Trustees – Company Secretary, Fundraising Lead & General Trustees (Voluntary)
Blossom LGBT is recruiting new Trustees to join our Board as we enter our next phase of growth. We support LGBTQIA+ young adults aged 16–30 to overcome discrimination, poverty, and social exclusion through mentoring, employability support, and inclusive community spaces.
We are particularly interested in applicants for:

Company Secretary Trustee – supporting governance, compliance, and board effectiveness

Fundraising Lead Trustee – providing strategic oversight of fundraising and income generation
However, we'd love to hear from anyone who feels they have positive expertise and experience to contribute.
What you’ll do

Attend quarterly Board meetings and prepare in advance

Provide strategic guidance and constructive challenge

Support strong governance, safeguarding, and accountability

Work collaboratively with the Chair, CEO, and Board
What we’re looking for

Experience in key areas of charity governance and leadership

Strategic thinking, good judgement, and commitment to inclusion

Alignment with Blossom LGBT’s values and mission
Previous trustee experience is not required.

Location: UK-wide (travel to Surrey/London)
