Purpose of the role:
- To facilitate introductory training workshops for kinship carers across England, as part of the national training team, through an annual programme of Kinship roadshows and in-person and online workshops.
- To contribute to the continual development and improvement of the Kinship training programme by developing new content and refining existing materials in line with insight, data, and feedback from kinship carers.

Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications and working alongside a delivery manager, this new fixed term role will be a crucial colleague helping us to deliver a new network wide communications platform. The platform is key to a new internal communications strategy to enable the Age UK Network of local, national and international charities to collaborate more effectively and ultimately deliver more for older people.
This role will act as the internal communications team's key specialist on the project and work closely with a Delivery Manager, technology colleagues and our platform provider.
The successful candidate will bring significant internal communications experience and be able to demonstrate and evidence knowledge and significant expertise in setting up, launching and embedding a new intranet across a complex network of organisations. Strong collaboration and presentation skills are essential as the role will work with diverse stakeholders through the delivery and launch phases.
This is a hybrid opportunity, a blend of homebased and office working. Our linked office for this role is in London (EC3N 2LB). As this is a new fixed term role, with high stakeholder engagement, you will be expected to attend the office twice a week. Travel costs to the London office are not covered by the charity.

Main Purpose: To provide integrated classroom and employment support to learners on The Autism Project (TAP), enabling them to develop independence, employability skills, and readiness for adulthood. The role combines in-class learning support with job coaching responsibilities, including work placements, employer liaison, and learner progression tracking.
You will work with: TAP staff and senior management team, Employer Engagement Officer, other CareTrade staff, local authorities, and other external partners e.g., external partners (e.g. schools, employers), as well as learners and parents/carers.
Your place and hours of work: Main office at Larcom Street, SE17 1RT plus regular travel throughout London. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm (allowing an hour for lunch). 37.5 hrs. a week. Candidates must be willing to be a little flexible to facilitate learner-parent meetings and occasional presentations in the early evening. Time may be taken in lieu for unsocial hours worked, where necessary.

This role is available on a permanent and full-time or part-time basis (4 days a week). The salary is £50,000 per annum. This is a hybrid role where you will attend the Southwark office in London one day a week, on Wednesdays.
The Training Manager will lead the delivery and development of the organisation's training portfolio, overseeing high‑quality facilitation across multiple programmes, translating business development scopes into project plans, and managing end‑to‑end training delivery. You will build trusted relationships with partners and funders, act as an external training expert, and drive the creation of new capacity‑building offers and learning infrastructure.
The role includes line management, coordinating associates, strengthening internal training capability, and ensuring consistent facilitation standards. You will have the ability to scope and design learning interventions in response to client needs. You will have experience line managing or mentoring junior staff or associates. You will be comfortable working independently and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Experience working in or with mission-driven, nonprofit, or social sector organisations is desirable. The role of the Dog Training Manager is to support the development and training of Hearing Dog puppies to become future life changers.
From 8 weeks of age, puppies enter their training journey to be nurtured and cared for by their volunteer puppy trainer. The Training Manager supports the work of the team responsible for the training of these dogs, ensuring the best possible standards are achieved with each and every dog.
Training Managers form a vital part of the Services department, they provide leadership for the regional teams and are responsible for the quality standards, productivity and efficiency of the dog training pipeline.
We are looking for a self-motivated and positive individual with practical and theoretical experience in dog training and behaviour, with skills in teaching, mentoring and coaching people.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated, and driven individual to join our client services team within our assistance dog training department.
Previous experience of training dogs, using positive based methods, and a full clean driving licence are essential criteria for the post.
