Main responsibilities
-
Assist the Fundraising Manager with income-generation activity across the organisation.

Support the Fundraising Manager with the execution of the fundraising strategy.

Coordinate paid recruitment by collaborating with the Digital Engagement Team and work on supporter journeys, with sign-off from the Fundraising Manager.

Write and coordinate applications for financial support from appropriate trusts and foundations.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has a commitment to supporting empowerment through casework. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including cultural sensitivity and the ability to quickly build positive relationships and safely manage risk. With the support of the CSS team, you will have responsibility for the coordination of casework support for all clients, and have an allocated caseload of clients with varying levels of support needs.
You will be supervising and supporting volunteers and the Caseworkers during two casework sessions a week. In addition, you will be working closely with the CSM to develop and transition our Casework service to an allocated caseworker model.

We want clients to be able to access casework support in order to address issues in a timely, supportive, informative and friendly manner. About the role
It is an incredibly exciting time to be joining Leeds Community Foundation and GiveBradford as Digital and Data Lead. The next two years will be transformative for the organisation from a digital and data perspective, including an imminent CRM migration, the introduction of AI tools, integrating data insights with finance, impact, and income generation, and horizon scanning for further opportunities to be at the forefront of Community Foundation innovation.
You will:
- Drive our digital transformation ambitions in line with the 2024–2029 strategy.
- Act as the lead for digital infrastructure, including our CRM system, data management platforms and automation tools.
- Identify and implement improvements to internal systems and workflows, ensuring that all improvements are based on feedback and consultation with users.
- Identify digital solutions that improve board and committee effectiveness, policy access, and reporting.
- Overall management of the IT contract with our external providers, act as the first point of contact for the staff team, and manage contracts, purchase and service of IT hardware and software.
- Use data to track performance against KPIs, grants impact, donor expectations and organisational learning.
- Prepare clear, data-informed updates for reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, the board and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws, including GDPR, and lead on relevant documentation and controls.
- Deliver digital tools that enhance community access, donor reporting and impact presentation.
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and others in the team to embed data insight into planning, fundraising, and reporting.
- Support the finance team with fund and financial reporting alignment across platforms.
- Liaise with external contractors and digital providers on project delivery and service maintenance.
Who we are looking for
This role will suit an experienced CRM system manager who is passionate about innovation within data and digital.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), data reporting and digital transformation.
- Experience in leading IT infrastructure in an organisation.
- Experience in analysing and presenting data to inform decision-making.
- Understanding of GDPR, data governance and systems integration.
- Excellent technical and systems problem-solving skills.
- Confidence to create, manage and present dashboards and data insights.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management.

The Role
The service aims to identify and address the needs of stroke survivors and carers across the stroke pathway, by providing a range of innovative support solutions, supporting them to meet their desired outcomes.

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead FareShare's digital marketing function, and will deliver ambitious, insight-driven initiatives that drive engagement, grow audiences and maximise impact.

By working with the Welsh Wildlife Trusts and the wider movement of 46 UK Wildlife Trusts the post will bring innovative and forward thinking to develop the collective thinking to accelerate nature’s recovery. Wildlife Trusts Wales is already a respected partner with excellent links to the Welsh Government and key partners. The post will develop these relationships with local Wildlife Trusts to position and promote our work to enable greater impact.
You will need to understand the political, economic and social context that the Welsh and UK nature conservation sector operates within. With that understanding, you will be able to use your direct experience of political advocacy and influencing as well as facilitation skills to help the Wildlife Trusts in Wales combat the nature crisis.
You will be highly organised – prioritising time and workload effectively. You will be able to utilise ICT efficiently and effectively. Your personable approach will enable you to work with all, building collaborations and partnerships across Wildlife Trusts and with many different stakeholders.
Your knowledge of nature restoration and future trends together with relevant environmental legislation and policy will make you a key advocate in the Welsh environment sector. You will showcase how the Wildlife Trusts speak with a bold and confident voice for nature and in doing so inspire partners and individuals to take meaningful action for nature.

Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. In 2024 we embarked on our new 10-year strategy for ending homelessness. We know it is not inevitable. We know together we can end it.

About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Shop Supervisor to make a difference and deliver positive social impact in the local community while also raising money to fund Crisis’ work ending homelessness.
As a Shop Supervisor, you will support the Shop Manager and Assistant Shop Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will play a key role in delivering customer service and supporting volunteers, as well maintaining the look and feel of the shop and processing stock. You will work towards ambitious sales and training targets, maximising the impact on our mission to end homelessness.
This is a unique retail opportunity where you will also be involved in delivering on the job training for Crisis members, supporting them to gain the skills and confidence needed in the workplace. You will work collaboratively with your team and will have opportunities to build your own skills and career progression.

To be successful in this role you will have significant retail or customer service experience alongside a genuine interest in charity retail. We are looking to welcome an approachable, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable Community-based Dementia Adviser on a fixed term basis until March 21st 2026 who will focus on supporting people affected by Dementia across the Coventry area. This will be a fantastic secondment opportunity for an internal member of the organisation.
You will be joining an experienced team of Dementia Advisers across the Coventry area, using a person-centred approach to provide expert local guidance, information and advice to people living with Dementia and their family/carers. We pride ourselves on supporting a diverse local population in Coventry, so an inclusive attitude and mindset is important to ensure we support everyone in the best way possible.
About you
You will have:
- Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills, to help support people to maintain their independence, improve their sense of well-being, and help them take more control of their lives.
- Good IT skills and experience working with databases and virtual meeting software (e.g., MS Teams and Zoom
- A good understanding of the challenges faced by carers and those living with dementia and to deliver support compassionately along with an understanding of the need for client confidentially.
