The post holder is responsible for delivering and developing all METRO’s mental health and youth services, and some of our community projects. They will provide strategic leadership for METRO’s work in the mental health and youth domains, line managing a team of managers. They will be responsible for the financial direction and strategic growth of the mental health and youth domains, overseeing and developing new programmes for the charity – particularly in the area of training and education, including Relationships, Sexuality, Health and Sex Education (RSE or RSHE). They will ensure our services are delivered to a high standard and are coproduced with people with lived experience of mental health and young people.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process monthly payroll using Sage Payroll for all care homes and schemes.

About the role:

The Team Leader will lead on the delivery of the Triage Model in their pilot area/s, providing support, case management and supervision for the Triage Worker and IDVA roles. They will act as the first point of contact assessing the suitability of initial referrals to be allocated to a Triage Worker for a full assessment. The Team Leader will support the Service Manager and Practice and Development Lead in developing multi agency relationships for the successful implementation of the model and will take a lead role in maintaining these relationships locally to ensure operational success when undertaking assessments to try and ensure the right recommendations for positive requirements are made but also to support the ongoing development of a national delivery model and to support the evaluation of the pilot.

About you:

• At least 3 years’ experience of working on complex cases in a multi-agency environment and working with other professionals/agency to manage risk and safeguard vulnerable adults and children
• An understanding of the root causes of domestic abuse on both an individual and societal level
• Experience of working in a partnership with other organisations and managing the challenges that may arise
• Knowledge of safe and effective interventions with perpetrators of domestic abuse across different risk and needs groups
• To manage a complex workload, across multiple geographic regions, and effectively meet reporting deadlines and the needs of a wide range of stakeholders.

As a Youth Development Lead you will;

• Develop and oversee a Youth Advisory Panel to ensure that youth voice is central to the design of our Youth Engagement Programme and the 360 Youth Centre.
• Develop and oversee the Youth Engagement Programme as part of the ‘100 years of Ashburton Park Project’ including a range of activities in and nearby to Ashburton Park, including after school drop-in’s, evening sessions, group work and one-one mentoring.
• Support the development and engagement of young people in a Food Growing Enterprise based at Ashburton Lodge.
• Work closely with Croydon Council and other partners to support young people to engage with a wide range of programmes and activities that are part of the ‘100 years of Ashburton Park Project’.
• Deliver open access sessions, group and one to one interventions with young people including; half term, afterschool, evenings and residentials, using a planned youth work curriculum.
• Line manage youth workers, sessional youth workers and youth volunteers to plan, deliver and evaluate youth work termly.
• Contribute to the development of youth work across the area and lead on specific areas of work on behalf of the team.

Amongst other requirements, the successful post holder must have:

· Relevant experience OR qualification in Youth & Community (JNC), Social Work (QSW) or SEND.

· Proven experience working with young people ‘at risk’.

· Reliability, with a flexible approach to changes and able to work unsociable hours.

· Experience of project and/or people management

West London Crisis Recovery House is Registered Care Home, working in a recovery model. The services are staffed 24/7 and offer support to the residents aged 18 and upwards.

The Role

• To promote independence by supporting service users to move on positively.
• Develop networks across West London to build strong move-on pathways from the WLCH.
• Ensure discharge KPI timescales are adhered to within the WLCH.

Key Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with Team Managers to develop strong community links, ensuring effective housing support for all residents.
• Directly run, manage or supervise groups or activities as appropriate.

The Corporate Partnerships Executive will sit within the Partnerships Team as part of the Fundraising Directorate, and will work closely with the Corporate Partnerships Managers and the Senior Corporate Partnership Manager. This role will support the team with administration; such as sending invoices, writing thank you letters, sending out fundraising materials, and much more. This role also will be required to attend fundraising and partnership events to represent CoppaFeel!.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure all corporate enquiries receive timely acknowledgement and communication, putting donors on the right supporter journey
• Account manage some of our smaller partnerships throughout the year, and particularly during Breast Cancer Awareness Month
• Support the day-to-day administration of the partnerships team across both account management and new business workstreams
• Assist with delivery of our two largest partnerships as needed, Asda Tickled Pink and Avon
• Lead on stewardship of workplace fundraisers and corporate JustGiving pages
• Support with copy-writing and content creation for internal and external communications channels including website content, social media posts, e-newsletters, blog posts and content for partner channels
• Coordinate fulfilment of fundraising materials requested by partners and supporters
• Support with researching and completing due diligence on partners and prospects
• Support on writing, reviewing and developing proposals and pitches
• Source raffle prizes and gift-in-kind for partnership events
• Work with the Finance Assistant to keep accurate up-to-date income records for partnerships
• Attend partnership events and wider fundraising events representing CoppaFeel! and sometimes working out of office hours (TOIL given)
• Keep CRM systems and partnership records up-to-date and accurate
• Keep diary and shared calendar up-to-date, shared communications across the organisation including desk booking systems, People HR, Weekly Round Up and contribute to team meetings
• Support CoppaFeel!’s EDI strategy, to ensure our partnerships are helping us reach as many young people as possible
• Support the Corporate Partnerships Managers, Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, Head of Partnerships and wider fundraising team as and when needed during busy periods

• Advocacy services direct to children and young people in care, in need, in custody and to care leavers and children and young people with severe and complex mental health problems. Advocates around the country support children and young people to get their voice heard in decisions about their lives. This may be through the telephone helpline or through an advocate working directly with a child, for instance, to support them at a review meeting or to help them make a complaint about their care. Coram Voice provides visiting advocacy services to most of the secure units nationally, to Secure Training Centres, Juvenile Young Offender Institutions, psychiatric hospitals, residential special schools and children’s homes.
• A National Helpline to provide access for children and young people to advocacy and advice, with access to legal advice and links with other national services.

About the Role

You will co-ordinate and deliver a statutory independent visitor service to children and young people in care or care leavers of London.

You will recruit, assess and train volunteers to become independent visitors, who are volunteer befrienders to children and young people looked after or care leavers. You will manage a cash flow to fund suitable activities for independent visitors to enjoy with the young person. You will manage data and reporting for this statutory service so that service leads and other stakeholders can understand the activity in the service.

We are a child led service, you will not act outside of the young person’s instructions (except in matters of child protection and safety.)You will build strong relationships with the child or young person, independent visitors and other significant adults, you will support Independent Visitors to develop long term, meaningful friendships with the young person.

You will work in partnership with other parts of the service, organisation and external agencies and professionals. This is to ensure there are pathways to attract and retain Independent Visitors in the area and sometimes out of area.
