About borGO

borGO is an experiential tourism initiative based in Abruzzo, Italy, dedicated to promoting authentic, sustainable, and community-driven travel. Through its digital platform and curated experiences, borGO connects international travellers with historic villages, artisans, local food traditions, nature, and cultural experiences. Our mission is to support rural communities while introducing a global audience to one of Italy’s most authentic and undiscovered regions. To build this ecosystem, we collaborate with a growing network of local providers, including guides, farmers, artisans, hospitality operators, and cultural organisations.

Role Summary

As Operations Manager – Local Partner Network, you will play a key role in helping borGO organize and structure its growing database of local partners and experiences. Your main responsibility will be to organize, structure, and manage information about local providers, ensuring that all data is clear, accessible, and easy to use for building experiences and partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, enjoys organizing complex information, and is motivated by improving systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and manage borGO’s database of local partners and providers
• Structure information about experiences, services, contacts, and locations
• Build and maintain clear data structures and internal documentation
• Improve the organization of operational workflows
• Use tools such as Google Workspace and ClickUp to manage and structure data
• Ensure information is complete, consistent, and easy to navigate
• Support the team in preparing experience packages and partner profiles
• Identify ways to improve processes and operational efficiency
• Help create simple internal systems and guidelines for managing partner data

Requirements

• Strong organizational and structuring skills
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and digital tools
• Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
• Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools is a plus
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with large amounts of information
• Proactive mindset and interest in improving systems and processes
• Interest in tourism, culture, or regional development
• Good communication skills in English
• Italian language skills are a strong advantage (for working with local partners)

Role Description

We’re looking for friendly and enthusiastic Retail Shop Volunteers to join our Curated by Cransley store in Kettering. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain retail experience, meet new people, and contribute to a cause that truly matters. As a volunteer, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive shopping experience while helping to generate income that supports local hospice care.

Shop Duties

• Welcoming customers
• Accepting donated goods from customers
• Obtaining Gift Aid support from customers donating goods
• Using the till and handling money in accordance with set procedures.
• Sorting and hanging of donated stock
• Steaming of clothes (after appropriate training)
• Keeping all areas clean, tidy and clear
• Taking rubbish to bins in close vicinity
• Helping with shop displays

This role provides a telephone listening and support service to bereaved carers’ and family members whose relatives died under the care of The Hospice of St Francis. Last year our Bereavement Support Line volunteers made over 1,000 calls.

We are looking for additional volunteers to support this service.  Do you have strong listening skills?  Are you reflective, self-aware, adaptive with basic IT skills?  We'd love to hear from you.

Role Overview

As a Production Assistant, you will support the Video Production Manager and team in all stages of video production, focusing primarily on the pre and production phase. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our video projects are well-planned and executed smoothly. You will be involved in tasks ranging from script writing to stage setting, ensuring that all necessary preparations are in place for successful video production.
 

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Video Production Manager to develop and refine scripts for various video projects, conducting research to gather relevant information and insights to inform script content and invite guests when necessary.

• Assist in planning and setting up stages for video shoots, including arranging props, lighting, and other necessary equipment, and coordinate with the production team to ensure all stage elements are in place.

• Work with the Video Production Manager to create detailed production schedules and timelines, and coordinate with cast, crew, and other stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed of shoot dates and times.

• Assist in identifying and securing suitable locations for video shoots, conducting site visits to assess the suitability of locations and addressing any logistical considerations.

• Organize and manage all production materials and resources, including scripts, shot lists, and production notes, ensuring all necessary permits and permissions are obtained for filming locations.

• Act as a point of contact between the pre/production team and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration, and provide regular updates to the Video Production Manager on the progress of pr/production tasks.

Essential

• Provide production assistance as needed (e.g. props, crafty, runner duties)

• Good interpersonal skills with ability to get on with people at all levels.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Creativity and attention to detail in script writing and stage setting.

• Experience in camera set-ups for live events /ob-doc /scripted content

• Appropriate DIT practices for media management 

• Working knowledge of audio production and basic audio set-ups for live events and recorded audio.

• face-to-face fundraising. Organising or helping with fundraising events, running supermarket collections and fundraising stands, monitoring collection tins 

• online fundraising. Setting up online appeals and writing impactful cat case studies that maximise donations

• marketing. Spreading the word about our fundraising activities, for example on social media and with the local press  

• completing administration. Processing donations, sorting and recording donated goods, completing Gift Aid paperwork

● championing our work. Getting involved with developing new fundraising ideas and increasing community engagement

Time expectation

This is a flexible role that can fit around your other commitments to suit you. You’ll be part of a team raising vital funds while having fun in the process!

At Help4Homeless, our mission is simple: make sure no one in Peterborough sleeps rough without knowing someone cares.

We're a youth-led community group founded by a 17-year-old who saw a man sleeping under a bridge and decided to act. We create £10 wellbeing packs — socks, snacks, hygiene essentials, warmth — and hand them directly to people sleeping rough in Peterborough. We've already helped 6 people at our very first event, and we're just getting started.

As our Photography/Videography Volunteer, you'll capture the moments that move people to donate, share, and care. Your content will power our social media, support our fundraising campaigns, and show the real human impact of homelessness in Peterborough.

What you'll be working on:

• Attending pack distributions and community events when you're available
• Capturing photos and short video clips on the day
• Passing edited content to our social media team

About Us:

Tell My Truth and Shame the Devil C.I.C is a pioneering podcast and healing membership organisation. We provide a platform for survivors and experts to share their lived experiences, highlight systemic frustrations and offer solutions rooted in culturally trauma-informed care.

Our membership offers young people and survivors a path to heal, learn digital skills and interactively participate in our Alchemic 369 Book Club, where members engage in weekly interactive discussions, debates and critical analysis of African, Caribbean and world history, Ifa, classics and political thought. Members will sharpen their reading, reasoning and imagination skills, with opportunities to discuss works directly with authors and scholars such as Dr. Joy James, Dr. Umar Johnson, Dr. Phil Valentine, Muta Baruka and professor Jinag+, highly subsidised plant-based transformative retreats and join a community designed to empower and educate.

We are a mission-driven, collective-focused C.I.C building a movement that combines healing, re-education and empowerment.

We are currently building a founding team to develop a media system that not only tells stories—but transforms lives,creates community, jobs and educational opportunities for young people globally.

About the role:

You will act as the architect of our podcast production ecosystem, responsible for building systems that allow the podcast to run consistently, professionally, and independently of micromanagement.

You will oversee:

• Video production

• Audio editing

• Article creation (monthly)

• Research and storytelling structure

• Guest coordination and booking systems

• Team management and output tracking

Your goal is simple but powerful:
  Build a production machine that runs weekly without constant oversight.

Experience Qualification and Requirements

•  

• Strong organisational and leadership skills

• Experience (or strong interest) in:

  • Podcasting

  • Media production

  • Content systems

• Able to think in systems, not just tasks

• Calm under pressure and solution-focused

• Comfortable managing people and holding standards

• Passion for truth-based storytelling and community impact

Bonus (but not required):

• Experience building workflows or managing creative teams

• Background in media, journalism, or digital production

• Lived experience that connects to our mission 

Main Responsibilities/ Key Duties

1. Production Leadership

• Oversee the full podcast pipeline: planning → recording → editing → publishing

• Ensure 1 high-quality edited video per week

• Oversee 1 well-written article per month aligned with podcast themes

2. Team Oversight

• Lead and manage a team of volunteer:

  • Editors

  • Investigative journalist

  • Creative Writers

  • Guest researchers

  • Production assistants

• Delegate effectively without bottlenecking the process

3. Systems & SOP Development

• Build clear workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Create a system where:

  • Tasks are repeatable

  • Roles are clear

  • New team members can onboard (with ease)

4. Research & Guest Coordination

• Oversee research pipelines for topics and guests

• Implement systems for:

  • Guest outreach

  • Booking

  • Pre-interview preparation

5. Performance Tracking (KPIs)

• Maintain visibility across the team using trackers

• Monitor:

  • Output consistency

  • Deadlines

  • Content quality

• Report progress and gaps clearly to leadership

6. Operational Independence

• Reduce reliance on the founder for day-to-day decisions

• Build a structure where the production team can run smoothly without constant intervention

Time Commitment

• Expected contribution: approximately 30hrs hours per week (flexible) Commitment to deliver agreed outcomes/projects

• Fully remote (with occasional in-person opportunities as we grow)

This role is not suitable if you:

• Are uncomfortable applying analysis to strategic decisions

Important to be clear:

• This is a volunteer role during the CIC’s build phase

• It carries real responsibility for data integrity and donor relations

Formal qualifications are not required, but desirable.
Essential equivalent experience mandatory.
