There is significant potential to be realised within the existing donor base of philanthropists and corporate supporters. As Fundraising Manager, you will support the team to develop meaningful and sustainable relationships with supporters, managing a small portfolio of your own donors and leading on the day-to-day contact with corporate partners and event sponsors.
As Fundraising Manager, you will:
- Manage a pool of HNWIs, corporate partners and event sponsors focusing on delivering compelling stewardship plans to deepen relationships with supporters and secure income
- Proactively identify and research major donor and corporate prospects, and develop individual cultivation plans to move along the pipeline
- Create high-quality and innovative pitches and presentations to engage prospective donors/partners
- Manage relationships with event sponsors ensuring key deliverables are met
- Support the delivery of Elephant Family’s renowned events, primarily focusing on managing the relationships with guests, event partners, and sponsors
- Work with the Programmes team to identify funding opportunities aligned to donors’ interests and current funding needs
- Take ownership of the database (Salesforce) ensuring donor records are up-to-date to allow for effective supporter communications and engagement
Ideal skills and experience:
- Demonstrable experience of managing relationships with HNWIs and corporate partners at the 5-figure+ level
- Proven experience of soliciting and securing support from prospects
- Strong writing skills with ability to create engaging content, proposals, pitches, presentations, reports and other donor communications
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and proven ability to manage a varied workload
- Strong communication and networking skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders of all levels (SMT, Trustees, senior volunteers, donors, partners, colleagues)

Job summary
1. To implement and develop The Princess Alexandra Hospitals’ Charity fundraising strategy to maximise charitable funds that will enhance the care for The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust’s patients and people.

Shooting Star Children’s Hospices provides specialist care and support to families who have a baby, child or young person with a life-limiting condition, or who have been bereaved. About the role
Your key purpose will be to support the Individual Giving Manager in the provision of excellence in supporter care for individuals supporting all fundraising activities and projects related to Shooting Star Children’s Hospices Individual Giving programme, Gifts in Memory fundraising and ensuring Shooting Star Children’s Hospices families who choose to fundraise are effectively supported in their activity. This role will support the charities appeal fundraising programme, working with the Head of Supporter Engagement and Individual Giving Manager on supporter stewardship.
The Supporter Care Co-ordinator will also provide efficient and effective key administrative support to the wider fundraising team, optimising income generation proactivity cross-team.

We are looking for a Member Engagement Officer to assist a lively and talented team with all areas of Remember a Charity’s membership administration, in addition to supporting the marketing and partnerships workstreams.
This is a unique opportunity not only to help grow charitable giving, but to also work closely with those member charities (close to 200) who rely on gifts in Wills to continue their vital work.
Key Accountabilities
- To maintain and update records on Remember A Charity’s CRM database and E-Comms mailing lists for charities, legal supporters and partner organisations. To run CRM reports as required.
- To assist with the onboarding of new joiner charities and legal sector supporters.
- To use the website content management system (CMS) to build member charity and legal sector supporter online profiles; and to make any amends to these profiles and other website pages as required.
- To manage the central Inbox and respond to all enquiries or signpost to the relevant team member.
- To co-ordinate the programme of rolling annual membership renewal and new-joiner invoicing, including credit control of all invoices.
- To prepare monthly engagement report collating key activity metrics for members and legal sector supporters.
- To assist with online and in person member, prospect, and legal sector supporter events, including creating registration links, managing attendee information on the CRM, and other events preparation and follow-up required.
- Representing Remember A Charity at key charity and legal sector exhibitions when required.
- To capture minutes from all key meetings.
- Diary management when required.
About You

Purpose
This is a vital role sitting as part of the Senior leadership team at Hope and contributing to the future sustainability and development of Hope.
The purpose of the role is to manage all aspects of Income Generation and manage the commissioned projects which Hope run.
Developing a long term sustainable income generation portfolio you will have responsibility for your own income generation and manage the fundraising team to deliver their financial targets, motivating and monitoring them to achieve success.
Our current income generation activity currently generates around £1.2million per annum and it is the post holders responsibility to grow this income to achieve £1.5million per annum in the next 5 years to ensure Hope can achieve it’s newly launched Operational Strategy.
There is also a likely a facility move in the future, where the Head of Development would need to access funds, in addition to operational budget, for a facility transformation project.
As Line Manager for Hope’s commissioned projects you will have overall responsibility to deliver on the contracts for which we have been commissioned and identify growth potential for the organisation.
Responsibilities
- To Manage all aspects of income generation at Hope.
- To deliver a diverse fundraising portfolio to ensure long-term sustainability.
- To lead a small team of fundraisers and work with the Marketing Manager to achieve income levels as determined by the CEO and Board of trustees.
- To Line Manage and lead on all commissioned work, people recruited and project management.
- To be responsible for all reporting related to grants, trusts and/commissioned work.
- To be part of both Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Senior Management Team (SMT), helping set the strategic direction for the organisation and ensuring it is implemented effectively.
Leadership:
- To develop and deliver a Fundraising Strategy and associated annual Fundraising Plans to achieve income levels that enable Hope to fulfil its Strategic Framework priorities 2024-2029.
- To work with CEO and our new ‘finance sub-group’ to develop and oversee our budget and forecasting process, agreeing targets, providing realistic profiles, understanding the seasonality of income, and highlighting risks.
- Identify new opportunities for income generation and deliver an agile approach to trends in fundraising and changes in society giving.
- Lead the commissioned program teams to achieve the desired outcomes.
Management:
- Lead a small team of dedicated Fundraising Senior Coordinators to access funds to ensure the ongoing delivery of Hopes Homeless, Hunger and Hardship priorities.
- To manage 1:1 meeting, annual appraisals.
- To manage all posts associated with commissioned project’s sitting outside our core objectives,
- To ensure that the values of Hope are embedded across all the work we do.
- To engage and maintain relationships with volunteers to support and enhance the work of the fundraising team.
Partnerships:
- To be an ambassador for Hope in the community, showcasing the work we do across Northamptonshire to facilitate fundraising opportunities to fulfil your personal fundraising objectives and those of the wider team.

Fundraising
- Work closely with Marketing Manager to ensure a clear public donation pathway exists linking to website, social media, events promotion, and any other marketing- tracking success of each communication approach at increasing income.
- To manage all grants and trusts contracts from application to reporting and ongoing engagements.
- Lead on major donor, VIP and legacy events to ensure further income opportunities.
- To manage all commissioned projects from application, to oversight of project delivery, including management of posts recruited to reporting and ongoing engagement.
- Lead any future capital fundraising appeals for new of existing facilities.
General:

The Development Events Manager’s role is to organise a portfolio of events and support of larger annual fundraising events. The Wikimedia Foundation seeks a Fundraising Training Consultant to work with Wikimedia affiliates to grow and develop their fundraising processes and capacity. In this one-year, 30 hour/week contract role (with potential option for renewal) you will be responsible for working with affiliates to understand their fundraising needs and challenges, and to provide them strategic guidance and support as they put in place necessary structures and processes that will aid their fundraising efforts. This role will focus on building the capacity of affiliates to raise funds from a variety of new-to-the-movement donors, including government, multinational and multilateral funding opportunities, and local high networth individuals, as well as advising on systems and structures (e.g. Board composition) for strategic fundraising.

The Wikimedia Foundation is a remote-first organization with staff members including contractors based 40+ countries*. Salaries at the Wikimedia Foundation are set in a way that is competitive, equitable, and consistent with our values and culture. The anticipated annual pay range of this position for applicants based within the United States is US$52/hour to US$79/hour with multiple individualized factors, including cost of living in the location, being the determinants of the offered pay. For applicants located outside of the US, the pay range will be adjusted to the country of hire. We neither ask for nor take into consideration the salary history of applicants. The compensation for a successful applicant will be based on their skills, experience and location.

Role Overview:
As the Corporate Relationships Lead, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with corporate businesses. Your primary focus will be to cultivate relationships that generate support, funding, and resources to sustain and grow our hospice programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential corporate partners aligned with our mission and values.
- Develop and implement strategies to cultivate long-term relationships with corporate donors and sponsors.
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to create compelling proposals and presentations for corporate giving.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, ensuring excellent stewardship and ongoing engagement.
- Responsible for generating income of circa £150,000+ per annum. Build corporate support and income through company donations, sponsorship opportunities, employee fundraising, taking part in Hospice led events and initiatives, corporate giving, and volunteering.

Qualifications and Experience:
Applications are welcome from candidates Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification or experience in Fundraising/Business Development of at least 2 years
Ideally you will have:
- Proven experience in corporate fundraising, business development, or related fields.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on partnership opportunities.

Travel:
Considerable travel is involved within the role so you will need the ability and willingness to travel independently throughout the county/ region to meet with businesses, attend charity fundraising events. on a regular basis.
