to join our well- known not for profit organisation based in central London, for an initial period of 12 months on a fixed term contract.

This role is responsible for designing, developing, and continuously improving People policies, processes, and systems that support the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to exit. It focuses on service optimisation within shared services, policy modernisation, and enhancing operational efficiency, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the Employee Relations team, People Administration team, and interim policy development lead to ensure legally compliant and consistent support for managers and employees.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders across People and Organisational Development, including People and Business Partners, Head of Recruitment, People Systems Manager, and Pay & Benefits Lead, to align activities and foster a forward-thinking approach to people management.
• Enhancing reporting and analytics capabilities to support senior leadership in making more evidence-based decisions.
• Driving employment law changes in partnership with the Director of People, influencing workplace practices and advising senior leadership.
• Reviewing and redesigning the Employee Relations model to ensure alignment with business needs and organisational culture.

As an Employment Advisor, you will sit within the Employment & Careers team, supporting the direct delivery of our employment service by recruiting beneficiaries through outreach and supporting them to secure or progress in employment.
 
Reporting to Head of Employment & Careers you will be required to manage and support a varied and challenging caseload into employment by providing high quality information and guidance. You will be expected to conduct in depth and comprehensive initial assessments in order to produce SMART and tailored action plans. 

Your role will also require meaningful weekly contact with beneficiaries, conducting regular reviews of agreed actions and setting revised actions where applicable. It is imperative that you are able to demonstrate and encourage a positive mind-set among beneficiaries by adopting a strengths based approach to their journey into employment. 

As an Employment Advisor, you will be expected to conduct employer engagement activity for the service, as well as support the delivery of job fairs and sector specific workshops. The role will also require you to ensure the service is at capacity levels by establishing and maintaining a network of referral partners and attending outreach events. 

You will have at least 1 year of experience working in a similar post supporting disadvantaged groups back to work and/or training and education. You will have experience of working in an evidenced based practice and working to set targets. You will be equipped with influencing and persuasion skills. 

You will also be responsible for conducting caseload reviews weekly/monthly and maintaining up to date beneficiary records on our internal systems.
