Ignite Youth East London - Bromley By Bow Club Night
Are you bursting with ideas for fun activities and ready to bring them to life?
Ignite Youth East London is looking for motivated Volunteer Youth Support Workers to join our team in Bromley By Bow! This is a chance to use your creativity, energy, and enthusiasm to plan and run awesome sessions for local young people every week.
What's the Gig? (You Run the Show!)
You'll be working alongside our Lead Youth Worker every Wednesday evening in Bromley By Bow (6:00 PM - 9:30 PM). Your core missions will include:

Plan & Organise: Prepare materials and structure for your designated activity station (e.g., Run the Games Zone, Organise the Art Corner, Host the Music Jam).

Deliver the Fun: Actively lead and engage young people in your session, making sure everyone feels included and has a blast.

Support the Vibe: Be a positive role model, build connections, and help ensure the club is safe and welcoming.

Team Work: Work closely with the Lead Youth Worker and other volunteers to ensure a smooth, successful night.
Who Are We Looking For? (That's YOU!)

Activity Ace: You have great ideas for running simple, fun sessions (e.g., board games, crafts, basic cooking, video games, sports drills).

Enthusiastic & Engaging: You're approachable, reliable, and genuinely enjoy interacting with teenagers (ages 11-18).

Team Player: Ready to follow the Lead Youth Worker's direction but also able to work independently to run your activity.

Committed: You can reliably commit to every Wednesday evening from 6:00 PM - 9:30 PM in Bromley By Bow.

No specific youth work qualification needed—just your passion and ideas!
