About the role: The main purposes of the Projects Coordinator role are:

• Coordinating the administration of all aspects of Tender’s training programmes for adults across the organisation, with a focus on the coordination of our INSET work with schools.

FareShare UK runs three regional centres in Merseyside, East Anglia and Southern Central. As our Fundraising & Development Lead (Merseyside), you will grow a local fundraising programme from its infancy, working closely with both the Merseyside site and FareShare UK’s national fundraising team.

This brand new role has been created to sustain, and in time, increase the financial sustainability of our activity in Merseyside. Through your work, you will enable us to test the viability of this regionally-led approach, and put the frameworks in place to scale and replicate the approach as part of a wider business cased rollout.

You’ll initially report into FareShare UK’s Senior Network Fundraising Manager, but will work day-to-day from the Merseyside hub, fully embedded in the local community and local operations - this will involve working closely with the Regional Manager.

This role is advertised as a 24-month fixed-term contract, but there is potential to extend based on results. If extended, the role may move to be managed and embedded locally.

What you’ll be doing

This role is integral to shaping a long-term solution to our fundraising efforts locally. As Fundraising & Development Lead (Merseyside), your focus will be to:

• Build and deliver a fundraising strategy to generate locally fundraised income to bring our activity in Merseyside closer to breakeven in the short-term, as well as having an eye on long-term sustainability and growth.
• Develop a compelling case for support tailored to local funders, businesses and the Merseyside community.
• Build a diverse pipeline and income portfolio, using your knowledge and experience of fundraising within Merseyside to increase funding from across multiple income streams – this could include from trusts, local businesses, events, the local community and major donors.
• Create and manage supporter relationships, providing a positive experience and excellent stewardship, and through doing so, maximising on lifetime value.
• Work collaboratively with FareShare UK’s national fundraising team to ensure efforts complement rather than compete.
• Test and evaluate your work to build the evidence needed to support the scaling and replicating of this approach in other FareShare UK-owned sites.
• Fundraise safely, legally and compliantly in line with regulation and FareShare policies.
• Use existing tools and systems such as Salesforce to keep financial and partnership records up-to-date.
• Undertake training and skills development and adopt a continuous learning approach to your work, particularly in light of these being new roles.

This role is likely to involve meeting with funders, supporters and partners across the region – both on and off-site. The ability to travel when needed would be helpful, but there is flexibility in how this is managed and achieved.

As a Debt Advice Caseworker, you will provide high quality advice and casework services to our clients who call through to our national help desk. The role is fully telephone based, at our office in Stoke on Trent. The telephone lines are open from 9am-8pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday 9.30am-1pm. The role includes a variety of shift patterns in line with the requirements of the contract.

You will predominantly be advising clients on their debt issues over the phone, helping them to find solutions to their issues. No call is the same, and each client is given tailored advice dependent on their circumstances. The role is demanding, but  full training will be provided, and you will be, working as a part of an approachable and supportive team in a rewarding environment, allowing you to provide the best possible service to our clients.

We are now seeking an experienced Waking Night Keyworker to oversee all aspects of our first stage housing during the night, based at our Newham, East London homes from 10pm to 8am. The main role is to support the residents in daily living activities of an evening and morning and be available for support throughout the night. Key Responsibilities

Oversight of the Spear Programme

Spear Foundation is a 4-week initial phase, consisting of 2 group sessions plus a 1:1 with each trainee per week, in which we coach young people around skills and mindsets to support them in returning to work or education, and equip them with the skills to stay there. ​

• Prepare and coach group and 1-1 sessions with the Spear Assistant Coach.
• Oversee all aspects of the programme coordination and delivery.
• Ensure the programme is delivered in line with agreed targets, and report to Resurgo and the church on enrolment, retention and completion of Spear Trainees, as well as their ongoing progress.

Partnership liaison and relationship management

• Build and implement a strategy for developing and maintaining relationships with local referral partners to build the profile of the Spear programme within Ipswich and ensure the young people who would benefit from the programme are able to access it.
• Steward relationships with young people after initial point of contact, to encourage enrolment and ensure a full cohort is enrolled for each programme.

Line management and training

• Manage the Spear Assistant Coach, using a coaching approach to invest in their growth and development.
• Work with and be managed by River Church staff locally, and by a Church Partnerships Manager from Resurgo on a national level, to ensure the flourishing of the Spear centre, its team and young people, and to ensure the fulfilment of our shared mission in Ipswich.
• Work with and report to Resurgo teams on KPIs, and use outcomes data to maximise the effectiveness of the programme.

Supporting River Church’s mission and ministry

• Establish strong relationships with key people at the church to ensure the engagement of church members and to build a network of supporters for the Spear programme, though it is not a requirement of the role for the successful candidate to join River Church as their worshipping community if they are already part of another local church
• Work with the Head of Operations and the Fundraising Assistant to prepare grant funding applications for Spear Ipswich, and provide timely grant reporting.
• Keep the River Church congregation updated on the Spear programme to ensure it is a seamless part of the church’s missional work.

About the role

SignHealth is a passionate and unique deaf-led charity, committed to creating a future where there are no barriers to good health and wellbeing for deaf people. 

Our work is varied and aims to promote easier access to healthcare and information. We partner with the NHS and other services and take on projects, carry out research, and raise awareness. We also deliver our own services to reach deaf people in our shared language (BSL) in their moment of need, through domestic abuse support, therapy, advocacy and residential services. 

As Business Development Manager, you will drive SignHealth’s growth by securing funding and building partnerships with government bodies, statutory funders, and key partners. Your work will help expand deaf-led services in mental health, domestic abuse, social care, and children and young people’s support.  

You will identify new funding opportunities, craft compelling bids and tenders, and support service sustainability through strategic development. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will play an essential role in helping SignHealth thrive and deliver vital support for deaf people.  

Your key priorities will include: 

• Increasing bid capacity within the Business Development team to obtain more funding.  
• Supporting the growth of SignHealth’s commercial consultancy services.  
• Assisting in the business development of our social care services.  

You will be involved in income generation, identifying and pursuing funding opportunities from statutory bodies, government contracts, and commercial sources and assisting in monitoring the performance of secured contracts and funding agreements. You will represent SignHealth at events, foster strategic partnerships, and strengthen relationships with funders and stakeholders.

About the role

The DAPO Project Manager will work closely with the DAPO Programme Manager and SafeLives Finance Manager to support the successful delivery of the programme and maintain effective commissioning relationships with service providers across each pilot area. Key responsibilities will include overseeing commissioning contracts, supporting programme implementation, managing stakeholder relationships, and providing regular progress reports to commissioners.

Hours: 22.5 hours per week with flexible working hours and provision of an out-of-hours response as needed.

Location: Remote working. You will be required to travel when the role requires it.

Contract: Fixed term contract to 31st March 2026.

We're looking for a Partnership Development Manager to lead and grow some of our highest value partnerships. You will manage a talented team and help shape the strategy to drive our success. You’ll join a welcoming, well-respected team and will be a vital part of helping shape the strategy and growth of corporate fundraising at the charity.

Main duties and responsibilities of the role:

Accountability for delivering income through our high-value partners while driving partnership development and ensuring an excellent supporter experience.

· Set ambitious, strategic goals to grow and retain our highest-value partnerships. You will do this by setting and delivering robust engagement and retention programmes for these partnerships. 

· Gain and maintain the buy-in of internal stakeholders (including the Senior Leadership Team), who will be crucial to the delivery and growth of our partnerships.

· Maximise the use of ARUK’s networks, including trustees, senior volunteers, and staff, to develop effective relationships with partner companies.

· Develop and maintain knowledge of ARUK’s activities to enable you to deliver compelling presentations to corporate supporters, manage high-level meetings, and confidently represent ARUK and our work independently.

· Effectively recognise appropriate opportunities to cross-sell with the aim of increasing engagement with the wider charity. With particular attention to gifts-in-wills fundraising, which is a strategic priority for the charity.

· Understand our partner's business objectives, people, strategic direction, and objectives.

· Collaborate across the department to ensure corporate partners participate in multiple ARUK fundraising products and propositions.

· Ensure accurate and timely recording of corporate donations, activities, and communications.  Making sure that records are accurately maintained, and information is kept up to date on our database.

· Ensure we have necessary legal agreements in place.

Strategy, finance, and reporting

· Work with the Senior Partnership Development Manager (SPDM) to plan, implement, and deliver the Corporate Team strategy. You will be responsible for the operational performance of the team.

· Communicate this strategy and drive fundraising at all levels.

· Ensure all activity and use of team resources are focused on taking Alzheimer’s Research UK towards a cure. This means activity should align with our ten-year strategy and organisational priorities.

· Manage annual income, expenditure budgets and targets for corporate partnerships alongside the SPDM. Prepare income projections and monitor income and expenditure, as well as developing measurable KPIs that translate into tangible partnership benefits.

· Ensure effective reporting of wider partnership impact specifically non-financial benefits.

Leading the team

· Empower the team to provide sector leading customer service to our corporate partners to grow all partnerships to support ARUK’s strategic priorities.

· Drive the success of the team through effective and inspiring leadership to ensure a highly motivated team that achieves or exceeds targets agreed with the SPDM and Head of Corporate Partnerships.

· Ensure the highest quality tools and resources are available to our team for maximum engagement.

· Support the Regional Partnership Development Manager to provide training, resources, advice and guidance to our Regional Fundraising Officers and Central Fundraising Team who manage relationships with local corporate partners. 

· Line manages a Senior Officer who also manages our team assistant, including one-to-one meetings, annual and quarterly appraisal meetings, training, support, and career development discussions. 

· Coach the team, driving a culture of excellence and accountability.

· Liaise with HR and the SPDM on the recruitment and development of the team.

· Ensure good communication across the Directorate and particularly effective collaboration with the New Business and Regional Fundraising teams.

· Ensure good communication about our partnerships with staff, both within and outside the team.

Communications

· Ensure your team maintains a good understanding of the new business pipeline to plan resources accordingly.

· Grow and develop strong relationships between the Partnership Development team and the wider Corporate Team. 

· Liaise and work with the Communications team to produce accurate and timely reports and applications.

· Work closely with the Chief Executive’s office to ensure effective communication with our high-level stakeholders within key partnerships.

· Stay up to date with ARUK’s research and other news to be able to communicate effectively with supporters, disseminating the charity’s key messages both among the team and to key supporters.

· Communicate the work of the team and updates on corporate partner activities through attending relevant meetings and completing monthly reports.

· Leverage social media and networking platforms to deliver the charity’s engagement and education objectives, whilst also attracting and identifying new partnership opportunities.

What we are looking for:

· Excellent partnership development and relationship management skills in either a charity or corporate role.  Preferably managing six-figure charitable partnerships.

· Building and growing high-level relationships through networking, negotiation, and influence both internally and externally. 

· Ability to manage income and expenditure budgets.

· Good planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

· Confidence working with computers; knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability and confidence to present to corporate audiences.

· Ability to independently manage projects from beginning to end.

· Experience managing a team.

· You work well as part of a team but are proactive and can work independently.

· A confident and friendly manner; would feel at ease representing the charity to high-level external contacts.

· Creativity, innovation, and resourcefulness to identify opportunities within partnerships and develop tailored fundraising ideas and initiatives.

· Willingness and ability to travel independently in the UK and to work outside of regular office hours when needed.

Additional Information:

Ways of working: As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.

Roles that are classed as part of the Agile ways of working are not able to claim any costs for Mileage/Travel on Public Transport, Accommodation and/or Meals.  This includes when attending the office for various meetings/events.

Salary: Circa £44,000 per annum, plus benefits
