We are looking for an experienced commercial and visitor experience professional to join our friendly team in the new post of Head of Commercial and Visitor Experience, reporting into our trading board, Crystal Palace Park Events Ltd (CPPEL), and line managed by the Director of Park Management.

Responsible for achieving ambitious income targets, you will lead the  management, development and growth of key revenue generating activities including concessions, leases, retail, licensing, catering, markets and car parking activity (and excluding events and venue hire). Alongside this you will oversee the smooth running of the park as a visitor attraction, ensuring an excellent visitor experience and an accessible, warm welcome to all. 

You will be a creative and entrepreneurial team player with experience working in a visitor attraction, cultural, heritage or park setting and a proven track record in business development and income generation.

• Independent Visitor services offers a child or young person in care an adult volunteer who provides independent, one-to-one visiting, advice and befriending support. Our independent visitors can become the only long-term, consistent source of support throughout a young person's time in care.
• Independent services provide independent person services for complaints by children and for reviewing whether children should be locked up in secure units on welfare grounds.
• Policy and campaigning to create a better system for all children and young people looked after by the state, for their care to be more child-centred and to give young people a greater say in decisions about their lives.
  • Participation services to ensure children and young people have a voice in the development and delivery of services and campaigns, and through the process, provide the opportunity to develop relevant skills which will be of benefit to them in their future lives.

About the Role

You will co-ordinate and deliver a statutory independent visitor service to children and young people in care or care leavers of London.

You will recruit, assess and train volunteers to become independent visitors, who are volunteer befrienders to children and young people looked after or care leavers. You will manage a cash flow to fund suitable activities for independent visitors to enjoy with the young person. You will manage data and reporting for this statutory service so that service leads and other stakeholders can understand the activity in the service.

We are a child led service, you will not act outside of the young person’s instructions (except in matters of child protection and safety.)You will build strong relationships with the child or young person, independent visitors and other significant adults, you will support Independent Visitors to develop long term, meaningful friendships with the young person.

You will work in partnership with other parts of the service, organisation and external agencies and professionals. This is to ensure there are pathways to attract and retain Independent Visitors in the area and sometimes out of area.

The team:

Overview of Role: To provide operational and administrative support across the RSN’s educational programmes, including the Certificate and Diploma, Tutor Training Course, Short Courses, International Summer School and On Demand Courses.

The main duties include, but are not limited to

General Administration

• Manage the Education Email Inboxes, responding to queries and complaints as appropriate

Role Purpose

This is an exceptional opportunity to join the Royal Hospital Chelsea as Assistant Director of Audience Engagement on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.  A core focus of the role is to develop the Royal Hospital Chelsea into a national heritage destination while ensuring our community of veterans remains at the heart of everything we do.

The Role

This position is based in the Buildings and Guest Services Team and answers to the Director of Buildings and Guest Services. This a high profile customer facing role and you will be the first point of contact for all staff, tenants and visitors entering the premises.

Job Purpose

The Operations & Project Manager will oversee planning, project delivery, and commercial operations, ensuring that St Bride Foundation continues to fulfil its mission while growing its financial sustainability. This role is instrumental in managing strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, and leading teams to ensure efficient operations across venue hire, theatre management, and other income-generating activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Project Management

· Develop and maintain Gantt charts, project timelines, and key performance indicators for organisational initiatives.

· Work as part of the Senior Management team to oversee and deliver key projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

· Improve internal project management processes to enhance efficiency and collaboration across teams.

· Implement long-term strategic plans aligned with the charity’s mission.

· Attend meetings and contribute expertise to project groups as applicable.

2. Operations & Commercial Oversight

· Lead the teams managing commercial areas, including venue hire, theatre, events, commercial lets, and other income-generating initiatives.

· Ensure effective resource management, including staff, budgets, and operational tools.

· Identify opportunities to increase revenue streams while maintaining the Foundation’s charitable objectives.

· Develop and implement policies to improve operational efficiency, sustainability, and financial resilience.

3. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

· Provide leadership and support to commercial and operational staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

· Work closely with external partners and stakeholders to enhance the Foundation’s impact and income opportunities.

· Ensure strong internal communication to keep all teams aligned with project goals and operational priorities.

4. Risk, Compliance & Facilities Management

· Ensure compliance with health & safety, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements.

· Oversee the stewardship of St Bride Foundation’s historic Grade II listed building, ensuring operational resilience and sustainability.

· Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing solutions to improve efficiency and safety.

· Support sustainability initiatives, including energy efficiency and adherence to health & safety legislation.

The Role
