  3. Design and improve data collection, monitoring and reporting templates to strengthen consistency and data quality across programmes.
  4. Develop interactive dashboards and data visualisation tools to track programme performance, enterprise outcomes and organisational impact.
  5. Analyse programme data to identify trends, measure results and generate insights for management decision-making and donor reporting.
  6. Support the documentation of success stories, lessons learned, case studies and evidence of social, economic and environmental impact.
  7. Recommend practical approaches for strengthening institutional knowledge management and data-driven decision-making.

Expected Deliverables

  • An assessment of existing MEL systems, tools and reporting processes, with recommendations for improvement.
  • An improved institutional MEL framework, including indicators and performance tracking tools.
  • Standardised programme monitoring and reporting templates.
  • At least one interactive performance dashboard demonstrating key programme indicators.
  • A data analysis and impact reporting framework to support management and donor reporting.
  • A practical set of recommendations for strengthening organisational learning and knowledge management.

Ideal Candidate

Strong skills in quantitative and qualitative data analysis, results-based management, data visualisation and reporting are essential. Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, KoboToolbox, ODK or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
Experience working with development organisations, social enterprises, donor-funded programmes or impact-driven initiatives is desirable. Familiarity with Blue Economy, climate action, environmental conservation or enterprise development will be an added advantage.
