COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER @ REMIX
Tell the story. Build the hype. Amplify the movement.
REMIX is a youth charity with energy. We’re bold. We’re positive. We’re community-first. We back young Londoners with confidence, skills, networks, and opportunities to rise — on their terms, in their voice, with their power.
Now we’re looking for a Communications Manager who can help us share that energy with the world — someone who can turn our mission into messages that land, inspire, and spark movement.
We want someone who is:
-
A natural storyteller with a feel for youth culture and community
-
Creative, vibrant, and full of ideas that cut through the noise
-
Confident writing for social media, newsletters, and campaigns
-
Excited by branding, messaging, and building a public voice
-
Passionate about using communication to uplift young people and shift systems
What you’ll actually do:
-
Shape REMIX’s tone of voice and keep it youthful, bold, and positive
-
Create social media content that feels modern, scroll‑stopping, and full of life
-
Write posts, updates, newsletters, and stories that showcase our impact
-
Build hype around our programmes, events, and opportunities
-
Help develop campaign messaging that champions youth voice and social mobility
-
Work with our designers, volunteers, and CEO to keep our comms aligned and exciting
-
Make sure REMIX looks and sounds like the youth-powered movement it is
This is your chance to define how a movement speaks.
Why this role matters:
Young people deserve a charity that speaks their language — energetic, hopeful, unapologetically positive. Your words will help REMIX:
-
Reach young people
-
Inspire volunteers
-
Engage partners
-
Build a brand that feels modern, exciting, and community-powered
Your voice becomes part of the story young Londoners rise from.
Who this is perfect for:

Creatives who love writing, storytelling, and social media
-
People who vibe with youth culture, Shoreditch energy, and community impact
-
Anyone who wants to use their communication skills for something meaningful

The Delphi Clinic
The Delphi Clinic delivers clinically rigorous, accessible fertility education that integrates reproductive science with lifestyle, energy, and whole-body health. Many individuals and couples reach fertility treatment feeling unprepared, disempowered, and confused about how their bodies work. Fertility education is often reactive and fragmented, frequently framed around expensive interventions like IVF or egg freezing rather than prevention, protection, or informed choice.
This disproportionately affects professional individuals who may delay childbearing due to career pressures while lacking access to clear, evidence-based guidance on how to protect and optimize fertility earlier in life. This gap contributes to heightened anxiety, inequity in access to knowledge, and an over-reliance on medical solutions without adequate upstream education. While the World Health Organization has highlighted infertility as a global public health issue, practical fertility education remains largely absent from most workplace wellbeing programs.
The Delphi Clinic equips individuals with the knowledge and tools to understand, protect, and optimize their fertility across their life course. Through workplace education programs, clinical services, and evidence-based resources, the solution improves fertility literacy and supports informed decision-making. By bridging the gap between reproductive science and whole-body health, we enable people to engage with fertility care from a place of understanding and confidence rather than crisis.

Are you ready to build a legacy that saves lives?
In England today, too many men are fighting silent battles. They are navigating the complexities of mental health and personal growth without a compass or a tribe. You will create the leaflets, booklets, and guides that put MINDSET on the map across England.
Who You Are
We aren't looking for a CV; we’re looking for a character. We need a creative who is:
-
A Visual Storyteller: You have an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to create "high-energy" designs that command attention and command respect.

-
A Believer: You are deeply committed to men’s mental health and believe that personal growth should look as strong and modern as it feels.
The Volunteer Role
Working closely with the Founder and the Communications lead, you will lead the creation of all promotional materials. You’ll have the creative freedom to shape our visual identity—designing posters that spark conversations and guidebooks that help men navigate their journey to wellbeing.
Why Join Us?
This is a chance to be there at the "Day One" of something massive. You will build a stunning portfolio of work that has real-world, life-saving impact. You’ll gain experience leading the design direction of a national-reaching charity, but more importantly, your designs will be the "handheld" support a man uses to change his life.
"A man’s mindset is the foundation of his future. Help us design the tools that help men build that foundation."
If you have the creative eye to lead and the heart to serve, we want to hear from you. Help us turn the tide on men’s mental health by making MINDSET impossible to ignore.
