We're looking for an efficient, friendly Volunteer Co-ordinator to join our award-winning charity.  The team is based at our busy community centre from where it offers a range of services from community meals, art classes to gardening services and digital support.  We support older and disabled people living in Fulham, London.  Much of our work is delivered by volunteers, so this post is critical to our service delivery. You will recruit, induct, and coordinate volunteers; including leading our Good Neighbours Scheme and Befriending Scheme and supporting the recruitment for all other projects. 

About you: You will have experience of volunteering and in coordinating volunteers or staff, and have strong organisational and communication skills. You will be pro-active and diligent and able to solve problems as they arise. You will be a 'first point of contact' for people getting in touch with FGN, and so you will have a welcoming, and compassionate demeanour and be able to represent FGN at events (partnership meetings, volunteer recruitment drives, fairs, etc).  You will enjoy working with older people and those with disabilities.

The role is based at our community centre in Fulham, Rosaline Hall (70 Rosaline Rd, SW6 7QT) with WFH potentially available for 1/5 of working hours.Hours: 9am - 5pm - Monday to Friday. 35 hours per week. We are looking for a Garden Coordinator to nurture our award-winning urban rooftop garden. This part-time role is perfect for someone with a green thumb, a heart for education, and a knack for community engagement.

The ideal candidate: With experience in gardening and food growing you will have experience in building the skills and confidence of others in these areas.  You have great organisational and time-management skills, in order to run our Gardening Trainee Scheme. Garden Maintenance and Development

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure clients with complex needs can engage meaningfully and safely in gardening activities.

Volunteers and Partnerships

• Facilitate corporate volunteer challenges and group sessions.
• Work closely with the Catering team to align food-growing with kitchen needs.

Monitoring and Reporting
• Collect and share monitoring information with the Progression & Training Manager.

About the Role:

The Nightstop Coordinator role is busy and varied role, it involves working with young people from when they approach the service to when they find longer term accommodation. Sculpt is a UK-based charity with over 20 years’ experience, who support young people to shape their own future. Our vision is that we live in a society where young people can be fulfilled through their education, work and participation in wider society. What are we looking for?

Sculpt UK is hiring a bookings coordinator and youth programme officer who would deliver our direct intervention work with young people aged 12-16 with a focus on skills building around employment through our holistic work experience programmes. Approximately 75% of our under 16s work involves working with young people who have SEND or who are at risk of becoming NEET (not in employment, education or training). Training on working specifically with SEND students will be offered to the successful applicant.

The role will also manage our bookings with schools and individuals across projects. This job is a 70/30 split between Youth Programme Officer and Bookings Coordinator.

Responsibilities :

Youth Programme Officer:

• Adhere to Sculpt UK’s safeguarding practices and procedures at all time 

• Deliver funded programmes focused on youth employability, leadership and youth voice in line with Sculpt UK’s delivery style and ethos

• Work with other Youth Programme Officers to successfully to deliver projects and support in data collection required for reporting

About the opportunity

We are now recruiting for a Programme Coordinator for our schools in London.

• The London Programme Coordinator oversees a caseload of up to seven partner schools. They manage the logistics and organisation of each school’s tutoring programme, working closely with the schools and pupils and managing the pool of volunteer tutors. Step into a transformative journey with Working Options. We're on a mission to empower young people aged 14–19 across the UK — and you can help make a real difference.

Over the past 18 months, our team has been building a movement of support for young people across Wales, having a significant impact on their life chances and working towards the aim of inspiring every young person in the country.

So far, we’ve already reached 19,000 students in-person and are connected with a third of all Welsh state secondary schools and colleges. In 2025, we’re aiming to reach 13,000 more young people — and we’re looking for a passionate colleague to help us make that happen.

About the role

As North Wales Project Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in:

• Connecting volunteers with schools and colleges, ensuring young people benefit from inspiring talks and workshops.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with schools, employers, and volunteers.
• Listening and adapting to the needs of young people, ensuring our programme creates real value for them and the stakeholders we work with.

You’ll be part of a flexible, entrepreneurial, and collaborative team that works remotely across Wales but comes together for events, volunteer training, school meetings, and team meet-ups. About the role

You’re primarily responsible for providing daily administrative support to the helpline and managing written enquiries submitted through the Ask Our Nurses (AON) service. You’re responsible for supporting the nursing and helpline teams with administrative tasks to facilitate the delivery of high-quality nurse-led services

About you 

You’re an effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills. You’re organised and able to juggle multiple projects and able to work to deadlines. You’re friendly and adaptable as well as being flexible to the needs of the service and the team.

You’ll ideally have experience of using excel to show statistical information and are familiar with the use of a CRM database.

The Events Coordinator Role will be part of the Philanthropy & Events Team, within the Income and Engagement Directorate, and will report to our Philanthropy Events Manager.

Support Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following stroke. We are looking for an innovative, passionate, and professional individual with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to join the Stroke Recovery Service based in Macclesfield.

Position: S11313 Stroke Support Coordinator

Location: Home-based – Macclesfield, East Cheshire. However, extensive travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work-related meetings)

Salary: Circa £21, 948 per annum (FTE circa £27,400 per annum)

Hours: Part-time, 28 hours per week

Contract: Our services are contracted; we currently have funding for this contract until 31 March 2026. While continued funding beyond this date cannot be guaranteed, we have maintained regular contracts in this area for many years and are confident in the likelihood of securing future funding

The Role

Reporting to the Service Delivery Coach, you will have the ability to support stroke survivors to identify their goals. Using strong assessment skills and a person-centred approach enabling them to maximise their recovery and improve communication.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting new stroke survivors and their carers from hospital discharge into the community.
• Provide personalised information, advice and support.
• Supporting stroke survivors to make informed lifestyle changes which will help them to prevent further strokes.
• Work collaboratively with NHS colleagues and other areas of the community to make a difference in the lives of people affected by stroke.

About You

You will have experience in:

• Experience/background in a caring profession, ideally supporting people with disabilities
• Excellent IT skills and an ability to maintain accurate records.
• An affinity with the values of the Association.
• A flexible approach and an ability to effectively manage a caseload.

This role requires extensive travel across a large geographical locality to visit people at home and in community settings. Candidates must be able to demonstrate how they can meet this requirement of the role
