We pursue world-leading performance at the Paralympic Games and leverage that to drive social impact and inspire a better world for disabled people. Our Non-Executive Directors are committed to creating the best performance environment possible while also being committed to improving the lives of disabled people and promoting inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility for all.

We’re seeking candidates with the right experience to support us in our journey towards the LA 2028 Paralympic Games Cycle and beyond. We are particularly interested to hear from people with significant finance experience who are chartered accountants, and candidates with significant business leadership experience..

This voluntary role would bring a leadership perspective to the work of the Board in these areas and provide guidance and support to the relevant teams at ParalympicsGB. It would strongly suit someone with experience as a senior strategic leader. Previous non-executive experience is desirable but not essential.
