Social Media Content Creator
Mountain Rescue England and Wales, Media and Communicatios, is on the lookout for innovative and creative volunteer Social Media Content Creators. These individuals will play a key role in enhancing our digital presence across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Young Trustee, you will:
-Attend quarterly board meetings (online or in-person)
-Help shape the direction and priorities of Ditch the Label
-Make sure the young people we support are always at the heart of our decisions
-Review reports and information about our work and share your views
-Act as an ambassador for Ditch the Label and the young people we work with
-Bring your lived experience and fresh perspective to everything we do
You'll also have the opportunity to get more involved in specific areas of our work, from online safety to education to campaigns, depending on your interests.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You don't need a CV full of experience. You just need:
-Passion for supporting young people and improving their lives
-Lived experience of issues that matter to young people (this could be online safety, mental health, bullying, identity, or something else)

About the role
Location: Bristol
Hours: 2 hours per week
As a Volunteer Group Facilitator, you will play an important role in supporting group sessions and workshops. You will help create a welcoming, inclusive, and comfortable environment where everyone feels valued and able to participate.
Your responsibilities may include engaging with group members through conversation, welcoming participants as they arrive, and supporting the smooth running of sessions by helping with set-up and clear-up tasks. You may also assist with taking attendance at the start of each session.
Full training and regular supervision will be provided, so you’ll feel confident and supported in your role.
This role requires a Basic DBS check, which will be arranged and paid for by Rethink Mental Illness.

Volunteering for Sense
Sense is a leading disability charity with extensive knowledge and expertise in delivering personalised, creative and flexible support for disabled people with complex needs. Our tailored approach ensures that every person is empowered to live fully at every stage of life.
Due to the nature of the role, we require all applicants to be aged 16 or over. You must have a UK address to volunteer with Sense.

About Sense
For everyone living with complex disabilities. For everyone who is deafblind. Sense is here to offer personalised support to help people communicate and experience the world. We believe that no one, no matter how complex their disabilities, should be isolated, left out, or unable to fulfil their potential. Our experts offer support that’s tailored to the individual needs of each person, whether that’s at our centres, through our holidays and short breaks, or in people’s own homes. In addition to practical support, we also provide information to families, and campaign for the rights of people with complex disabilities to take part in life.
Volunteers add real value to Sense, bringing their passion, enthusiasm and fresh perspectives to the work that we do. We believe that volunteers enable us to bring people together, and provide opportunities for people with complex disabilities to communicate and experience the world.
