We are in an exciting period of growth and transformation and are looking to appoint a Legacy Engagement Manager to our team on a 12-month fixed term basis.  Responsible for developing and implementing our Legacy and In Memory marketing strategies, supporter journeys, and operational plans, our successful applicant will support Woodgreen’s Senior Development Manager to evaluate campaigns and activities, drawing conclusions and making recommendations to support us in securing a growing pipeline of legacy pledgers.

By developing and delivering campaigns in the retention/stewardship stages of the legacy supporter journey they will increase In-Memory income and report and evaluate retention and stewardship activities against objectives and KPIs, ensuring that key learnings are used to inform future development activity.  Planning and developing Woodgreen’s supporter journeys across Legacy, Pet Promise and In Memory our successful candidate will ensure alignment with both Woodgreen’s acquisition strategy and Individual Giving communications and journey.

If you are;

• Experienced in developing and implementing supporter journey programs, events and direct marketing campaigns.
• Enjoy working with data and fundraising databases to develop and measure effective marketing strategies and activities.
• Have substantial analytical skills and attention to detail, specifically in relation to supporter relationships, retention and development management.

And have a good knowledge of best practice legacy marketing and fundraising strategies coupled with a knowledge of, and commitment to, compliance with fundraising codes of practice, fundraising regulator guidelines and data protection regulations we would love to hear from you!

This is a full time 12 month fixed-term opportunity, working 37.5 hours per week on a hybrid basis with the expectation that our successful candidate will work from our Godmanchester site approximately 1 - 2 days a month dependant on business need.  The starting salary for this position will be £35,598 - £43,507 per annum depending on experience.  This is complemented by;

The Finance Manager will support the delivery of Theatres Trust’s strategy, working with the CEO and Head of People, Operations and Finance to create accurate and accessible financial reporting, and provide clear figures to inform budgetary updates. They will work across the staff and shape best practice of financial governance across the organisation.

Reporting to the Head of People, Operations and Finance, and working closely with the CEO, the Finance Manager has overall responsibility for the consistent delivery of the financial accounting and administration systems of The Theatres Trust and The Theatres Trust Charitable Fund (two separate entities). This includes maintaining robust, transparent and efficient financial administration and monitoring systems that ensure compliance with the relevant regulations and operational parameters for the work of both entities.

As a line manager, you’ll inspire your team to deliver their objectives and develop their skills. 

What we’re looking for:

• Experience leading project teams to deliver large, complex transformation programmes, including ICT projects. 

• Experience implementing organisation-wide resource planning and forecasting. 

• Drive, enthusiasm, determination and a focus on delivering organisational goals.

• Proven ability to unite stakeholders with differing interests to plan and deliver outcomes as a cohesive team. 

• Knowledge of procurement processes, Standing Orders and Financial Regulations. 

• Resilience to maintain performance and decision-making under tight deadlines and pressure. 

Qualifications :

• Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification in relevant discipline through training or through extensive project management experience.

• Agile, PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management Qualification.

• A good general standard of education inc. Maths and English.

• Relevant IT qualification or equivalent experience 

• Full driving license

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, whose mission is build confidence, companionship and connection for people with hearing loss, is seeking a High Value Events Manager to help create inclusive, inspiring and impactful high-value event experiences that deepen relationships and generate transformational philanthropic support for the charity.

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People has been creating life-changing partnerships between hearing dogs and deaf recipients since 1982. Salary: £43,519 per annum, pro rata (salary award 26/27 pending)

About the Role

As a Senior Service Manager you will be working for a people-led organisation whose mission and values is to inspire change across Sussex. The Senior Management Team is responsible for the operational success of the diverse services in legal advice, housing and mental health, addiction and homelessness prevention and support.

The successful candidate for the Senior Service Manager role will join at an exciting time as the organisation continues to develop its mental health offer. The Senior Service Manager will be responsible for 63 units of supported and CQC registered accommodation, the staff that support it and the clients that call it home.

Housing management, staff development and supporting people with complex needs will be part of day-to-day work alongside chances to develop existing and new services and get really involved in the transformation of accommodation and support that is happening in the city.

You will also lead work on Safeguarding within the organisation, providing oversight, advising on safeguarding case management and reporting on performance. The Senior Service Manager will also participate in the management on-call rota.

About You

To be successful in the role of Senior Service Manager you will need to have great communication skills and be committed to the values of the organisation. Some of the key skills and experience you will need to bring with you include:

• A relevant professional background in the health, housing management or social care field and significant management experience within services such as homelessness, addictions and mental health, with high levels of autonomy and accountability.
• Experience of strategic and operational planning and implementation including risk management.
• Experience of effective financial/business management including the preparation and management of budgets.
• Knowledge and understanding of best practice and the regulatory/legal frameworks including CQC within which BHT Sussex operates.
• Understanding of UK safeguarding legislation and statutory duties with the capability to provide oversight, advise on safeguarding management and report on performance.

People Systems and Reporting Specialist

The purpose of the People Team in delivering the organisations goals is to empower our colleagues to thrive by shaping exceptional experiences and culture that unlocks their potential — so ARUK can realise it's vision of a world free from the fear, harm and heartbreak of dementia.

To be able to deliver this the People Function is going through an exciting transformation and one of the key enablers of this is automation and data analytics. This role will support the People Services team in setting up our lifecycle and operational processes by ensuring data accuracy and reliable system performance. Our aim is to make our processes as smooth and automated as possible and ensure that we are optimising the functionality of our existing systems and driving continuous improvement through automation.

The role will also be key in setting up more streamlined and automated reporting of people metrics and KPI’s to ensure that the team and leaders have the insight at the right time to enable decisions. In doing so the role will work closely with the People Experience Partner to ensure that we are combining all data sources to present a holistic view of our workforce.

The post holder is part of a small team at ARUK and from time to time may need to support other colleagues to ensure smooth critical service delivery to the organisation.

This is a 12-month FTC

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and improve functionality in the HR system (Cascade) to ensure that all functionality around data capture, formulas, workflows and reporting for lifecycle events and payroll are being maximised and improve where there is opportunity.

• Work closely with the People Services Manager, Cascade team and payroll processing service to maximise payroll automation

• Configure and develop the HR systems in place to meet evolving business requirements and improve user experience.

• Ensure that all data recorded in the system is accurate and conduct regular audits.

• Review, reduce and automate all manual people processes and forms, either using Cascade, Power Apps or MS Forms in line with the ARUK technology landscape

• Develop Power BI dashboard for People metrics and KPI’s

• Work closely with the People Experience Partner to create regular people insight reporting

• Maintain core people metrics and ensure they are accessible for reporting and analysis.

• Work collaboratively with the Finance Team and deliver prompt and accurate headcount reporting for use in the monthly KPIs.

• Deliver timely insights to support workforce planning, organisational design, compensation strategies, and resource utilisation.

• Design dashboards and visualisations to communicate trends and support People & Culture initiatives.

• Improve analytical capabilities within the broader team by sharing skills through the provision of guidance and training as needed.

Knowledge, skills and experience needed:

· Extensive experience in HR system optimisation (Cascade used by People Team), with proven ability to configure, customise and integrate HRIS systems to meet evolving organisational needs.

· Advanced data analysis and reporting expertise, including the ability to manipulate large, complex datasets, apply data validation techniques, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and visualisations.

· Demonstrated success in process automation and workflow optimisation, reducing manual effort and improving data accuracy across the employee lifecycle.

· Knowledge of GDPR and data governance principles as applicable with sensitive data.

· Proficiency in HR data tools and technologies, including advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros), SQL for data extraction, and experience with BI tools for predictive analytics.

· Evidence of a continuous improvement mindset, demonstrated through successful projects that have improved system functionality, reporting capability, and user experience.

As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.

The Role

The Marketing and PR Manager leads Devon Air Ambulance’s media relations, public relations, and integrated marketing activity to build awareness, advocacy, and income, shaping the organisation’s narrative through compelling PR and multi‑channel campaigns while safeguarding its reputation. They will manage proactive and reactive press activity, oversee social media strategy, produce and approve high‑quality content, and maintain strong relationships with media and stakeholders. The role works collaboratively across teams to create cohesive supporter journeys and develop patient and supporter stories. Additionally, the postholder integrates AI‑enabled and monitoring tools to enhance coverage and content quality, ensures brand and regulatory compliance, and line‑manages the Marketing and Communications Officer to support workload, development, and wellbeing.
