Responsibilities
Counsel patients on medication use
Identify potential drug interactions
Promote medication adherence
Provide pharmaceutical information to patients and healthcare teams
Requirements
Degree in Pharmacy and valid practicing license
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
