Are you a youth work superstar ready to design and deliver awesome programmes?
Ignite Youth East London is searching for an experienced and dynamic Volunteer Lead Youth Worker to be the driving force behind our weekly club in Bromley By Bow! This is your chance to use your passion and expertise to create life-changing positive activities for local young people.
What's the Gig? (Be the Programme Architect!)
You will be responsible for planning, organising, and delivering our high-quality sessions every Wednesday evening in Bromley By Bow (6:00 PM - 9:30 PM). Your core missions will include:

Design & Deliver: Plan and execute engaging, youth-led activities (from sports and games to creative workshops).

Team Captain: Supervise, motivate, and mentor a small, dedicated team of Youth Support Volunteers during the session.

Safety & Vibe: Ensure the environment is safe, inclusive, and consistently positive for all attendees.

Direct Impact: Build meaningful, positive relationships with the young people who attend the club.
Who Are We Looking For? (That's YOU!)

Youth Work Pro: You have proven experience planning and delivering activities for young people (ages 11-18).

Team Player/Leader: You know how to delegate, motivate others, and work seamlessly with volunteers.

Organiser Extraordinaire: Excellent skills in planning, resource management, and setting up awesome sessions.

People Person: You have strong relationship-building skills and know how to manage group dynamics.

The Commitment: You can reliably commit to every Wednesday evening from 6:00 PM - 9:30 PM in Bromley By Bow.
