What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative support to a new early-intervention mental health service in Ealing, helping clinicians, families, schools and partner agencies work smoothly together to support children and young people.

• Managing referrals, enquiries and appointment coordination for families, schools and professionals
• Liaising with multi-agency partners and supporting the delivery of workshops, consultations and community interventions
• Maintaining accurate service data, producing reports and ensuring records are kept up to date
• Handling day-to-day team administration, including correspondence, meeting support and general operational tasks
• Representing the service at internal and external meetings and working in line with safeguarding, EDI and organisational policie

What you’ll bring

You’ll be well suited to this role if you’re organised, collaborative and able to work effectively in a busy multidisciplinary setting, supporting services that work directly with children, young people and families.

• Experience working in a busy office setting, ideally within a health, education or voluntary-sector service
• Strong administrative skills, including accurate record-keeping, data collation and producing reports
• Ability to build effective working relationships with families, clinicians and multi-agency partners
• Advanced IT skills across Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint
• Confidence managing sensitive information, prioritising competing deadlines and working both independently and collaboratively

Key details

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week: usual working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00. Flexible working is possible

Salary: £27,040 FTE per annum, plus 6% contributory pension scheme  

Location: Ealing Community sites (Greenford Service Centre, Oldfield Lane South, Greenford UB6 9LB) and occasionally at the Anna Freud office, 4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH. There will also be some remote working.

The Programme Manager will oversee strategic development and delivery at The Well Centre Charity, which is leading the spread and scale of the Well Centre model. Key responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of this £1m Maudsley funded programme

The Head of Nursing and Quality is a senior strategic and operational leader within The Children’s Trust, responsible for delivering the highest standards of nursing, clinical care, safety, and clinical governance across the organisation. Reporting directly to the Director of Nursing and Quality, the postholder provides professional leadership for the nursing and care workforce, oversees the day to day clinical management of the organisation and deputises for the Director of Nursing and Quality / Registered Manager as required.

Strategic Leadership and Professional Practice

• Provide highly visible, credible leadership to nursing and care teams across the organisation.

The Role 

We are currently looking for a Retail Van Driver to join our Retail, Services and Operations team.

Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be part of the team responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the donation centre and warehouse. The primary focus of this role is to deliver stock to our retail shops across Yorkshire in a timely manner. However, at busy times you will also be required to assist with general maintenance tasks and supporting with the removal of general waste through the appropriate channels whilst working in compliance with all relevant Health and Safety legislation and our Driving for Work policy. 

Specifically, you will: 

• Carry out deliveries of donated stock to shops ensuring that the shops receive the stock that they have requested from the Donation Centre. 

• Complete collections of furniture and goods across Yorkshire, including the disposal of waste materials, as directed. 

• Assist with the moving of furniture and other goods between shops and the Donation Centre. There will also be a requirement to collect goods from donors. 

• Be responsible for day-to-day vehicle maintenance, including completion of the weekly vehicle maintenance checklist and daily visual checks. 

• Ensure charity vehicles are left secure, clean and presentable at the end of the day and ensure any vehicle defects and damage promptly are reported in accordance with charity procedures. 

• Be an ambassador for the charity whilst driving branded vehicles, ensuring that you drive carefully and mindfully of other road users. 

• Create a positive, professional, warm welcome for all visitors. 

• Seek opportunities to actively engage with visitors to enhance their visit and further promote the profile of the charity. 

• Be responsible for conducting an initial assessment of the quality of goods collected, including furniture which will include declining donations that are unsuitable for sale and may contravene the Sales of Goods Act 1979. 

• Be knowledgeable about, and an ambassador for the charity so that you are able to answer questions and answer any queries. 

• Promptly report any accidents, incidents or unsafe occurrences to the Facilities Manager via the charity reporting procedure. 

 
About You 

To be considered for this role, you will need: 

• To be ideally educated to at least GCSE standard or equivalent, including Maths and English. 

• To have the ability and willingness to travel across the Yorkshire region. 

• To have a full UK driving license with less than 6 penalty points. 

• To have a willingness to undertake any additional training as required.

As Product Manager  HOSTHub Lead, you will drive the vision, design, and delivery of HOSTHub, HOST’s secure digital platform for global civil society operations.

About the role

The Impact and Learning Consultant will play a central role in advancing how the Vitol Foundation understands, measures and deepens its impact. They will build on existing frameworks, tools and processes developed by our Head of Impact, Learning and Strategy who is due to go on maternity leave, as well as bring their own expertise to further strengthen our approach to impact and learning, embedding it into our day-to-day decisions. We are recruiting for Service Manager who is passionate about supporting survivors who are impacted by domestic abuse and other gender-based crimes.  This is a multifaceted, fast paced, and exciting role where you will join our team in Derby to lead on the delivery and development of high-quality refuge and outreach services for survivors of domestic abuse and other gender-based crimes.

Our service provision in Derby includes culturally specific service for South Asian women as well as a specialist multiple disadvantage support worker who support survivors facing enhanced needs.

The post holder will provide line management and support to the accommodation based and the outreach service staff. This will include providing supervision on complex and high-risk cases, overseeing operational emergencies, and ensuring high standards of casework. You will also ensure that all service users in refuges and the outreach service always receive a high-quality support service in line with Refuge’s policies and procedures.

The Service Manager will lead on the delivery of the multiagency aspect of work, working jointly with the Refuge teams and wider stakeholders to deliver best services to the survivors.

Candidates must have proven experience of providing direct emotional and practical support to vulnerable people, managing, and motivating staff, managing casework as well as working within multiagency setting.  In addition, you must have an excellent knowledge of domestic abuse and other gender-based violence and its impact on survivors.  

You will have knowledge of relevant criminal and civil law legislation, as well as Housing and Health and Safety legislation.   

As member of the management team, you will be required to participate in an out-of-hours on call management service.

About You 

To be considered for this role, you will need: 

• To be educated to A Level or equivalent or have experience in a similar role at a similar level. 

• Experience of managing people/volunteers including recruitment and development. 

• Experience of successfully managing, motivating, and supporting large, varied teams, fostering a culture where everyone feels empowered to contribute their best. 

• Experience of exceeding targets within a retail environment. 

• The ability to take full accountability for the financial performance of a retail operation, with a keen eye for opportunities to maximise income and efficiency. 

• Experience of handling large volumes of stock and maintaining high standards, even in fast-paced situations. 

• To be comfortable with digital systems and able to quickly adapt to new systems, processes, and tools to support the smooth running of operations.

About the role? 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to lead through coaching, support, training and performance management.

You will be a passionate supporter of quality driven, outcome centric, advocacy provision and in coaching others to achieve the exacting standards of excellence in advocacy required to support our clients. 

About you 

We are looking for a strong and resilient leader with experience of managing a team. Desirably you will be a qualified advocate. 

You will be committed to driving high performance and practice standards by actively engaging with our Practice Management team to interpret data. Thereby, making informed decisions and ensuring that the highest standards of advocacy are achieved. 

You will ensure a culture of learning and continuous development through a mix of team and supervision meetings, and reflective practice. 

You will be experienced in managing risks relating to the safety and wellbeing of staff members and the safeguarding of service users.

How will you make a difference? 

You will be responsible for ensuring your team delivery of the highest standards of advocacy, ensuring that all contact with clients is outcome driven. 

You will support your team and ensure that they have the necessary skills to make a difference in people's lives on a daily basis.Assisting them to grow in confidence and empowering them to assist those in need of support. 

You will work resourcefully and collaboratively with people across the organisation to assist you and your team, fostering a learning culture where all views are respected.
