Role purpose:

1. Retain and grow relationships with existing centres through tailored engagement strategies that drive programme registrations and increase impact. 
2. Identify and convert new opportunities through proactive outreach, lead generation, and effective nurture tactics to deliver new business income. 
3. Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a high-quality centre experience that builds trust and long-term loyalty. 

Key responsibilities:

Retain and grow existing centre relationships 

• Manage a portfolio of existing centres, ensuring regular and meaningful engagement aligned to their needs, delivery patterns, and growth potential. 
• Deliver against annual centre income targets by supporting centres to continue and expand programme delivery. 
• Develop and implement tailored engagement plans that reflect sector priorities, sector and programme maturity, and centre feedback. 
• Analyse Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards to identify retention risks, spot growth opportunities, and respond to trends with proactive support. 
• Coordinate requalification conversations and re-engagement activity to sustain long-term partnerships. 

Generate and convert new business 

• Identify and research high-potential leads across your allocated sectors (e.g., secondary, FE, community) using BI and CRM insights, sector intelligence, and marketing-generated activity. 

• Plan and deliver proactive outreach activity via a Sector Development Plans. 

• Build and maintain a personal pipeline of prospects and log progress regularly updating conversion insight and forecasts. 

• Support new centre onboarding, from initial conversations through to registration and early delivery support. 

• Collaborate with Marketing on lead nurture campaigns, sales funnel activities, and content that targets sector-specific priorities. 

Deliver outstanding customer experience 

• Serve as a primary point of contact for your centres, responding promptly and professionally to queries, issues, and feedback. 

• Ensure every interaction reflects the Leadership Skills Foundation’s values. 

• Maintain consistent and accurate records of communications, registrations, and engagement history. 

• Support customer feedback collection and contribute to the analysis of satisfaction and improvement opportunities. 

• Champion a customer-first mindset and share insight to improve performance against our customer experience objectives. 

Use data and insight to drive decisions 

• Regularly review and report on programme performance, income data, and registration trends for your assigned centres and sectors. 

• Use BI dashboards and management reports to inform your planning, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement. 

• Report on your own progress against KPIs and contribute to departmental performance reviews and forecasting activities. 

Collaborate across teams and support innovation 

• Work closely with key teams to coordinate campaigns, messaging, and respond to customer feedback. 

• Feedback insight from centres to inform programme development and sector-specific improvements. 

• Contribute to team planning meetings, training sessions, and department-wide initiatives. 

• Support the induction of new team members and contribute to a collaborative, learning-focused team culture. 

Skills, experience, and knowledge

The school opened its doors in January 2023 for autistic children, originally in temporary accommodation.  Children and staff have just moved into a permanent purpose-built school . The school roll is currently 47 increasing to 70 in the next academic year.

The Hawthorns House, where the residential provision will be offered, is situated in a brand-new purpose-built house with 10 bedrooms next to the site of the school. The build is due to be completed in Summer 2025.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to become part of and contribute to a new residential staff team. We are looking for a dedicated, passionate and committed Residential Team Members. These positions involve working with autistic children aged 7-16 years.  The residential provision will cater for 10 pupils, with a gradual transition to its full capacity as the residential team develops.

The vision for the residential provision is to provide pupils with further opportunities to grow, learn, achieve and aspire to become participants in our local community. Our mission is to achieve this through secure relationships with residential staff in an environment providing outstanding care, to build the basis for a fulfilling life for children with autism.

You will need to be able to work as part of a team as well as being self-led and motivated. It will be a fast-paced and fun environment. You must be caring, fair and nurturing to enable our children to develop positive and trusting relationships. There will be a strong emphasis on supporting self-regulation, confidence and effective communication.

The Grants Officer will work as part of the Grants & Programmes Team to support organisations applying for funding each year through the Foundations grants programme.  The post holder manages important relationships with potential and current grantees, building trust and an understanding of their purpose and aims and supporting them to submit appropriate and high-quality applications for funding against the funds criteria and Foundation’s priorities. Responsibilities
To undertake tasks associated with BLCF's grantmaking functions, including carrying out due diligence and assessments of grants applications (under the supervision of the Senior Grants Manager).

Process all applications within agreed timelines, working alongside Fund Leads to review and assess grant applications effectively. 

Work alongside members of the team and Data Officer to maximise use of our in-house CRM database for monitoring and impact reporting.  

Provide grant-making support and advice to potential and existing grantees on our funds and programmes, under the guidance of the Senior Grants Manager, to ensure open and transparent access to our programmes and proactively looking to address inequality and fairer access to opportunities the Foundation offers. 

Work closely with other members of the team to ensure that the Foundation achieves excellence in grant-making and all its operational aspects.

About this key role

Your role will be to provide young person centred holistic support – including everything from helping clients to understand their own behaviour and its consequences, and promoting change, to helping clients’ families to support them and providing practical help with attending appointments, education, training and employment options, housing, benefits, debt and other aspects of day-to-day living. 

Working flexibly within the community and within identified office spaces within London (opportunities for home working will be minimal within this role), you’ll be building effective and engaging relationships with young people involved in or at risk of being involved in the criminal justice system, with the aim of improving their life chances. Mind in Enfield and Barnet is a fast-growing charity in North London providing much needed therapy, wellbeing support and advocacy services to people with mental health problems.

Do you have expertise in information management, data governance, and GDPR compliance? Do you have experience developing and delivering data services that support organisational goals and compliance? 

They are looking to recruit an experienced Information Management and GDPR Lead to drive best practices in data governance, privacy, and compliance across our client. This role will develop and manage a data protection service that provides guidance, tools, and resources to help our clients handle personal and non-personal data securely and effectively. You will oversee GDPR compliance, privacy notices, data-sharing agreements, and third-party processing, ensuring a consistent approach across the federation. 

Alongside being their DPO, you will provide specialist support on areas such as subject access requests (SARs), monitor emerging legislation, develop and maintain template agreements, and ensure our client have access to legal expertise via external contractors. A key part of the role will be horizon scanning to keep our client informed and prepared for upcoming regulatory changes, which will include thinking about the governance of artificial intelligence for our client and federation. You will also support shared data services, including the data lake, and help align CRM systems and third-party platforms with compliance requirements. You are an experienced information management and data protection professional with a deep understanding of GDPR and data governance. You have a track record of managing data protection services, providing expert guidance on privacy, compliance, and best practices. You are confident in interpreting and implementing data protection legislation, supporting teams to embed robust information management processes, and ensuring compliance across a complex federated organisation. 

You are skilled in horizon scanning, keeping ahead of emerging data regulations and risks, and ensuring our client remain compliant and proactive in response to legislative changes. You are comfortable developing template agreements, privacy notices, and data-sharing policies, ensuring consistency and compliance across multiple Trusts.

We are seeking a dynamic and creative fundraiser to support activity across community and events fundraising. The role will focus on providing exceptional stewardship for our calendar of community and events fundraising. You’ll build relationships with supporters and deliver impactful events as well as grow our income through individual giving. 

About Us

The Brompton Fountain is the children’s charity at Royal Brompton Hospital - a world leading specialist centre for complex heart and lung disease. We work in partnership with the teams on the wards, paediatric intensive care unit (PICU) and in outpatient clinics. Our charity provides support and resources for patients, families and staff, as well as funding lifesaving medical equipment, accommodation - so that parents can stay close to their child during an admission, toys and entertainment for the playroom and improvements to the facilities to create the best possible environment for families to promote their wellbeing during what can often be a very challenging time. In collaboration with the hospital trust and the NHS we also fund research projects and develop new initiatives for babies, children and young people with heart and lung conditions. 

About You

Our ideal candidate will have experience of working in a fundraising or similar role. You'll have strong written and verbal communication skills to write engaging and inspiring content and messaging. An ability to empathise and communicate effectively about our work is key. Main Duties and Responsilbilties 

Community and Events Fundraising

• Assist in the planning and execution of a diverse range of fundraising events, including challenge events and community initiatives.

• Support the management of event logistics, including participant communication, volunteer coordination, and on-the-day activities.

• Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure smooth event operations and build strong relationships for future collaboration.

• Lead outreach efforts to engage new local community partners, such as (small) businesses, schools, and clubs, promoting fundraising opportunities and supporting their initiatives.

• Lead on generating income through supermarket schemes. • To represent the charity when required in schools, engagement events and cheque presentations. 

Individual Giving

• Manage the regular giving programme by implementing a rolling 12-month plan of meaningful touchpoints to deepen relationships.

• Develop and implement a plan to encourage increased giving and recruit new regular donors with personalised cultivation and stewardship.

• Maximise engagement and retention of individual supporters (giving at lower to mid-level) by prompt thanking, excellent stewardship and building effective donor journeys.

Supporter Care

• Serve as the primary point of contact for community and events fundraisers, delivering outstanding stewardship ensuring they receive the information and support needed to maximise their fundraising potential while maintaining the highest standards of stewardship and being respectful of potential sensitivities particularly when working with families who are fundraising in memory.

• Provide timely and effective follow-up communications with supporters, ensuring they feel valued and engaged.

• Maintain our CRM database ensuring accurate records to track communications, income, and supporter preferences, ensuring compliance with GDPR and data protection laws. 

Administrative and Financial Support

• Process cash and cheque donations, Gift Aid and matched funding claims, ensuring this income is processed and recorded accurately on our database.

• Manage the distribution of supporter resources, conduct stock checks for fundraising materials and ensure an organised work environment for all fundraising assets.

• Overseeing our online shop.

Marketing and Communication

• Create engaging materials (posters, leaflets, stories etc), social media content and e-newsletters to inspire participation in fundraising activities.

• Produce impact reports and collate information for the HOF to support fundraising initiatives and grant applications.

• Ensure fundraising and associated webpages are kept up to date. Team Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with the wider team (when required) to support in-hospital and community events as well as assisting with tasks as needed to ensure smooth charity operations.

• Support the CEO and team members with ad hoc projects, activities, and any high-priority tasks to contribute to overall team objectives.

• Any other duties as required by the Head of Fundraising.

Additional Information

Salary is £30,000 - £32,000 per annum (DOE). The role covers 37.5 hours per week. Two days per week working in our charity office at Royal Brompton Hospital - London, and the remaining hours to be worked remotely. Occasional evening and weekend work subject to our events calendar. Exact working pattern to be discussed at the interview stage.

One-year fixed term contract with the potential to extend contract length subject to performance and funding.

A full driving licence or the ability to travel to events and meetings within London and the South East is essential.

About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join and lead a driven team of Volunteering Partners. The Volunteering Partnerships and Implementation team strive to inspire, support and enable a quality offer and experience for volunteers and volunteer managers. Through working directly with the Dementia Support and Partnerships directorate (who deliver our services), you will be making a difference to volunteers, volunteer managers and people affected by dementia.

You will be a trusted expert in volunteering, building relationships with senior managers and leaders by creating a structured approach to how we support the directorate in order to give the best possible volunteering experience. You will lead a team of Volunteering Partners and work collaboratively across the Volunteering team as well as with the People Partnering team to create ways of working, deliver projects, develop connections and ensure we provide a strategic and structured service to our stakeholders.
