We are seeking a Perinatal Outreach Coordinator to provide person-centred, individual and group support to perinatal women (pregnant women and birthing people of children less than 2 years old) within the London Borough of Greenwich. The role works directly with the Oxleas Perinatal Mental Health Team and is employed by South East London Mind.
You will be responsible for supporting women under the care of the Oxleas Perinatal Mental Health Team with moderate to severe mental health challenges who have been identified as requiring additional practical and social support. You will work one-to-one in the community to develop personalised plans focused on their recovery, providing support to help them get and remain well during the perinatal period.
You will develop, deliver and facilitate a programme of perinatal support groups and other activities that encourage women to access outreach support within the local community, develop social networks and reduce isolation as part of their recovery plan. Current activities include weekly play sessions, walking group, soft play, picnics and monthly outings.
Applicants should have a good understanding of mental health challenges in the perinatal period alongside experience of supporting families with multiple and diverse needs. An ability to work independently but collaboratively, to be proactive and highly organised is essential for this role.
Additional information:
- Applicants will be required to attend a weekly multi-disciplinary team meeting every Tuesday afternoon (based in Bexley DA2).
- Applicants must be able to travel and work within the London Borough of Greenwich and surrounding areas in effective manner, including conducting home visits and group activities in community venues.

Bromley Recovery and Wellbeing College (BRWC) runs a curriculum of free peer and professional-led workshops and courses across the borough of Bromley. FTWW is looking for a full-time Volunteer and Community Coordinator! The successful candidate will strengthen community activity by engaging with external stakeholders and members of the public, increasing our reach and volunteer numbers. They will ensure that volunteers are supported and equipped to participate in a wide range of activities, both in-person and online.
The role is full-time home-based within Wales, with occasional travel to events and meetings, so a driving licence and access to a car would be an advantage.
We are a small but mighty charity where no two days are the same. You may be involved in facilitating an online coproduction event one day and speaking at the Senedd the next so excellent communication skills are a must. We currently have over 90 registered volunteers and a key part of the role will be to develop our volunteer programme. As a small team, you will also support our part-time Engagement Coordinator, so there will be plenty of opportunity to demonstrate your creative skills too.

We're looking for a Democracy Coordinator to help support and grow Arts SU's democratic spaces. You'll play a key role in making sure students are involved, informed and empowered through forums, elections and other democratic activities. You'll oversee our Ideas Platform and work closely with sabbatical officers and teams across UAL to keep these spaces student-led and relevant. You'll also be the operational lead for our student elections - from technical set-up to support candidates and making sure everything runs fairly and transparently. You'll help develop policies, run training sessions, promote democratic engagement, and be the go-to person for students with questions about how the SU represents students. It's a varied role that puts students at the hear of decision-making while making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

The Jewish Museum London has undergone substantial positive change over the past two years, moving out of our Camden site and moving to a ‘Museum without Walls’ model. The museum is building a new strategy that will lead its transformation over the next 10 years as it tests out innovative new models for exhibitions, displays, learning and engagement, building towards a new permanent site and dynamic operational model. Learning and engagement are central to the museum’s future. This new role will support the learning and engagement team by coordinating bookings, marketing and communications for the team.
Our museum is made up of passionate and expert staff and a collection of over 40,000 objects which are both accredited and designated with Outstanding status by Arts Council England. Our learning programmes hold multiple awards, and our visitor feedback is consistently very high, however, we have much bigger ambitions than our current success. The Museum is looking to expand, in space, in profile and in audience reach. We are looking for someone passionate about our potential to coordinate the day-to-day running of the learning team as we move forward to the next phase of the Jewish Museum London.
Reporting to the Head of Learning the appointed candidate will have the organisational and administrative skills to ensure the team can effectively deliver programmes for schools, families and communities as well as taking a lead on communicating the museum’s activity through social media, newsletters and the website.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
The main role of the Learning and Communications Coordinator will be to administrate the activities of the learning department, in particular our flagship programme of schools workshops both in person and digitally. Excellent communication skills are required as this role will involve being the first point of contact for the department, responding to queries, liaising with teachers, taking bookings and sending out pre- and post- activity information. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of this busy and creative team by providing, general administration, organisational and hands-on practical support—invoicing, ordering materials and supplies, auditing resources, collating and recording evaluation data and transporting materials and equipment for our outreach, offsite events and workshops. Digital learning and communications are central to how we engage our audiences so the post holder will need to a good level of social media and technical literacy in order to update learning and events sections on the website, support the delivery of virtual workshops, coordinate the social media working group and create newsletters.
Learning programme bookings and coordination
· To be the first point of contact for all enquiries about learning programme activities and the main contact for liaising with teachers and taking bookings
· Co-ordinate and administrate all bookings for the schools outreach, virtual and broadcast programmes—from taking bookings and booking facilitators through to invoicing and evaluation
· Organise bookings, delivery and return of museum loan boxes
· Audit and prepare the handling collection for workshops
· Close collaboration with the Senior Learning Producer: Schools to assign learning team members and freelancers to workshops including leading on contracting and financial administration of freelance facilitators
· Support with organising and delivery of informal and community learning activities and events including the Curious Minds Dementia Friendly programme and family learning events

Team Administration
· Managing the team’s calendar of activity
· Ensure that bookings spreadsheets and databases including Raisers Edge, Artifax, Excel sheets and Monday Boards are kept up to date and accurate
· Collating statistics and data for reporting
· Maintain the carbon calculator tracking for the team
· Order any resources, materials, equipment and travel (such as oyster cards, train tickets and taxis) for the team
· Coordinate room bookings and generating zoom links for workshops, meetings and activities
· Set up regular team meetings as required, circulating minutes/ action points and ensuring follow up actions are taken
· Work with finance to ensure that schools workshops and activities are invoiced and to coordinate payment of freelancers

We're seeking an enthusiastic Education Coordinator to help shape the future of chemistry education.
With a focus on Northern Ireland, you'll lead regional initiatives, tailoring them to local needs and supporting teachers through workshops and online sessions. You'll build strong partnerships with local education authorities, schools, and teacher networks, and collaborate with national organisations to advance our education policy across the UK and Ireland. You’ll monitor educational developments, contribute to policy-influencing documents, and share our views with policy makers and other stakeholders.
This role will require extensive travel throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, including attending and running events for teachers and student teachers, working with members, and meeting key education contacts. Expect to travel about twice a week, depending on the academic timetable, and occasionally work weekends and non-core hours.
Responsibilities:
Regional engagement and delivery: Lead the project management and delivery of education initiatives tailored to the needs of the local education community, aligned with our strategy. This includes understanding teacher needs, delivering direct support (e.g, workshops, online sessions), advising on the use of our resources, and commissioning internal support to enhance the impact of our services.
Local curriculum expertise and relevance: Champion and advise on local curricula to ensure our education programmes remain relevant and impactful for all teachers across the UK and Ireland. This includes providing guidance and advice to colleagues and partners on best practices for local curricula.
Partnership and stakeholder engagement:
• Develop and maintain successful partnerships and relationships with organisations and education stakeholders in the region (including local education authorities, schools, and teacher networks) to support the effective delivery of our programmes and initiatives. This also includes engaging with local members to act as advocates for chemistry and showcase best practice in school engagement activities.
• Build and maintain strategic links and collaborations with national organisations, government agencies, sister societies, and other policy influencers to inform the development and advancement of our education policy and resources.
Contribution to education policy and intelligence: Contribute to our education policy activities by monitoring educational developments, compiling and analysing relevant information, and drafting policy-influencing documents such as consultation responses and position statements.
What we are looking for:
• A degree in science, preferably in the chemical sciences, or an equivalent qualification, together with evidence of working with schools, ideally with a teaching qualification.
• An understanding of school level, further and higher education and a breadth of knowledge of the education systems in the UK and Ireland together with a deep knowledge of the local curricula.
• Experience of stakeholder relationship management and an understanding of customer requirements, including those of: school teachers; FE teachers, HE academics and support staff; careers advisors; employers; governments and its agencies, and non-government bodies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a proven ability to write effectively for different audiences and deliver clear and engaging presentations both online and in-person.
• Good project management and team working skills and experience, with the ability to work independently.
