Provide strategic leadsership as Chair of Trustees for this Southwark charity focused on supporting local young children and their families. Work with a strong board and Director to help this 20 year old organisation further develop the breadth of their work to support local families. 

1st Place Children and Parent Centre delivers two community nurseries, a Best Start Family Hub and a rage of other exciting family services including a healthy eating free fruit and vegetable voucher project and a Forest School in Burgess Park, South East London. We are seeking a Chair of Trustees to lead our Board from early 2027. Preferably with experience in Early Years, Family Support, Education or community work, you will work closely with our new Director to meet our charitable aims, joining the organisation at a time of growth.
