You will be in a specialist role designed to work with people with complex support needs relating to: mental ill health, physical health & substance use needs. You will also play a key part in reducing the risk of re-offending, liaising with external professionals, preventing homelessness and promoting the independence and social inclusion of these clients.
The working rota for this post is Monday - Friday. (no weekend shifts) and a mixture of earlies (8am - 3.30pm) & lates (3pm - 10.30pm)

Job Role:
We need an exceptional People Team Advisor. This is a key post in supporting the management and staff of the FEC. Key Responsibilities:

About the role
The London Library is looking for an Acquisitions and Discovery Assistant to assist in the acquisition and management of Library E-resources and print resources.
The role includes supporting the successful acquisition and seamless delivery of electronic resources to library users, utilising and maintaining relevant library systems and records; assisting purchasing decisions and supporting licensing, ordering and payment processes; verifying access, liaising with suppliers & Library IT, and ensuring correct metadata is presented to users; plus monitoring resource use and collecting data for the evaluation of subscriptions. As part of the four strong events team, this role is responsible for coordinating the delivery of numerous educational events throughout the year. Main Purpose and Deliverables

Main Duties

The Role

Purpose of job:
As Senior Fundraising Strategist you’ll play an integral role in defining the fundraising strategies for cross organisational campaigns and targeted fundraising and engagement activities. · Knowledge of fundraising and project management methodologies and experience of working with different approaches to project planning and delivery
· Experience of monitoring and evaluation of programme performance, including objective setting, developing toolkits, reporting and driving the learning process with stakeholders to achieve ongoing effectiveness
· Ability to understand risks, issues and dependencies within a project / campaign and to synthesise this information to provide accurate and timely advice to drive decision making
· Effective relationship builder with strong stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills, and the ability to adapt to different styles and ways of working
Desirable criteria
· Experience of planning complex multi-channel marketing and / or fundraising campaigns
· Experience of fundraising for international and national causes
· Accredited fundraising or marketing qualification
· Experience in delivering or supporting new product development.
