We are working in partnership with Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust to deliver the Bromley Mental Health Hub. This forms part of the transformation of mental health services in the London borough of Bromley under the NHS Long Term Plan. The service brings together the expertise of local primary, secondary and voluntary sector mental health care providers with the aim of providing flexible, holistic and integrated services for adults with mental health problems.

The integrated team provides brief intervention support to people with mental health problems within a primary care and community mental health setting, helping people develop their independence, self-management skills and achieve their recovery goals.

We have an exciting maternity cover opportunity for a full time Senior Peer Support Coordinator to lead on the development and delivery of mental health peer support in the Bromley Mental Health Hub. You will lead the team, which includes peer support staff and volunteers, and take responsibility for design, coordination and day-to-day delivery of recovery orientated peer support to people with mental health problems on a group and one to one basis.

Successful applicants will be expected to undergo an Enhanced Level Disclosure and Barring Service check.

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Data Officer to support the delivery of high-quality data operations at the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association. You'll play a vital role in managing and enhancing our CRM systems, ensuring data integrity, streamlining processes, and enabling colleagues across the organisation to work more effectively. This is an exciting time to join, as we prepare to implement a new CRM system that will transform the way we work.

As a Senior Data Officer, you will be part of our Data & Insight team within the Finance. Working closely with colleagues in Digital, ICT and Fundraising, providing technical expertise while developing and improving data flows and reporting processes. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with data tools, scripting, and automation, and who can collaborate well across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Data Operations & Standards Manager in maintaining data quality and system integrity across our databases.
• Deliver training and day-to-day support to users of our CRM systems, including making agreed system adjustments.
• Manage CRM user access, data cleansing, reporting and administration.
• Lead on technical development projects to improve automation and streamline processes using tools such as SQL, Power Automate or Python.
• Help design and maintain system integrations using APIs or middleware platforms.
• Reduce manual processes by developing efficient data flows across systems.
• Oversee imports and ensure accurate processing of new and updated data, including from external data agencies.
• Analyse and interpret data sets to support performance monitoring.
• Work with the Insight & Analytics Manager to support reporting processes and develop insights.

About You:

• Proven experience managing and improving database systems and processes.
• Strong SQL skills are essential.
• Confidence using automation tools like Power Query, Power Automate or similar.
• Familiarity with APIs or system integrations, and knowledge of ETL processes.
• Experience handling bulk data imports and reconciliation.
• A good understanding of GDPR and data management best practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• A strong analytical mindset with an eye for detail.

Experience with Dynamics 365, LogicApps, the Microsoft Power Platform or KingswaySoft would be an advantage - but training can be provided.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Income and Gift Aid Accountant Assistant to help us make sure every penny counts in our mission to stop MS. You'll play a key role in managing our income processing and supporting Gift Aid claims to help us maximise the value of every donation.

You'll ensure that donations recorded in our CRM system match the funds received, resolving discrepancies and supporting our income processes to run efficiently. Working closely with our Customer Services and Fundraising teams you’ll be at the heart of making sure our financial data is accurate and robust.

You’ll also assist with preparing and checking Gift Aid claims, helping us claim back vital extra funds at no additional cost to our supporters. Your detail driven approach will help us continue to build a strong and transparent foundation for everything we do.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a good understanding of financial accounting principles, strong Excel and IT skills, and a collaborative problem-solving approach. Raystede is a unique and forward-thinking multi-species animal charity that has an exciting opportunity for a new Veterinary Nurse. This role will support Raystede in its aims to give animals a better life through rehoming, rehabilitation and sanctuary, and give people the support and knowledge they need to treat animals with care and respect. With passionate teams, a wide variety of animals, high welfare standards, and a drive to find as many animals as possible new homes, this is a fantastic opportunity not to be missed.

 As a Veterinary Nurse you will be expected to support Raystede’s clinical work in our on-site veterinary surgery and assist with the day to day running of the practice. You will build close working relationships with our expert animal care teams, and also be involved with Raystede more widely as we work to assist as many animals as possible.

 The client base is primarily internal, supporting the animals that we accept for rehoming or that live with us in sanctuary. Most interaction with animals not owned by Raystede will be with animals rehomed by us that need to return for agreed procedures or treatments, as part of our veterinary community days, or on occasions where we agree to provide emergency treatment that cannot be supported elsewhere. You will also be part of supporting animals being cared for on our Break Away scheme where we find temporary foster homes for animals belonging to people fleeing domestic abuse, or unable to find care for them due to short term hospital stays.

 The majority of the clinical workload will be in response to the needs of our most commonly rehomed species those being dogs, cats, rabbits, other small animals, and chickens. However, we do also have large numbers of chelonia, exotic birds, and other fowl on site. Experience with the more exotic species is something you will be supported in building, and we also have access to specialist external vets to assist and advise with those animals. Raystede also rehomes equines, sheep, goats, and alpaca which are currently all supported by an external large animal veterinary practice so experience with those species is not necessary for this role.

This is an exciting opportunity to invest in the lives of autistic young people (aged 9-19). You will work in our Aspire Team to further develop specialist youth work provision in Cambridge City and South Cambridgeshire, supporting young people’s emotional well-being and helping them to overcome challenge and develop social skills. You will join our team of youth workers and volunteers to develop and deliver weekly social groups, shared interest groups, one-to-one work, family support, school-based alternative education, and trips and residential experiences. The normal working week will be 37.5 hours (5 days), there is a need for flexibility. The role requires regular evening work. Part-time hours will be considered, minimum 22.5 hours (3 days).

Duties include:

• Build positive relationships with autistic children and young people through different programme activities.
• Support individuals making the transition from primary to secondary school, and from secondary school to post 16/18 options, giving them the best possible opportunity of staying in education, employment or training that is fulfilling and helps them reach their potential.
• Work with others in the team to expand the provision and develop new youth clubs in specific geographical areas based on identified needs.
• Create opportunities for children and young people to develop life skills, in response to the needs identified by participants themselves, their families and others, through courses and one-off sessions, with individuals and small groups.
• Facilitate the exploration of young people’s values and beliefs thereby encouraging their personal, social and spiritual development.
• Contribute to partnership working with external organisations and agencies in developing effective youth work provision.
• Support the recruitment, training and management of teams of volunteers and young leaders to act as positive role models who can support the delivery of youth clubs.

About Resilient Water Accelerator (RWA)

The climate crisis is a water crisis. Around the world, people are feeling the effects of climate change through water, including flooding, droughts, sea level rise, and irregular rainfall. Climate change is affecting seasonal and long-term water availability, meaning we can no longer rely on rain, river flows and aquifers. The Global Commission on the Economics of Water has said that the world is facing the prospect of a 40% shortfall in freshwater by 2030; and water and wastewater contribute 10% of global emissions. To adapt to this new reality and build resilience to the impacts of climate change, we need to re-think how water resources are managed and delivered for different users over time. This provides an exciting opportunity to rethink how we create investment opportunities that promote resilient water management for people and the planet.

The Resilient Water Accelerator is designed to increase the flow of private and public finance into water projects that help the most climate-vulnerable communities build resilience to climate change. Despite the high need, only 3% of total climate finance flows go towards water. Our mission is to demonstrate the business case for increased and enhanced public and private investment in water-related deals in emerging economies that strengthen resilience for climate-vulnerable communities and are replicable so that millions more can benefit. We are working to increase the speed, scale and replicability of water investment by creating a pipeline of bankable projects, bringing together the right mix of financing with the right commercial structures and partners, and supporting improvements in the enabling environment. We are undertaking work to understand local markets and context, develop templates, shared resources, and data, to build proof of concept projects to provide a springboard for increased action on resilient water. And we are developing thought leadership on how to make water more investible.

About the RWA team

The Resilient Water Accelerator (RWA), wholly owned subsidiary of WaterAid, is a global organisation that aims to: 

• Address the climate impacts on water to strengthen resilience in vulnerable communities.
• Secure greater investment from public and private sources in water infrastructure and services. 
• Ensure this work can be replicated and scaled to increase long term water security. 

To achieve this, we work with policy makers, experts, investors and communities to identify critical climate risks to water and shape a business case for priority projects. 

We work to ensure these projects act as positive examples of a new approach to programme development in the water and climate sectors. 

This role will play an essential part in delivering our international programme of work. 

About the role

As our Admin Officer, you will play a critical role in our Global Platform team — helping to link the different parts of the Resilient Water Accelerator (RWA) together and co-ordinate with our partners around the world to drive sustainable change.

The Resilient Water Accelerator is a newly formed not-for-profit organisation, which, as a wholly owned subsidiary of WaterAid, means both organisations retain a close and collaborative relationship. This is an exciting opportunity to be on the ground floor as we build new structures and culture for this unique startup organisation, as it works towards delivering on its mission. 

In this role, you will:

Provide support and solutions as the RWA puts in place new structures and systems

o You will work with SMT to explore the practical and regulatory steps towards building our own high-performing systems. 

o Help develop solutions to interfacing with WaterAid’s systems (e.g. financial and HR). 

Take the lead in engaging with WaterAid’s finance processing systems

o Process payments 

o Develop contracts and due diligence 

o Prepare invoices and work with the team to develop budget forecasts 

o Ensure quality and consistency of our financial reporting 

Support SMT and wider team

o Help with the monitoring and co-ordination of SMT meetings, action and responsibilities 

o Support planning and project management across the team

o Support in the design and maintenance of a shared platform with core information and contacts, key information and core RWA documents.

Support Hiring and Training

To be successful, you will need:
