The Snowdrop Project is the first organisation in the UK to provide long-term, community based support to survivors of modern slavery and exploitation. We aim to empower survivors of modern slavery and exploitation to recover from their experiences and thrive. We aim to reduce the risk of re-exploitation, to create and implement models of best practice and to share this knowledge with other agencies and individuals nationally and beyond.
We are looking for a passionate advocate who is committed to ensuring survivors of modern slavery are able to access their rights and entitlements in the UK with a trauma-informed approach. This role provides support to clients referred to Snowdrop’s Reach-In provision. Reach-In provides long-term support to survivors leaving the UK Modern Slavery and Victim Care Contract (MSVCC) following a positive conclusive grounds National Referral Mechanism (NRM) decision.
Snowdrop supports Reach-In clients across South Yorkshire both from our offices in Sheffield and in the local community within the MSVCC Reach-In framework.
Position: Reach-In Caseworker
Salary: £26,200 per annum, pro rata (.6FTE)

BIAS’s housing advice service supports members of the local Irish community and beyond with a range of complex housing issues, including homelessness, rehousing, tenancy sustainment and disrepair. We are looking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic person who has a background or demonstrable interest in advice, housing or homelessness to join our friendly advice team. Your role will involve contributing to the day-to-day running of BIAS’s advice service, providing specialist advice on housing via one-to-one client appointments, completing casework and advocating for positive outcomes for your clients.
You will need to have strong people skills and the ability to build good working relationships with colleagues and clients, excellent organisational skills and the ability to digest complex briefs. You will be required to manage an active caseload, ensuring that cases are appropriately actioned and recorded and that deadlines are met.

KEY WORK AREAS AND MAIN DUTIES
- Providing appropriate advice, information and practical help to clients, via in-person appointments, outreach visits, telephone, letter or email. Where necessary, advocating on behalf of clients in the appropriate forums.

- Contributing to monitoring service delivery and recording client outcomes.

These are the basic duties required of the Housing Adviser. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK. This role will be based primarily in our advice offices in Willesden (Brent), with some outreach work in Haringey borough. There may be some options for flexible working (one day per week)

We deliver our support through our welfare advice drop-in service, our Active Ageing Clubs and our Be-a-friend volunteer scheme. BIAS has exciting plans for further expansion in Haringey in 2025 and has a range of medium- to long-term grant funding, including from Ireland’s Emigrant Support Programme.

Policy Advisor – Research and Data Monitoring

About the Role
As our Policy Advisor –Research and Data Monitoring you will support the highest standards of research development, analysis and communication of data relating to the water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) sector.
In this role, you will lead high-level analysis and quality assurance of WASH data use as well as management research resources, include the Research and Evidence Bank, the Research Tracker and the Statistics Bank.
You’ll also:
- Contribute to the design and commissioning of research projects to support advocacy, campaigns, media communications
- Oversea and manage small research projects – facilitating the sharing of research outputs and learnings within GPAC and across the organisation
- Work closely with GPAC colleagues and other WaterAid UK departments and ensure that information on commissioned research projects and learnings are shared widely across the WaterAid Federation (Australia, Canada, India, Japan, Sweden, UK, and USA)
- Play an active role in the research team, support colleagues and provide feedback as required and support any other relevant processes within the remit of the Policy team and GPAC in general
Requirements
To be successful, you’ll need:
- Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data and statistics, including an ability to seek the latest data from regular sources and to access new sources of data relevant to WaterAid’s work
- Strong analytical, research and writing skills (English language)
- An entrepreneurial approach to supporting influencing work, including the ability to take the initiative and rapidly adapt work plans to seize new and unforeseen opportunities.
- Working style that reflects WaterAid’s values of Respect, Accountability, Courage, Collaboration, Integrity and Innovation
- Proven ability to work and communicate effectively across diverse cultures in a matrix organisation
- Masters’ degree, or post-graduate qualifications and research experience; in relevant discipline; including statistics, economics, geography, maths, statistics, and international development
- Excellent IT (Information Technology) skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Power BI
Although not essential, we also prefer you to have:
- A successful track record of developing high quality research work
- Good knowledge of the WASH and development sectors
- Experience of working in research for public policy and/or advocacy on policy issues
- Project management skills
- Ability to build the networks and coalitions needed to drive an effective change agenda - especially with major international agencies (multilateral development banks, United Nations agencies, OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) etc.), governments and NGOs (Non-Governmental Organizations)

Fundraising and Administration Officer
Contract: Full time, 12 month fixed-term with potential for the role to develop into a permanent position.
Salary: £25,000 based on 35hr working week.
Holiday and Benefits: 25 days annual leave + 3 days between Christmas and New Year, where offices are closed. Additional half day birthday leave and length of service days.

Child. org is a Nairobi-based, UK-registered charity that champions community-based healthcare solutions to make pregnancies and births safer. We work with pregnant women, new mums, communities and local health authorities in Kenya to provide life-saving antenatal and post-natal health information, connect at-risk mums and babies with the healthcare services they need and work with local health authorities to advocate for and improve the quality of care.

The Role
As Fundraising and Administration Officer, you’ll support the fundraising team across our events and supporter stewardship. This varied role will see you work with the team across events and project management, fundraising stewardship and communications alongside incredible international and national travel opportunities supporting Ride Africa and Charity Concierge events.
Key Objectives

Support the Events Officer with the delivery of our biggest ever Charity Concierge season across the summer of 2026 providing support for volunteer recruitment and management, and critical on-site support at various festivals

Support the Child. org team with the delivery of Ride Africa in November 2025; providing valuable support to participants and managing enquiries/requests.

Big Give Campaign 2025: support the Communications Officer to hit our Big Give Christmas Challenge appeal target, leading on the timely thanking of donors and supporting the promotion of the appeal through social media and newsletters

Other events support: support the Events Officer to plan 25th birthday celebration and supporter event in London (The Shindig) and the mentoring and stewardship of our first ever London Marathon team.

Procurement support: follow procurement plan and guidelines to source equipment, ensuring delivery to budget and within allocated time frames.

Budget management: log and monitor expenditure across all events, being sure to keep us on track and in line with budget.

Working with clients from our Day Centre and Night Shelter to provide casework, advocacy and support to resolve and prevent homelessness in Enfield and Haringey,.
Within the Day Centre you will provide high quality and relevant advocacy and casework to people who are homeless or at risk. You will maintain a caseload of clients working within a fast paced and dynamic small team. You will support the smooth running of the day centre provision and have a commitment to supporting vulnerable clients in a person-centred way.
