We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive and Finance Officer to play a vital role in the operations of Centre for Mental Health.
This varied and interesting role supports our CEO and Board, managing day-to-day operations and taking on key finance and HR responsibilities. This will include financial support: reconciling accounts, processing invoices, supporting our Board by organising meetings and helping with many aspects of recruitment, onboarding and assisting our staff team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our team’s success.
You will need to bring outstanding organisational skills, strong IT ability, and experience in financial processes (with knowledge of Sage 50). Experience of working in a charity is desirable.

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for building lasting relationships with supporters? We're looking for a Head of Individual Giving to join our amazing Fundraising team.
It's an exciting time to join the fundraising team at Prostate Cancer UK as we deliver on a new strategy. We've seen an upward trend in our fundraising income over the last decade and we're anticipating further growth in the next five years. We're introducing new roles to transform how we work and intentionally integrate our individual giving with our work across fundraising, brand and health awareness. You'll play a vital role within our successful mass fundraising function, helping us strengthen our propositions to acquire new supporters and secure long-term support.
In this key role, you'll be at the forefront of developing and delivering our individual giving strategy. You'll lead on the acquisition of new supporters and work to diversify our channels based on supporter insights. A crucial part of your work will be to create and deliver engaging supporter journeys across all touchpoints, ensuring our donors are at the heart of everything we do.
You'll oversee our legacy marketing program and review our legacy stewardship, strengthening long-term relationships with people who intend to leave a gift in their will. Working with both internal teams and external agencies, you'll develop and deliver high-quality, compelling propositions.
As a leader, you'll provide guidance and support for the Individual Giving team, helping to deliver our ambitious fundraising strategy. You'll also be responsible for business planning, forecasting, and monitoring income and expenditure to ensure sustainable growth. About the opportunity
As an Impact Analyst, you will work within a team supporting social impact projects. This role will primarily support our Stronger Families programme. Stronger Families is a social enterprise partnership coordinator, that was created by BOP to deliver an outcomes-based contract to support families in Suffolk and Norfolk to stay together.
With the expertise of chosen delivery partner Family Psychology Mutual, Stronger Families supports children and adolescents at risk of being taken into care or in care, providing them (and their family) with access to a proven therapeutic programme (Functional Family Therapy, FFT).
The programme is designed to help them address behavioural and emotional difficulties and move forward with relationships built on a foundation of acceptance and respect. Initially your role will be dedicated to supporting Stronger Families but with experience you will have the opportunity to support other BOP programmes.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include.
· Overseeing all data related aspects of the programme including data collection, extraction, cleaning, analysis, reporting, and presentation.
· Gathering and analysing quantitative and qualitative data to measure the impact of service innovations for the programmes you are working across. Produce regular reports and insights that aid decision making to continuously improve programme design.
· Taking initiative to propose and implement relevant analyses to the project to maximise positive impact for participants with the programmes you are supporting.
· Building relationships and working at times directly with Delivery Partners (VCSE organisations who are delivering the frontline services for the programme) to ensure they are able to use the data systems accurately and effectively,
· Identifying opportunities for process automation and improving utilisation of management data by colleagues across the programme.
· Supporting the Programme Lead on all operational and project management needs, including coordination of team activities and providing other administrative support.
· Working with the Investment Lead and colleagues in Finance, to ensure invoices for outcomes achieved by participants within programmes are processed.
· Engaging with other analysts across BOP to share learnings from your own project and implement learnings from other projects in your own.

The grants operations and data manager is a newly created role, within Moorfields Eye Charity's grants and research team, to support, manage and develop grant funding operations. JUSTICE is looking to recruit an interim Trust and Foundation Fundraiser to join our friendly, values-led team. This is a fixed term post for 15 months (maternity cover) and provides an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience of raising income from trusts and foundations.

What the job involves
We’re looking for a Healthcare Improvement Officer to join our Improvement Programmes Team and help us deliver exciting initiatives that support healthcare professionals to improve prostate cancer services across the UK. Examples of projects supported include work around establishing better Active Surveillance so that more men can avoid unnecessary radical treatment; work to restructure and make faster the diagnostic pathway; work to coordinate with primary care and support earlier diagnosis; new surgical procedures that spare men the burden of incontinence. As Healthcare Improvement Officer, you’ll play a central role in making sure our programmes run smoothly and have maximum impact. You’ll oversee on the logistics and delivery of events across the UK and online, from our Clinical Champions Programme and Clinical Advisory Group meetings to our annual healthcare professional conference. You’ll also oversee recruitment for programmes, manage databases and monitoring systems, and handle financial processes such as invoices and purchase orders, ensuring everything is delivered on time and to a high standard.
Your work will range from planning and scheduling programmes, to procuring resources, preparing materials and helping to facilitate sessions so that participants are fully supported in their learning. You’ll also contribute to quality improvement project development and coordination, working with teams across Prostate Cancer UK to share good practice and expand the reach of our initiatives.
Engagement will be a key part of your role, from maintaining webpages and digital channels to supporting our alumni network through newsletters, communications and opportunities for continued involvement. What we want from you

The JPU’s mission is to secure policy change that will reduce rates of miscarriage, stillbirth, pre-term birth and neonatal death, and to work to eliminate inequalities in these outcomes.

This role will be crucial to the continued success of the JPU unit; leading, shaping and coordinating all the unit’s work.
We are looking for an independent and assertive problem-solver, a policy expert who can manage multiple priorities, take the initiative, lead the national conversation and is as excited as we are about taking the helm of this venture for both of our organisations.
The successful candidate will need to have a substantial track record of effectively leading and implementing national policy and influencing programmes, driving change and achieving the desired impact.

About the role
Through Salesforce management you will drive our organisational strategy, for the benefit of colleagues, supporters and people affected by Parkinson’s. You will manage the continuous improvement of all Salesforce platforms, working with stakeholders and Operations teams to identify and help to deliver Salesforce solutions to meet user and business needs. Be accountable for Salesforce technical decisions for the CRM Programme and be prepared to justify those decisions to all levels in the charity.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in a growing global movement that seeks to end destructive bottom trawling practices and champion the rights of small-scale fishers.
The Transform Bottom Trawling Coalition is a global movement uniting small-scale fishers, coastal communities, and environmental groups against the most destructive form of industrial fishing. Together with over 120 members, we are advocating for:

Protecting coastal water: Creating Inshore Exclusion Zones and Preferential Access Areas to keep bottom trawling out and give small-scale fishers priority access.

Safeguarding marine life: Ensuring bottom trawling is prohibited in Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) to protect marine animals and plants.

Supporting fair subsidies: Ending subsidised bottom trawling and supporting a fair transition.

Stopping expansion: Preventing bottom trawling from expanding into new, untrawled areas.
