About the Role

As a IDVA Team Leader you will be responsible for the practice and development of a team of IDVAs, including those in specialist roles.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan and implement a community investment evaluation and monitoring framework, in direct alignment with the community foundation strategy and strategy and the corporate plan
• Work collaboratively across the multi-disciplinary community investment directorate and with other internal teams in the customer directorate across localities to embed a framework for social impact and outcomes recording
• Support the Social Value Manager to provide regular social impact and environmental social, governance (ESG) reporting to the communities' leadership team and to senior management and board when required
• Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation methods and processes for Community Foundation projects and roll out good practice to colleagues and external partners so we can effectively demonstrate our Social Impact
• Lead and support internal teams and external partners in the upload of data such as KPIs onto impact measurement platform for the business, ensuring that information is accurate and easily accessible when required
• Demonstrate strong project management skills to lead and oversee project teams across SNG and with external partners that will bring in external funding
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders, including funders, businesses, local authorities and national agencies as required by the Head of Service and managers
• Work closely with the communications team to enable a coordinated communications approach that raises the profile of SNG's work in communities

 What we need from you

2wish exists to provide support to anyone affected by the sudden and unexpected death of a child or young person aged 25 and under.

Aims:

• Ensure every Emergency Department has a suitable bereavement suite
• Ensure that bereavement boxes are available at each of these hospitals
• Ensure that immediate bereavement support is available for all affected by the sudden death of a child or young person
• Provide a professional counselling service and other therapies for those affected by the sudden death of a child or young person
• Provide support to individuals who witness the sudden death of a child or young person
• Provide support and training to professionals from any sector who may be affected by the sudden death of a child or young person
• To advocate and campaign on behalf of suddenly bereaved families

2wish Cymru and 2wish:

2wish has been established since 2012 and has grown from strength to strength. During this time, we have worked tirelessly to embed our service and ensure that the offer of support is made at the point of death.

We offer an immediate, consistent, high-quality and compassionate service to all individuals affected by the sudden and unexpected death of a child or young person aged 25 and under in Wales. We work in partnership with professionals who refer into the charity on behalf of the families, so they don't have to trawl through the internet for an organisation who may, or may not, be able to support. We provide immediate, and ongoing, support and are here for as long as our families need us.

We were founded as a Welsh organisation. However, in January 2024 we expanded in to Phase 1 of England (Chesire, Shropshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Somserset) and in July 2025, we expanded in to Phase 2 (Merseyside, Devon and Cornwall, Wiltshire, Dorset, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

Context of role:

2wish support anyone affected by the sudden and unexpected death of a child or young person aged 25 and under. We provide immediate casework support, as well as ongoing aftercare services including counselling, alternative therapies, play therapy, support groups, support events and a respite cottage.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong track record in fundraising. This is both a hands-on role and is pivotal to the ongoing success of our fundraising targets. Working closely with the Head of Fundraising and being responsible for a small team of fundraisers, you will lead and motivate the team to reach their full potential.

Main duties:

Management & Service:

• To line manage the regional fundraising team
• To execute the organisation’s business plan
• To assist in the planning of any expansion into England, managing any staff recruited during the early days of growth
• To establish fundraising communities by recruiting volunteers, engage with corporate partners and develop and maintain relationships with volunteers.
• To monitor branding and to ensure a consistent approach regarding literature, publications, promotions, partnerships, and social media
• To perform daily leadership and management duties for the Fundraising Team

It is the nature of the work that tasks and responsibilities are in many circumstances unpredictable and varied. All employees are therefore expected to work in a flexible way and tasks, which are not specifically covered in their job description may have to be undertaken.

Salary: Starting salary of £32,000 per annum

Contract type: 12-month, full-time - 37.5 hours per week

Hours: Normal office hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, although alternative hours may be worked with line manager agreement. Work outside office hours may sometimes be necessary and will be compensated for by time off in lieu.

Annual leave: 28 days plus bank holidays. Annual leave steadily increases after five years of service. Annual leave and statutory holidays are calculated on a pro rata basis where applicable.

Pension: 2wish operate a contributory pension scheme. 2wish will auto-enrol you into the scheme in accordance with it's auto-enrolment obligations. This post will include a lot of home working, with the expectation to the successful candidate to travel to 2wish Head Office minimally once a month. • Contribute to the development, testing, training, and successful deployment of the new ERP Procurement App.

This role is focused on achieving optimal value for money across all indirect spend activities. The Governance Administrator & Clerk to the Board will provide an exceptionally high level of governance and administrative support to the School’s Boards and Committees and the Board of Directors for Rambert Grades (a joint venture between the School and Rambert). The post-holder will utilise current and relevant technology and AI (such as Microsoft 365 Bookings and CoPilot) to schedule meetings, prepare agendas and supporting papers and take accurate and detailed minutes, to help ensure good governance and compliance.

Purpose of the Role

The role of the Project Officer – Legal Services (POLS) is to support the PBLS team’s mission to advance the UN SDGs by brokering pro bono legal assistance from legal experts in support of international NGOs globally. The POLS will do this by coordinating the internal processes for project sourcing, scoping and allocating, and utilising legal expertise within these processes and when providing external training and communications.

A key focus of this role is to source and scope out the weekly pro bono projects and forms. The POLS will also engage law firms and other legal stakeholders, conduct due diligence, allocate projects, maintain project records, gather feedback, prepare internal reports and external communications and undertake other administrative tasks as necessary (e.g. updating software and implementing process changes).
